food tasted like cardboard very duey and the boxes and bags was soaking wet that left the food wet leaving it tasting like cardboard, won't be using the service again

orded a donner burger meal on leaf of lettuce is that called a salad? the meat was cold No drink came with it either. the LARGE mixed donner kebab was not a large a kebab comes in a wrap or pitta got neither the chips was rock hard very disappointed this time round sorry

The driver was lovely however, didn’t press the doorbell or called my phone so didn’t hear the door knocking to start with. Food was great as always Donna the meat is out of this world. The chicken strips are lovely and meaty as well.

Ordered Boneless Chicken (5 pieces) and Chips for £5.99 to be told that chips would be extra £2.00… no problem.. paid £7.99. Prompt service, I took our food to catch the taxi to my campsite. Upon opening my food package I had only been served a Chicken Burger that had been cut into 5 pieces! I was expecting meal a of large Chicken Goujons for that price and feel so ripped off 😢.. Recommend you check your order before leaving the shop if you order from here… I certainly won’t be going back… from a very unhappy middle-aged woman.. 😡

Staying away at an air BnB. Ordered foord via Uber eats. Nice enough food but there was a standard delivery charge which is normal but upon paying for the food I get a phone call and get told I need to pay the driver and extra £6 for the driver as I'm 6 mile away from the shop. If my location is too far away then don't be in the catchment area for delivery. Ended up paying close to £24 for a 9" pizza and cheesy chips.

Ineddible fried chicken. So greasy and soggy from condensation that the breadcrumb coating had slipped off and the packaging turned to mush throwing the food around inside the bag during delivery.

chicken ordered wasn't what i was expecting, due to lack of specificity i thought i was getting boneless but got chunks of bone filled drums, food was unbelievably soggy all boxes were falling apart.

The tiniest portions of everything ive ever seen... spent 25£ got 5£ worth of food.. never dine here...

I would not recommend this place for food , I went in the shop as I was passing by . The food was for myself, my wife and 3 kid , the order was for 2 pizzas, chicken , burgers, wrap and cans of pop at the cost of nearly £42 ,we waited for nearly 45 minutes, got home and the order was wrong. I think we had someone else order. I phoned up as it was a 20 minute drive back to the shop. I was told that someone will deliver my food to my house that evening but couldn't give me a time but guess what we never had the order replaced, anyway we ate what food we wanted from the order and put the rest in the bin . I will not be recommending this take away to anyone.

I Just had my take away from them and the food was delicious. The burger was tasty and fresh, chicken strips very hot and delicious, chips freshly cooked and also hot. Very quick delivery and reasonable price. Thank you!

I’ve got sever IBS to onions and I spend half the time picking them out my kehbab by the time I finished picking all the onions out my food was cold this is the second time aswell me and my partner has had to call up and complaining we didn’t get our drinks

Burger turned up looking like it had been flattened by a 40tonner, chips that you could floss your teeth with and all for twelve quid well worth it!

Ordered food for 6 people. 2 had pizzas. 2 had kebabs. And 2 had wraps. Food arrived in good time and piping hot. Everyone enjoyed their choice of meals. First class.

Ordered delivery from here a few time now and can't fault them, every meal has been delivered hot and all food was tasty. The pizzas are lovely with plenty of toppings, the wraps have plenty of meat and fillings, fries are lovely and crispy, the burgers are great aswell also tried the milkshakes for the first time and that was delicious aswell

Ordered for home delivery. Quality of burgers, disgusting. Overcooked to the point of being burnt. Even one of the buns was burnt to charcoal black on one side where it had been left too long to warm. Complete waste of money. Would definately not purchase from here again and would definately not recomend.

Ordered from here several times and had a few issues.. latest was the delivery driver dropping food at the doorstep and driving off. Now i understand that this is the case for most places now.. however nobody else has forgotten to take the payment. So we got a call from the restaurant and the manager spoke down to us like it was our fault that he hadn't received payment. Obviously we told him what had happened and he muttered something about cheapskates and sent another driver to collect our payment. All in all very dissatisfied with the lack of customer care from the management and won't be ordering again due to the plethora of issues we have experienced 😒

Bad delivery times took over 2 and half hours for a mixed Donna meal and cheese burger meal to come. The food was stone cold. The burger was badly assembled. The lettuce on the kabab was old and the chips were horrible I ordered this last night and I have personally been I'll through the night so wont be ordering from here again

Absolutely disgusting food ordered my son fish finger kids meal and the middle of them were brown not white and rock hard when I phoned up and complained we got nothing but grief of the manager and refused any sort of replacement or refund will never order from these again!!

I will start with the best thing I can say about their food before, and sadly, I will explain why you should avoid them if you enjoy cooking with any quality at all. The pizza wasn't too bad, wasn't too greasy with fresh dough and toppings tasted fresh. Having said that the pizza wasn't anything special. Now sadly, the chicken popcorn was just plain burnt. It's a shame that this establishment would have seen these burnt black bits of breaded chicken when putting them in the box and didn't have any issues serving it — visually burnt before you have even tasted them. I was using home delivery, couldn't see the point sending them back, not like it was an honest mistake on their part, they don't care about the food, and I didn't want any more. I have also had a beef burger here, nothing special and all it comes with is the plan, barely fresh, lettuce. I have tried the donner meat wrap. The tortilla was very fresh and light. Shame the meat was obviously of the poor cheap donner meat variety and the salad was just pathetic looking lettuce. The Chicken Supreme Fillet Burger was poorly assembled and dripping in grease. Now because they were somewhat new to Just Eat and I was desperate to find a better takeaway in Hereford who delivers, I tried them. I was willing to give them the benefit of the overwhelming doubts several times. Chips are frozen french fries that could be used to wedge a door open. So after giving them a fair chance to impress me on a wide selection of their menu. Sadly they did the opposite. I was hoping that finally, Hereford might be getting a higher quality takeaway, it's not. Can't think of any reason to make any special effort to order food from here, you will probably have the same if not better luck in the other takeaways of Hereford.
