cold food (again!). spent nearly £15 for 1 meal, waited ages and it's cold. could see driver stopped twice before getting here obviously being the 3rd delivery means our food is freezing cold. absolutely rubbish.

food and hot drinks all cold and still had to stand out in the cold directing the driver over the phone, applying for refund

I pre ordered the food at 3pm to arrive at 4.30pm. Food did not arrive until 6pm. no communication received regarding the delay and a token £5 credit given for the lateness when a full refund was requested.

Our meals were stone cold! I was offered £3.80 back when the meals were nearly £20…not happy at all

No curry sweet sauce dip even though was on order and the receipt from the bag they gave me meal very dry.

Unfortunately on this occassion our food was cold.

Even though I’ve put the delivery time as on time from the initial order to it being delivered took an hour but they kept moving the Goal post by saying expected delivery time to be so many minutes more than it actually was and they just kept changing it every couple of minutes and moving the goalpost even further out, Food was cold cappuccino was cold. It was inedible and most of it got thrown away and the dog had the rest!

Order 3 hours late……. I’m at work on a night shift and imagine food has been left on the floor some where ……. Couldn’t cancel order, couldn’t speak to help centre nothing. Complete waste of money and time……

my order was not delivered but was marked delivered! tried to call the help desk and nothing!!!!!! tried to call the restaurant and no answer either!!!! waited over an hour for this food to!!!!

Driver could not find address asmap took him to wrong road . He did ring for directions but on arrival food was going cold . He showed us map and yes it was wrong

First time ever I've actually got everything I've ordered, so that's a bonus 🤔 Food still barely warm and always feels like it's been carried around for about half-hour before delivering. Yes I will still order again ... its MacDonalds 🤷🏻‍♂️

Ordered food at 16.51 and it arrived at 18.17. Delivery time kept going up and up. Food was cold and ice cream melted, drinks also split in the bag and all over the icecream. Not good.

Good but chips weren’t very salty I understand that the time between being made and getting to my house will have an effect but the salt should still be there if I’m not mistaken

I dropped my national lottery ticket on the floor during collection and the delivery guy picked it up and left with it. It was for tonight’s draw.

Drivers always go to wrong street then phone to say can’t find address it’s not hard to find signed and everything

Delivery estimate kept changing, it just kept getting later and later. Not ideal when ordering for children. When the food finally arrived it was stone cold, fries were chewy and the ice creams had melted to liquid. Not happy at all. Will not be ordering again

Food ordered through McDonald’s app, missed items from order only half the food turned up. This is the second time they’ve sent order with missing items and the food was absolutely rancid. Stone cold fries and mushy chicken nuggets that you couldn’t eat. Honestly one of the worse McDonald’s, and no answer from the restaurant and website refer you to Uber eats who only deliver not sell the food!

Takes about roughly 40 minutes now to recieve food when you purchase from the standing robots in store. Fast food no more. Mostly told to wait in bay when I order drive through and alot of time food is only barely warm.

Service is just so so slow because they have minimal staff whose main priority is the online orders just eat etc, it's not fast food when it takes nearly 20 minutes to get a flatbread and drink is it to be fair

Food arrived lukewarm and soggy, presumably from being sat in the bag too long. Never had a limp hash brown before today.

Order did not arrive at all. The delivery person refused to deliver as they could not work out where i lived and they were really rude. Just eat refused refund as this falls in line with their policy apparently
