McDonald's in Derby

Dear - oh - dear... Long wait at the drive through talker, queues building behind me, then another wait at the last window for the food. Nothing in the way of apologies for the wait. Breakfast muffin looked like it had been in an accident, tasted good though.

Food took ages to be cooked no eating inside ,we used to eat here as a group of 15 but now have to eat in car not good .

Avoid this branch if you can. I waited close to 25 mins for my food. All the food was stone cold. Don't waste your money.

First time I've to Mac Ds for a long time, my God....has the food shrunk ??? Not impressed, even my mate said...that's not worth the money. Fillet of fish, fries, chicken burger and a coffee... Must admit going today reminded me why I've stopped using it...oh well as they say....very cloud..lol

awful.. no pancakes, no wraps, then waiting half an hour for 1 McMuffin meal. Staff are arrogant and rude, worst experience ever! I advise you not to go!!

Does what it says on the tin - check for you dips if using the drive-through (they’re notorious for forgetting dips)

Substandard, got my takeaway order wrong.. By the time you get home, to late to report.

Our order number vanished entirely, had to wait around 15 mins for our cold food. This place needs shutting down, saw loads of people returning food as it was either not what they ordered or just plain cold.

Mission: Ask for a coffee on the night time, 16 min later, still waiting. Part of the staff it's probably sleeping

there was no bacon in 1 of the cheesy flatbreads

delivery driver poured the sprite over the burger, rendering it inedible. she didn't seem to care she had done it. chips were overdone.

Difficult one this - the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful & polite .. but you can only give what you have to give, and in this case, that was very limited. Constantly, I could hear disgruntled customers being told by disheartened staff, "brown sauce sold out", "we have no mayonnaise left", "we aren't getting our Christmas offer supplies", "sorry, we don't have any mustard". Then, on top of this - (I sat by the front counter for maybe 30 minutes? And could hear everything) several dispensing machines (including that for the bbq sauce) were not working and one customer was told this, along with, "it's new, and it's rubbish .. useless". Customers also kept approaching the counter complaining about how long their meal was taking to prepare (particularly no.081) - my meal was faultless in every way, but one customer who ordered before me, was still waiting by the time no.097 came around. Despite their obvious problems today, there didn't seem to be any panic, front of house was always kept clean & tidy, the bins were emptied, trays cleaned, serviettes replenished. Finally ... "sorry, no apple pies" for order no.039 ☹️

Again order missing items this isn’t the 1st time either

Missing items and food cold! When made a complaint was told the bags are weighed! Well I can assure you your scales must be wrong because 4 items are missing!

Hot chocolates were just hot water. Not the first time this has occurred

wrong drink sent out delivery driver very rude I didn't understand what pin he was asking for and he just kept saying pin and then stood smoking at my door

you always forget a items that are ordered to my address you need to double check orders

They sent all the side orders and missed the one main burger I ordered, how? how incompetent do you have to be to miss the only main on the order? Just ridiculous.

DO NOT USE JUST EAT TO ORDER FROM HERE!!!! Ordered food 2 hours ago and they have waited that long to cancel my order. Its like they do it for a joke these days.

Staff no manners, when you take an order the reply is Thank you. Never got milk shakes oh and no longer fast food.. always have to park and wait.... Not that you are bothered

On arrival every table was full of empty food trays drinks Felt sorry for the young lady working on her own as she was cleaning the tables n floor . I had to ask to have our table cleaned n cleaned We had a bunch of green chips which we sent back. No ketchup or bbq sauce in the pumps

Paid over £60 and the food was stone cold! Tired warming up what we could but not the same! Cheese melt share box missing and that was £7 alone!!!! Ruined our rare takeaway night 😔

Tried the newly refurbished meteor centre, late Sunday afternoon wasn't very busy but still waited 25 mins for order, no milkshakes as usual, food cold, over flowing bins, dirty tables and rude staff! No change then!

