Ordered through uber eats but when it came MY BURGER WHAT I SELECTED AS PLAIN CAME WITH EVERYTHING ON IT WHAT IF I WAS ALLERGIC if there was 0 stars i would of rated that

Not one for complaining but I queued up for 15 to 20 minutes today in the " drive through " placed my order then eventually got to the end to pick up my food and was told that my card was declined ( enough money in the account by the way) . I was asked by one of the staff Anna for my bank card so she could take it and scan it again. I really don't think they should be doing this as I could be giving my card info to anyone. I was then asked to drive around again or come into the restaurant didn't fancy waiting another 20 mins in a queue so drove away. I recommend investing in a wireless card reader instead of asking for people's bank cards. I will not be going here in the future.

Chips are always white every time you visit is it so hard leaving them to cook 5 minutes longer? would not recommend this if you're a chip fan.

Plain??? I order a mcCrispy meal and they give me a pain burger with nothing on it. That isn’t a McCrispy…. Annoyed

I always order my breakfast here from the drive through. Every single time they ask me to park up and wait. The last 2 times I've had to wait over 25 min for a sausage and egg muffin. Not really what I would call fast food.

It's a Wednesday night 9.45 and we are just going to pick my granddaughter from the local theatre and thought I'll get a cup of tea while I wait for her to come out

The drive in is always really busy and the people using it take forever so it's not fast food you might as well go inside and order it's that slow

this place is a joke, walked in ordered at the touchscreen and there is no paper in the printer then been waiting about 25min for few cheesburgers and fries, finally when food came everythin was cold and really uneatable. defo won't be using this place again. avoid !!!

My local maccies. I honestly don't remember the last time I that went through the drive thru and not had to park up and wait for food. It's been 20 minutes this time and still no sign of it. How can a McDonald's not have burgers and fries ready?

I went to a Turkish takeaway that cooked 2 chicken kebabs and 2 pizzas fresh in front of me, in less time than it took the single celled organisms you have working here to get some pancakes and an egg muffin (complete with eggshell). Also, please teach your staff about the importance of personal hygiene when working with food because there are people serving on the till that are going straight to food prep without washing their hands. Minging.

So slow! Someone in there had waited half an hour for their food. Took 20 minutes for ours to be ready and then it got bagged up instead of being on a tray. Only the manager was apologetic. Rest of the staff looked like they couldn't be bothered being there. £5 meal deal was tasty though.

Honestly every time I come to this maccies something is wrong, and I never complain but it’s beyond a joke, totally understand if you have to park up and wait for food, but 20 minutes and cars who where after me at the drive through with larger orders get their food before me, to the point where I’ve had to go in get my food myself, to then drive home, no sauce wrong burger and 5 nuggets? My 5 year old can count to 5. Never any straws or sauce was stupid not to check my food before leaving as there is always something wrong. Don’t have this issue at other Mc Donald’s.

Always friendly staff. Although if you walk in and order these days it seems like the drive through and uber and just eat get dealt with first. I stood waiting for 15 mins. Hardly fast food

Never known a McDonald’s as bad in my life, the staff are always talking about pointless things when you can see your food ready to be bagged up, and the drive thru you always have to park up because nothing is ready, waited 15 mins yesterday on the car park for a simple meal, when my food finally turned up everything was cold, made a point of putting this in my social media to which I’ve had over 10 people message saying how many bad experiences they have had too

Great place, good staff and delicious food. The service is pretty good at times. But other time they are a bit bad these are very rare occasions. Last time I went it took 20min for a banana milkshake. The food and drinks normally take 5min or less. McDonald's is a great place to get food for the family or as a treat for yourself.

Never seems to get your order right, chips are always never cooked. A lot of the time things are out of stock or the machines are broken. Its just the worst maccies around

Order wrong 8 out of 10 times. Plus chips where raw deffo pulled out the frier before timer stopped 08-09-24 tried there again went through drive thru was told no milkshakes or mc flurry made a call to the store manager was in within 5 minutes all was working

Food was cold and dry when arrived, they sent large chocolate milkshake instead of large hot chocolate, keep sending small m flurries when we pay for a large one.

