Visité aquí por una hamburguesa, y me quedé asombrado por el mal servicio. Hubiera pagado en mi tarjeta de crédito y pedí un recibo de la tarjeta, a la que el personal me miraban como si fuese una extraterrestre! Pedí cortésmente varias veces para que se quedó allí mirando en blanco! No visita aquí.

Filthy blocked gents urinals, no soap in dispenser, disabled loo taped closed, stone cold fries, cold cheese on burger, dirty tables, freezing cold restaurant. Unbelievable that they have any customers...... I bet not many go twice!

Very terrible experience, first we ordered something it was fine but then for the second time the screen froze and we were unable to press anything to we asked an employee named “Payal” but she didn’t even do a thing to “help us” she said use the other screen but we were logged on there so it didn’t work. Then on the other machine we ordered we used our points and some vouchers but the screen glitched ?? then we checked the points and vouchers were used but we haven’t got out food . What a waste , Mcdonald’s fix this…

293 Chiswick High RoadLovely fish and chips! I almost didn’t come here because of the reviews but I loved it. Very friendly and warm staff; fish chips and mushy peas were fresh and tasted delicious. The chips were a tiny bit less crispy than I’m used to, that may be why some people have complained when ordering on deliveroo.
