I honestly can not believe how bad this place is. The staff are coughing all over their hands, there wasn’t one customer in there they didn’t stink. After not paying attention to their job, the staff was having a laugh and joke and then realised they had to get my chips… they were then rushed into a fries packet and served to me stone cold. The whole place stinks really bad, the food quality was incredibly poor. I’m actually so shocked. Can’t believe I’ve just paid £9 to breathe in stale urine, eat stone cold fries and eat a burger that felt like it was built by a 3 year old.

I was told I'd have to wait for 5 mins for an apple pie I didn't even order. I then waited a further 20 mins for 2 coffees and a mcflurry, my drinks was cold after 20 mins of waiting and told the ice cream machine don't work... do I need to say anymore? ..... yes I do , I asked for my money back and even the apple pie money I didn't even order haha. It's like children playing kitchen in there, alot of anger behind that counter.... kids not playing nice with each other....

Not one single item of the order was correct!

The food was cold and the coke was warm. I ordered the big tasty with bacon, but got a dry tasteless burger with plastic cheese only. It was the worst meal I've ever had and I had to pay more for the bacon and never got it anyway!!!!

Ordered at 5.05pm was delivered at 6.30pm, delivery time changed several times, food arrived cold and McFlurry was just a melted cream plus no sauces sent but preempted that anyway - absolutely shocking

This is disgraceful!! My children are staving, my children are famished! Because you can’t do your job! I spent £31 on this order! I actually spent £62 but delivered it to the wrong address! All I got from my order was 3 milkshakes. And they weren’t even the right flavour, they were strawberry.STRAWBERRY WHO ORDERS STRAWBERRY!!!! I MISSED OUT ON £26.46 OF FOOD! I WANT A FULL REFUND U SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

The delivery driver tried to give me just drinks instead of the meal we ordered then said he must have given it to the last person drove up the street and then back and said they’d eaten it he’ll get more. Animal service the children were crying.

the bag looked like the delivery women had kicked it along the floor to get it here. coffee half empty all spilled in the bag. muffins and sausage burnt.

took 2 hours to arrive and when it did it was freezing cold. most went in the bin!

Delivery was shocking in time coming all food wasnt able to eat not even the dog would like a full refund not a partial also staff at the restaurant miss informing us what was going on

Waited over 10 minutes for 2 meals, when it finally arrived muffin was stale, hash browns had been reheated (I know this cause I seen them do it) they couldn’t be arsed to stock up their milk so I had to wait a further 10 minutes by that point my drink was almost cold, terrible service and food

I don’t know why I keep giving this McDonald’s more chances. It is truly appalling. The food took ages to arrive. When it did, it was stone cold and barely cooked. Flavourless and akin to eating cardboard. Do not waste your money here. I have given up completely now. Without a doubt, the worst McDonald’s I have ever used.

Food was cold and there was missing chicken mayo and 2x fries and ketchup and all sauces

delivery was great! but the quality of the food was poor! fries were undercooked and had bits all over them! burger bun was black inside where it had been burnt and the onions were black and smelt like burnt fried onions! No sauces with the order and the chicken nuggets look like they are old and have been reheated! Absolutely disappointing!

latte had to be thrown away,it was bitter & tasted fizzy & off,& the 10 bbq sauces I ordered didn't arrive,very disappointed wen I paid nearly £15

There was no one except to people at imce on the till, it took ten minutes just for someone to start making the drinks for the orders, my drink which is supposed to have cream had zero cream.

Ordered three drinks and a hash brown. After five mins I realised our order wasn’t in the screen so asked had someone taken it by mistake. The child behind the counter in a managers uniform said no and she was doing it now. After ten minutes with no other customers. Five staff behind the desk doing nothing, one of them trying to improve his Michael Jackson impression which was almost as bad as the service in this absolute dump I gave up and got a refund. My order still somehow wasn’t fully ready. 2 got chocolates, a fruit shoot and a hash brown. Not that hard

Appalling service start to finish. Ordered at 17:39 and food was delivered at 19:34 TWO HOURS. Spoke to Jenna at McDonald’s who informed me she was the manager, so nonchalant and unwilling to help, gave differing accounts of didn’t have my order/don’t have any drivers/food is on the way. When pulled up that I was tracking and it hadn’t left she kept changing the story. 3 kids starving+tired. 0 apology. Food eventually arrived 2 hours late and freezing cold so clearly it was there the whole time.

McDonald's and just eat are letting delivery drivers sit there and wait for other deliveries so they can deliver 3 orders at once so I get cold food

So apparently the staff don’t even know the ingredients of the items on the menu. Ordered a Philly cheese stack for it to come with just the burgers, abit of cheese and some onions. No pickles or crispy onions which is what makes this burger different. As well as forgetting straws and sauce as usual. Honestly thick as pig ****.

the driver has rang for me to walk to him for this order because he didn’t want to drive the other way around because of a road closure if i wanted to walk for my food i would have walked to mcdonald my self i have paid a delivery fee for a reason

Rubbish order placed at 17:05 delivery time kept changing called restaurant at 17:55 to find out where the order was. Was told driver wasn’t even at restaurant even though according to app he’d been there since 17:20. Was told would be made fresh ready for driver. Soon as I hang up food is on its way arrive at 8:15 food not fresh either cos he’d been to another address before us. Also when he arrived he told me he’d been at the restaurant for 40mins waiting

when i received my order , it was completely wrong , none of it was my food , i am particularly annoyed because my friend has an intolerance to one of the food items that was brought to us and she had no meal to eat , leaving her with no food!!!!!!!
