As maccies go, the chips are spot on and the burger was half decent as well 👍🏻

Only had a toffee latte so can't really judge properly but seen as the latte wasn't very warm then god knows what the tucker would be like. Maccies has seriously gone down hill in the last 12 month

Best McDonald's in the area of Newton-le-Willows

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever had the misfortune to give my custom to, if it wasn't the only place for miles with parking that you can get something resembling food, I'd pass. This place has a nasty habit of closing at night for "maintainance" then keep letting you order on the app or for delivery but when you can't get the food you paid for it's a YOU problem and good luck getting your money back if you paid on the app. The food is invariably cold, I have stood for 15 minutes watching my food just sitting under the lamp whilst the staff and management faff around and gossip, once, I was served a burger that had been sat there for 2 hours. The burger assemblers seem to find it impossible to centre the constituent parts so everything comes out like it's just been in a crash with sauce all over the bun. The only saving grace are the front of house staff who are busy as bees cleaning up after the local youth have trashed the place and dealing with customers mucked up orders.

Good food. Fast service. Friendly staff.

Absolutamente pésimo servicio. El pedido estaba completamente equivocado, y solo retiraron una parte del pedido, de modo que el resto del pedido estaba frío cuando finalmente fue reemplazado. Esto ha pasado muchas veces. El personal es inatento, inexacto y generalmente de mala actitud. Evita este lugar.

Went on 06/01/25, there were rats. Not just 1 or 2 but at least 6 from what I saw. Not only were there rats but they got my order wrong; there were pickles and onions on my burger (which I had asked to be removed), no extra cheese or bacon (which I paid extra for), and the Coke Zero was flat, lukewarm warm and had no ice.

Ordered a Big Mac meal with a plain burger I specifically said just the burger and the bun nothing else. They give me the burger with everything on it. This had happened multiple times Never coming back

was in the area recently and had a lovely meal however the girl who served me had the worst attitude. name something like annie or maybe anna. she had a face on the whole time and just spoke with a rude and ignorant inflection. honestly just ruined my experience. will not be returning anytime soon!

Food is never the problem, but the service is absolutely shocking. Was served by a girl called Anna not too long ago and oh my god she’s the most ignorant worker I’ve ever met, so rude and barely even spoke, just stood with a horrible look on her face, ruined my experience, will be looking for other McDonald’s.

This was the best sausage n egg mcmuffin (double) and hash brown ever,not greasy,tasted amazing,nice one Stone Cross just off the east lancs

Frappe ridiculous way to much ice that you carnt even drink it . Sort ya heads out thicko .

It's ok, hit and miss in terms of service times. The caramel frappe is a constant "sorry it's off" every single time. Update, it's been two years and still, no caramel grape.

I travel round the country for work so have eaten in many McDonald’s and this has to be by far the worst I’ve had, firstly my drink came half empty because it was all in the bag, chips were like rubber and stale and the burger had more tomato sauce than all the supermarkets combined. Overall shocking

This is for just eat only not the courier. I think it’s daft how you can’t change the delivery address when the orders been confirmed there should be an option to change it and to stop messing the driver around only be able to change it once in one order.

Disgraceful service, shocking on the phone. Order accepted yey not delivered. Called at 8:44 when it was due no Kate than 8:05, confirmed it was ready waiting on a driver. Delivery still not turned up yet has been marked delivered.

Order never arrived. Restuarant is 2 mins drive away from the delivery address. Shambolic!

My food never arrived! Due to the driver not turning up to collect my food. The guy on the phone at Mcdonalds had great customer service, he was very helpful and friendly! It's not Mcdonald's fault! It's just ridiculous. I had a very upset child!

