McDonald's in Walsall

Pathetic service via just eat. Waited 45 mins status was order being prepared for 30 mins just for it to be cancelled. AVOID

Placed my order through drive through and ask for chicken nuggets and chip and only got the chicken nuggets they are constantly getting order wrong ect I am totally not happy I shall be going eles were from now on.

Order through the app for drive thru and every time you have to park up it’s a joke place is full of mongholes , if you want your order wrong,cold and served by an idiot then definitely come here

Avoid avoid avoid ………… I don’t normal paint a negative picture of places I’ve been but this one takes the biscuit. Everyone time I’ve been numerous issues occur . 1.Received wrong orders 2.Charged twice (never corrected) 3.Returned back to the restaurant to correct an order which I’ve previously had corrected cause it was still wrong. This could have been much worse if I hadn’t of checked it again. (Allergic) I’m not going to go into details as this would be a boring story. Number of times I’ve contacted the store with no answer and even one staff member said “they never pick up the phones anyway you are wasting you’re time” Poor show guys save time money and stress and take your custom else where.

Cold fries tasted like they used old fat, great staff, most of my cheese was stuck to the wrapper... 😒

Food was ordered via uber at 16.07pm, food arrived at 16.50pm! It had been made that long and sat there, food was un edable and ice cream had melted will not go reedswood maccies again! Tried phoning no one answers

This place never fails to disappoint, luke warm burger and fries milkshake that thick you need a spoon, I was considering having it delivered but it would have been stone cold by the time I would have received it. If you eat any old rubbish that's put in front of you then go for it, but if you like good food I'd steer clear of this place.

The food comes cold and waste of money from ordering this location branch via Uber Eats. Also they miss items like sauces, milk in the package.

I odered food and it takes nealry one hour to deliver and i am just 5 minutes drive away from mcd , and they haven’t sent proper order. No dip send in order ever i odered extra dips in it with nuggets , seriously m pissed off with the service.

Drive in for a big tasty, over priced at over £7 tasted like rubber and made me sick the next day! Absolutely disgusting shall never buy a burger again.

As far as McDonalds go, it's the best in the local area by far. The drive-thru in Walsa centre is just always terrible tasting and they mess the orders up. Never had an issue at Reedswood.

I ordered online and I got wrong order and I’m calling they aren’t receiving my call, I ordered mcspicy large meal and apple pie. They delivered me 3 cold drinks and 2 McFlurry. I’m on night shift and hungry. Zero customer service. I will never order it again

I ordered at 5.30 pm . Food came at 7.35. I ordered the 2 meal deal. 2 burgers and 2 fries. Burgers came cold and no fries at all. Not happy at all with mcdonalds

Ordered the Cheese Mcrispy chicken and ended up with a cheese big tasty, it's not even on the menu... Had all the sauce etc but was literally a big tasty patty instead of the chicken. Understand they may have ran out but a call would have been nice.

the pies were missing and the Coke wasn't coke! it was heavily watered down and tasted like cleaner. I've taken a photo and despite my complaint, I was given a very poor excuse for why I'm not getting a refund. I will be taking this serious complaint further for the reasons of health and hygiene.

We rarely get a take away but been busy we decided to give our local Mc’s another visit (previous ones have been a let down) . We seem to visit at around the same time from 6pm. Ever since home deliveries became a thing it’s clear that these are prioritised over walk ins. When the food final arrived we took it home , less than a 2 minute drive … mostly cold . The last time we tried from here we had the same problem. They need more staff and less leaving the food to go cold between orders

Got no cheese bites with my order

My food was inedible. Freezing cold, stale and messy. Drink was spilt all into McFlurry. I was fuming.

Same as any other McDonald's. Food was good and reasonably priced, only problem it was only warm by the time I got home. Put it in the microwave for 20 secs and it was warm enough, though not sure this is a good idea 😊

after leaving details to find address driver called me for route and got it all wrong when he finally arrived he took meal out of bag and coffee dropped out of paper bag all over porch floor he appologised and left i cleared up and had my meal.
