half my order is missing again

My food was freezong it took that long my daughter fell sleep as shes onky 6 i wont a full refund

Yet again no dips Absolutely useless

Chips were upside down and cold.

Food was sat at the restaurant for about 90 minutes before a driver was assigned and was cold when it arrived!!

The food was lovely but the milkshake was wrong, they sent vanilla instead of the Grimace shake.

Food arrived cold. Ordered a large meal but chips around half empty, may aswell have ordered a small meal. Drink lose and partially spilt in the bag. Happens more often than not and overall is poor considering how much you have to pay on top of the meal price. Very poor

The food was bland, we ordered Big Mac which was supposed to come with fries and it never did, the burger was so small nothing exciting about it. My husband has been so upset has he felt he waisted his money .

Food was nice and no issues with order. However unfortunately we broke down in the drive through waiting bay, the Macdonald's staff were so incredibly helpful and kind, definitely went above and beyond! Appreciated their help so much.

Was feeling rough from the previous night and needed some good grub and what better place to turn too than McDonald’s. Ordered £30 of food (double quarter meal, 9 nugget meal, share box cheesy bites) and we both got quite excited while we was waiting for it to arrive. What came was far from the order we placed. We received two Fantas and 4 nugget happy meal. I’ve raised a complaint with just eat and McDonald’s and come to no outcome yet. We feel let down and we are still hungry. #burgerking

ordered 2 bacon n egg mcmuffens and a sosauge n egg mcmuffen n got order wrong way round dont like sosage ruined the order ya need to read what the order is not what u want to send out

The food was delivered ‘on time’ after the time of delivery kept changing. Once delivered my food was stone cold and the McFlurry was melted. And no matter how many time you order a write in the notes etc… they forget to send sauces EVERY SINGLE time

Lots of missing items in my order, no drinks for all three of us, no sauces and no fruit bag for my daughter. Very poor.

I accidentally asked for delivery at the wrong address ,the driver was very understanding and re delivered without any fuss to the correct address well done to you and the food was still hit 👍🏾

Yet again, you have ruined our kids treat and family meal this evening, we got all the way home to find food with NO sauces. Not even the chicken selects had sauces and it’s part of the meal you fools ! We didn’t even get a proper apology offered on the phone. We then had to fight our way back in tea time traffic to get fresh food with sauces! You people are a joke. For our trouble you should say keep the food as part of our apology and we’ll provide fresh hot food and a discount next time you arrive. You’re staff are incompetent, rude and half soaked. Why can’t you just listen to what people say and check the orders before you dump out the hatch!!!! I’m writing to head office.

Good value for money food in a pleasant atmosphere

I placed a order to be delivered, it arrived on time but there wasn't any straw's so how am I supposed to drink the milkshakes, ridiculous

missing items all the time shocking customer service

All good was stone cold. Waited over an hour for delivery and even the straws had gone all soggy due to the condensation in the bag. Hence if the order wasn’t delivered late the condensation wouldn’t have got that bad for the states to be impossible to put in the drink.

didn't get the 6 chicken nuggets that we ordered

Ordered 20 nuggets with ketchup, 2 large fries and a cheeseburger. Received no fries , wrong burger and all 4 dips were wrong. Some birthday treat! Del driver running round street looking for the house, food i did get was cold!!

This place is a joke I waited to be served at the counter 10 mins staff were stood around so rude I asked is anyone serving I was told I will get somebody for you nobody came to serve me even a manager and manageress just stood there talking so rude I said dont bother absolutely disgusting staff wont be going in there again an absolute joke

This is a large chips? Absolute joke this place. Rude staff members. Why don’t they close this down. They’re all in the back chatting and laughing but can’t get a large chips to a customer. Would of served to my dog better. Poor. For someone who’s a customer there they do take the piss.

My food didnt come to my address

I only buy coffee or tea I don't eat fake / processed food...I can buy a healthy carvery for £13.. and be full up..with fast food your just filling your stomach not feeding the body...I have been told that the breakfast muffin is nice..especially the double bacon and egg

Food was showing as prepared and courier at restaurant 20mins after ordering .. it didn’t arrive until 45mins later and all food was stone cold and fizzy drink was flat .. £23 spent and most went in the bin as it was cold soggy and inedible .. even the burger cartons were cold so it had obviously just been sat there waiting to be collected or the driver was chatting at the restaurant !!! Terrible service

My delivery time was changed 5 times I ended up waiting an hour when it was supposed to be 15-20 mins. The food that was actually delivered was freezing cold

It’s McDonald’s so you get what you expect. However I find the service in particular the drive-thru is often slow and you are made to park up rather than be serviced via the drive-thru. It can get very busy both in store and drive-thru, parking can be difficult but often is ok. Clean and easy to use.

Guy must of delivered to wrong house. I put in for a refund and still not received it and had no food, JUST EAT needs sort its self out.

Gave me a time which kept changing and getting longer. Food eventually turned up absolutely stone cold even dog turned his nose up at it. Driver was very rude and challenged why I ordered it and not picked it up, I’m paying for a delivery service which keeps people in jobs so if we all picked the food up he would be out of a job.

The quality of Service has been steadily declining, and it is no longer a viable option for quick fast food meal. While en route to my place of employment, I sought to procure some fast, hot food. I placed an order through the mobile application at 19:22, and my food was delivered to my vehicle at 19:41 in a lukewarm state. I rushed my onward journey. Staff cuts,staff issues maybe? Very poor service McDonald's.
