McDonald's Drivers Only pickup in Derby

I feel sick to my stomach. I found what I originally thought was a herb in my McMuffin. However after further inspection it appears to be some sort of a bug/worm as it has white goo coming out of it when you squeeze it. I had to chuck the rest of the food away and as it was baked into the meat I don't even want to think about what I did eat. No chance of getting a refund either.

Always items missing from my order and it is i.possible to get a refound.

Took ages to come, was cold when got here and loads of shell in every egg

I made a mistake on the address but communication was key 5 star for him he was brilliant as iv just had an operation and couldn’t do anything he was our night in shining armour well done just eat top man

I had the grilled chicken salad was lovely lettuce onion tomato cucumber and chicken nuggets fries lovely and warm just had to heat up fries a little bit

During autumn and winter, bacofoil should be used to wrap meals to preserve d heat

The delivery centre is very well maintained. The orders come thick and fast and are out for delivery within the standard SLA time.

We ordered the double burger deal, but only one burger was delivered. Also no dips provided. Not good when two people need to eat.

delivery guy walked it round from 2 miles away, food was cold, bag was opened and half my meal eaten, he got lost, apparently.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Drink turned up half empty. Food was freezing due to driver being useless. Blocked my number. Worst experience ever didn’t even know this place was a thing but hope they get shut down.

Missed two berry muffins off my order

Sloppily put together. No jam for my muffin. I asked for napkins, and didn’t get any. The taste is as good as usual, but no care in preparation. Disappointed.
