McDonald's in Bolton

I can't remember the last time I went through the drive thru and didn't have to park up and wait 10+ minutes 😩 Think I'll have to start avoiding this one as it's been just getting ridiculous *Edit* waited 15 minutes to get an out of date apple pie. It is 14:10!

Drive thru is shocking! Always take your order and make you park round front so they can inflate their drive thru stats to head office. Every time items/wrong missing and wasting more time for them to return.

It was very cold, no heating on. The stairs need a really good scrubbing, they're filthy

Terrible. Employees don’t know the meaning of FAST FOOD! have you stood for ages waiting food always cold and tastes like SH— why are burger never hot? They’re not even warm just cold meat slapped in a stale bun with watered down coke, truly awful !

As custom order does take a little more time

It's a decent McDonalds, it has a kids play area upstairs which is fun for adults too!

Went to the drive through and was sat in the queue for 7/8 minutes then while driving home the first burger was cold.. then the second burger was opened and there was not even a burger on the bun just cheese.... So I drove back, and told the member of staff on the till... No sorry just gave me another cheese burger. Service is shocking...

Just came through drive through to grab a quick bite to eat before heading to my next patient visit. Ordered just a double cheese burger and this is how it came... Was just slop inedible the burger was all soggy asif it wasn't cooked properly , haven't got time to go in and "complain" but really disappointed wouldn't serve that to a dog never mind a human being.

Not the quickest to say the lest .drive through slow even if only a couple of xars in front of you . On a few occasions had to repeat orders at the counter .many of time not correct . But food OK could be a bit hotter . Staff need training how to smile and say please and thank you .

Long wait for food as priority now seems to be given to delivery drivers, staff are about 15 yrs old on average so don’t have a clue or care, it’s expensive, and worst of all the food is dreadful. We had a Big Mac which my lad called ‘depressing’ as the tiny rubbery patties were dry and tasteless. Worst maccies I’ve ever experienced

Child was unwell and all she wanted was a fillet o fish and fries. Ordered at 23:42 hours through the drive thru (order number 1937) and the food never arrived. After 30 mins of waiting I went inside to enquire what is going on and they seemed lost. Asked for a refund and was told I would have to wait for 30 mins to receive a refund or come back later for one. You owe me £10.97 McDonalds you thieves. Employee Lorna was so blase about the appalling service provided. Avoid at all costs. Asked for a complaints e-mail and was referred to google or to call the manager tomorrow. Was left waiting until 1:02am for a refund. So basically 1hour and 20 minutes. In this timeframe I noticed staff colouring at the counter and other staff prioritising their orders.

The food doesn't travel well. Pick it up yourself or else order from elsewhere.

Absolutely appalling service, my fillet o fish, fish bites and cheese bites were burnt and inedible! The fries were raw! Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs, I will definitely not be returning to this branch, hard earned money only to be served inedible food left starving and my poor child! Shame I can’t add pictures to this review! I am absolutely appalled avoid at all costs! Clearly the employees don’t care about maintaining McDonald’s standards, or any kind of food standards! Avoid go to a different branch! Don’t make the mistake I made!

asked to make sure two burgers were plain, they weren't. the entire order was wrong.

Hi all my food his cold and soggy even my coffee is cold

Can't really give any stars for atmosphere because never sat in . Apart from the food if you go round 8pm the toilets are always locked so if you want the toilet you need to ask a member of staff that's if it registers because they you look at you as though you just come from another planet. When you get a brew from drive through you have to ask for milk and sugar and when they give it you it's like 2 of each them sugars are only ½a teaspoon. It's not just bolton I've had this problem with it's all McDonald's

I had to repeat my order number 5 times to the driver before he gave me my food. I spoke slowly and clear yet he kept on inputting the wrong number! What is hard about 3554?

Sent the wrong items and chips were under cooked

My order was all wrong. I order a Double quater with NO PICKLES and it came with the Pickles. I am not allergic to it, BUT imagine if I had been and actaully ate it. My chicken,my hot pie are gone and I have a coke I didn't order and an extra burger.

Very straightforward ordering through the app,delivery was pretty quick(30 mins)and food was still fresh on arrival,all good no problems 👍

McDonalds was fine. The driver was atrocious. Packed the coffee vertically and made me pick it up with a loose lid and then said "I would have to pay" after I offered him some tissues, which he refused. I hope it was just his poor English skills.

Delivery was okay. Fries and hot chocolate was not. Fries are very over cooked and hot chocolate tastes like tea and a tiny bit of chocolate. Not sweet at all so it's like I'm drinking tea with no sugar.

Mcdonald's Astley Bridge. Must be one of the worst in the Northwest of England if not the UK. The standard of food, service and presentation are really sub standard gor a Mcdonald's franchise. Went through the drive through, and as usual was asked to wait in the car park with the hot drinks and mcflurry. 20 minutes later still no hot food. Went into the store to ask about my order, to be told that I had not ordered anything through the drive through, then when trying to explain what I had ordered. I was laughed at. In the end was given my order with fresh hot drinks. 5 minutes to get home and opened our food and it looked like a 2 year old had prepared it and the two lattes were luke warm and tasted rancid and both poured down the drain. The owner of this Mcdonald's franchise needs to have a serious talk to their managers and staff.

I watched the tracker and the delivery man was waiting at the restaurant for ages, by the time it got delivered everything was cold. Rubbish service.

Todays food was not up to the standard chips was under cooked the burgers was not good. Also no straws for drinks. I’m sad to leave a comment like this

Learn to read the order! The amount of times it’s wrong, missing items etc…come on - basic English! What’s worse is it’s a digital version not a hand written one.

Delivery guy was so friendly and polite, he even closed the gate behind him. I order a takeaway every week and this is the first time I've seen good service in ages. They did however miss the paid sauces out though, this happens too often

What a rude delivery driver. Attitude at its best. Half an hour argument asking for a code I was never sent. Couldn’t understand what was saying either.

Me and the boys often arrive to this destination when we get a bit roudy. The only reason however is cos we are simply addicted to maccies. This establishment is always bare slow service every time even when it’s quiet. Food is never really dat gud either. Staff seem it’s an audition for the walking dead.

The food arrived within the scheduled time period.However,2 things.1.The Courier carried the food.It was not in the insulated Just Eat food bag when handed to me.The food was not hot.It was cold.2.We ordered 20 McNuggets but only received 17!.. Not good enough...

I would of liked the dips that was meant to come with both the chicken nugget share box, and the cheese bite share box.

My burgers, for some odd reason, smelled and tasted like lynx bodyspray.

The driver was talking on his phone when he delivered the order. The map showed he went the wrong way. This led to the order being late and cold.