So the food is OK, the woman who cleans up is remarkable, however, Taylor, the girl on the drive through has a massive attitude problem, no please, no thank you. Doesn't matter what day you go, the same bad bad attitude which is a shame because all the other staff there are fantastic. She needs a serious reality check because I'm not the only person who has picked up on the attitude. If she can't speak with manners she really should not be on the drive through.

driver was at restaurant for ages , waited over 45mins from order placed to delivery yet less than 5mins away and driver was at collection point ready and waiting .After driver picked up order he arrived quickly within 5minutes but food was freezing cold so was obviously cold already when collected .Breadsall need to get their act together there's always issues with this restaurant .poor service yet again.

Food ok. No option to order at counter. Since refurb has dull unfriendly atmosphere. Feels smaller and seating area less pleasant. Never saw one staff member walk round to clean a table despite continuous use. Waste bin full. Better before.

McDonald's nothing like it used to be. No longer 'Fast Food'too much resource is put into delivery food so long waits in the restaurant.

The worst McDonald's I have ever visited based on worldwide experiences, service was poor, got parked and food then cold - burger and Mcrib missing ingredients, no milkshakes whatsoever. Very very disappointing.....you all must try much harder.

Cold food didn't get everything I wanted no salt

Food had arrived cold after waiting an hour. The chips were hard and chewy. The double Big Mac came as a single Big Mac. There was no sauce which was ordered. No napkins or straws. We had diet and normal coke which were not indicated. The Diet Coke was for a diabetic person so I had to taste all of cokes myself. £60 worth of food and half of it had to be binned. Called the restaurant and the lady told me to go to restaurant and she will sort it or claim a refund. Nothing has been refunded so far

Went in today for fast food. Literally what McDonalds was founded on! See the film ‘The Founder’ good film, Keaton… excellent as always. Anyway, three in-house orders in front of me and it took 15 minutes for my food. The system used to have food pretty much ready to go but now, 15 mins. Anyway, 15 mins is okay for fresh, warm food but guess what. It was all cold! When I took it back and ask for a refund they offered to cook it again… they clearly think I have enough free time to spend my life waiting for very simple fast food. Perhaps I need a haircut and a shave. P.s. When I asked the chap if he checked it was alright to serve before giving it to me, he said ‘I don’t do that, I just pick it up’! He is only young so don’t blame him, simply blame the management. I bet it was waiting there for a good while and nobody noticed. P.p.s.. went straight to KFC in the Meteor centre. Food ordered and delivered, hot, to my table in under five mins.

Hot chocolate was only about half full. Fries weren't very warm. Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese only had 2 pickles and 4/5 very small bits of onion, even though I requested extra. Very disappointed. Apple pies were good as usual.

Awful! Don't usually order from McDonald's but decided to treat the kids. Order came late with the food being cold. We were missing items and the items we did get were not what we ordered anyway. Ordered for 4 and you manage to still get it so wrong, Ridiculous when you charge so much! Never again

Was late compared to original delivery time, delivery was pushed back 3 times. Food was cold and i mean all cold. No sauce was delivered that we paid for. Won't be ordering through just eat again.

Still waiting at the drive thru 35 minutes after arriving and ordering food. If you're in a hurry or hungry don't expect any form of speedy service here. Ended up having to go in only to be told the order had already been sent out. Total waste of time

Yet again same problems. Driver stands waiting for ages while the food sits somewhere getting cold. eventually the driver gets the food and delivers it cold and somehow that's acceptable. For saying the restaurant is a 2 minute drive this shouldn't be happening. order from Asda McDonald's even though it's many times the distance food gets delivered got sometimes

When ordering delivery was advertised as 20-30 mins. It arrived 50 mins, and everything was stone cold! It was clearly not made to order. Not very happy!

That use to be a nice McDonald's bedore the refurbishment. But i think they forgot the hot chocolate mac, as that was the worse one ive had in a very long time.

25mins waiting for my order. Only half the lights were on inside and the new refub makes it look, half finished, with chip board up and the counter/collection area looks like a funeral parlour. No life in there at all

Plus my food was cold and hot chocolate had no sugar. Poor service.