Just used the Drive Thru after an exhausting night at work to cheer my morning up with a mighty Mcdonalds breakfast muffin meal. Let me be blunt, it was absolutely disgusting with no care in the world given, Full of grease, floppy undercooked hash brown, no milk or sugar in the bag for my tea or my partners coffee!! This business may be global and earn billions but as a local I can wholeheartedly tell you that unless you change your attitudes we will all never return. That makes a big enough financial dent over a few years to that Mcdonalds….”Get a GRIP” Just been into this store WOW the difference of eating in!!! Staff pleasant the food was piping hot, we had a double qtr pound cheese burger meal……..5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 so much better than drive thru and delivery.

food is always of a good standard but i’d say the speed is a bit of an issue, every time i go there’s a long wait and staff always appear to be strolling around with little care. last time i went people were complaining about a half an hour wait and ended up leaving without any food. as a fast food worker myself i know it’s hard but my issue is with the lack of care for the customer experience.

The food here is often cold and staff members cannot even be bothered to include BASIC requirements such as sauces and straws for my drink! The staff are lazy and talk as if they really cannot be bothered, never once have I seen any of them serve food with a smile, if anything many have an attitude problem, and the atmosphere is terrible. The restaurant is often filled with undesirables and badly behaved teenagers which make us too intimidated to even get out of our vehicle and then we have to use the slow paced drive through and put up with miserable staff with an attitude problem. Most definitely the worst McDonalds in the country!

I wanted to order 6 chicken strips and then got rid of them so I HAD to order a NEW thing. I ordered a SMALL thing that took 30 minutes to prepare while the family that ordered 2 20 Nuggets an ice latte and a mc flurry to 10 I’m furious. The food was frost like and the drink gave me the ick.there where screaming children that where throwing a variation of sauses at me. The only good thing about that meal was laylas jokes. NEVER going again

I've had multiple issues in recent times. Same problem each time whereby an order created and completed on the McD app does not effectively 'complete' resulting in an error code on the app with instructions to report to the counter with the code. Seems the issue is with the restaurant not being able to accept payments via the app. Has been ongoing for a week now and has been experienced by myself, another family member and a work colleague. Clearly something wrong but it's taking a while for them to 'fix' it. In meantime I'll be taking my business to Gower St.

App didn't work. Counter staff made mistakes.'fast food' took over 25 minutes to prepare and it was wrong so we had to wait longer whilst they corrected mistakes. Not impressed

Hands down, the worst McDonald's 'restaurant' I have ever experienced in the world! Food ALWAYS cold, staff are so slow and walk around like Zombies and never smile. I've seen rats around the building and the Management team fail to inform when something is out of stock, only until you've started queuing at the drive through (in my experience, ice cream), then a staff member will tell you once you've ordered that they don't have it (or rather, can't be bothered to clean it at the end of the shift) but then by that point you can't actually exit because there's cars both in front and behind (service so slow makes it not a quick exit either!) Can't really substitute ice-cream. I would happily drive that extra couple of miles to avoid this awful experience at Morris Street! Food quality and staff performance almost always filters down from Management... I'm no Alan Sugar, but new Management required I think!

I had a wonderful server I think she was called Kelsey on Friday afternoon on the window I was very satisfied with my service this was a wonderful experience and I will be coming back because the food was lovely and the service

The slowest service know to man. Over 45 minutes in the drive through to then watch three cars come by me and order before me. To top it all off they got the order wrong, zero brain cells

It is evident that McDonald's on Morris St. is overwhelmed. My first issue arose at the drive-thru. After placing my order, I proceeded to the first window where the staff merely glanced at me through the window. While I understand she was occupied, a simple acknowledgment of my presence would have been appreciated. Assuming she wasn't addressing my order, I moved to the next window, where the staff read back multiple orders but missed mine. Upon providing my order, I was informed I hadn’t paid, which I confirmed and explained why. The staff suggested taking my card to the previous window for payment, but I declined, concerned about payment accuracy. Opting to order inside using the self-service kiosk, even that resulted in errors. I had to return to the restaurant to collect the remainder of my order they overlooked. This experience left me disappointed and questioning whether the staff require retraining or if McDonald's needs to reassess their prioritization. Additionally, I believe there's room for improvement in conducting themselves with more professionalism.

How is this place still allowed to trade. ALWAYS missing items, ALWAYS freezing cold and I have witnessed them bagging orders and leaving them on the side for in excess of 25 minutes!

Nice building but always Kaotic. Drive thru takes ages. Going inside doesn't help. Really small counter, dominated by Uber, service slips as a result. Boards showing numbers but not the ones ordered. Staff just shout out number not on the screens.

The food was horrible all cold dry, no taste all I was feeling from food was salat en alot of onions. My drink was literally split everywhere on my living room . Make my soo angry. Never eat again McDonald’s. Not worth the money to pay for it. Mozzarella stick was cold. Don't feel cheese just bread crumb, all bad. Horrible exercise.