Este es el McDonald’s más cercano al que vivo y desearía que no fuera porque estoy tan harto de pedir comida y darme cuenta cuando estoy en casa que se han olvidado de artículos que he pedido por culpa del personal perezoso, completo desperdicio de dinero y tiempo, además la calidad de la comida es mala, honestamente si puedes evitar este McDonald’s deberías, el estúpido personal descerebrado probablemente reciba más que yo por no hacer absolutamente nada

Visitado el miércoles 20 de noviembre por la noche, en general nuestras visitas aquí han sido razonablemente aceptables. En esta ocasión, sin embargo, nuestra visita fue terrible, comiendo ambiente sucio y desordenado con restos de comidas en las mesas y el suelo circundantes. Parece que necesita un buen vapor - limpio para que sea más higiénico y en consonancia con ser un lugar para comer. Las áreas de comedor han sido supervisadas en el pasado por una dama rubia que siempre mantuvo un buen ambiente alimenticio. Ordenado en - pantalla alrededor de las 7. 30 pm con servicio de mesa, unos 20 minutos después no hay señal de nuestra comida tan solicitada en el mostrador donde puede ser hasta con poca respuesta. Aprecio que el personal tiene su trabajo cortado en momentos ocupados, pero esto no era uno dado que la gente dentro, el personal parecía más decidido a conducir - a través de órdenes de recogida y teléfono para los que debe haber alrededor de 10 repartidores esperando alrededor del mostrador. Eventualmente recibí nuestro pedido que era cálido así que fui al mostrador y pedí que lo reemplazaran. Vamos Stonecross, pon este lugar de vuelta a lo que solía ser.

My order was late. I ordered four happy meals and 2 Big Mac meals and extra burgers with drinks and only 2 happy meals was delivered in one bag and the other bag had drinks in. We was missing two Happy meals two Big Mac meals, two big Mac meals and extra burgers. I don’t mind it being around 29 mins late but to have half of the order missing how is this possible? … Not happy at all I had four hungry children waiting and only two happy meals came now you can imagine the sadness this caused

The food was cold. A mc spicy was sent instead of a mc crispy. My chicken selects in the share box where burnt ro a crisp. All in all a waste of money. Very disappointed, come on staff you can do much better.

ORDERED AT 18.22PM. FOOD STILL NOT ARRIVED AT 19.38. CALLED RESTAURANT AS STILL SHOWING AS BEING PREPPED AT 19.45. APP THEN SHOWED FOOD AS BEING DELIVEREDAT 19.40!!!! NOT TRUE, FOOD NEVER ARRIVED AND WE HAVE CCTV AND RING FOOTAGE TO CONFIRM THIS.

Si usas la aplicación te envían a Ubereats. ¿Quién te envía de vuelta a McDonald’s qué estafa. Me gustaría lo que pago. Pida 2 hamburguesas y todavía se equivocan. La última vez que revisé las hamburguesas con papas fritas se servían calientes no frías y repugnantes.

Bad experience, forgot to put my nuggets in the bag at first and then had to go back and wait again for the nuggets and then i asked for a plain cheese burger and they left everything on it so that’s money wasted

The worst. Waited 40 minutes at the Drive Thru for food. Missing 2 fries. You may aswell spend a bit extra and go to a proper restaurant, you'll get served quicker!! What happened McDonalds? Ordered the food to be delivered for 6.15pm by using drop down time options. Placed order at 5.10pm to give plenty of notice for delivery time of 6.15pm. Delivered at 7pm

We had accidentally written the wrong house number, so he had gone a few doors down instead. When I rang to update the address, I was very apologetic and told him the correct house number. He was extremely rude and was very aggressive. Awful driver and our food is cold now as he was arguing with us at the door for 5 minutes.

No issue with delivery driver as the security seal on the bag hadn't been tampered with. Its clearly an issue in the restaurant

Wrong order was delivered, the delivery driver then took the food back to the restaurant and we have been refused a refund even though we have been left with no food. How does that work! Hopefully someone will contact us soon to resolve this issue!

Delivered the wrong order it wasn’t the drivers fault they labelled the order wrong at the restaurant and they wanted me to report but that doesn’t give me what I ordered to fix my hunger does it I’m a wheelchair user and I drive but it’s raining hard and to drive there I have to disassemble my chair in and out the car so I had to go and pick up my order so I’m far from happy as you can tell ☹️
