Absolutely merry xmas ....kerry cleaning up person ...we asked for some ketchup which we had already ordered and didn't receive ...told to help ourselves at the pump ...it didnt work....asked another member of staff slapped a pot in my hand and said the ketchup bag is full its the pump ...my thoughts mend the pump asap so kerry doesnt have to interact with any more customers.....

The only reason I rated it a one is because I couldn't put a zero I asked for some ketchup (ours that we ordered wasn't on our tray) and they said do it your self but the pumps didn't work on the machine, Kerry literally threw the one pot of ketchup (how kind!) into my hand and said the pump is rubbish- was I meant to fix it myself!? You would think she had to pay for the ketchup the way she launched it at us. Merry Christmas to all, the best customer service we had today was from the machine that I entered the order on myself.

Utter junk. Too busy serving drive thru to deal with the 8 deep queue at the counter. Me and my 3 kids left before being seen. Went to KFC instead, served in a couple of minutes. BYE BYE McDonald's, hello KFC

When it states its open 24hrs but you have to sit on the carpark for over 20mins for someone to open the drive through while they stand and chat inside. Not a good start!!

Mixed my order and cold when I got it eventually

Went to the drive through as it was 11.15pm. Polite girls at the windows, but was asked to park and would bring food out. Couple of cars behind us also came and parked up. Waited ages to see a guy come out and then proceed to have a chat with someone in one of the cars that parked after us. By the time he had finished his chat and wandered over with our food it was good 5/10 minutes. He did ask me to check it was correct so we left. Unfortunately when we started to eat our meal the fries were cold, the Big Macs weren’t even made correctly burgers stuck together not between buns, hardly any salad or relish and was also luke warm. Two drinks not identified as Coke Zero or Diet either and both flat. Pretty poor and not what you expect from MacDonalds. Don’t bother with this outlet, particularly late at night. 😡

Good food, but had to park up and wait for 15mins for food.

I don't recommend this place to consume your meal, the staff don't look after the customers table dirty and floor become sticky in some parts of the floor, I didn't enjoy my food at all,

Ordered food and did not get the right burger plus no milk sugar spoon and napkins with my cup of tea not very good at all

This is always the worst McDonald’s, we were at the speaker to order at drive through, 3 cars went by in the other lane and our order still wasn’t taken. Their service has always been terrible if you go through the drive thru your asked to park up and your waiting at least 20 minutes But If you go in your waiting half and hour and your orders never right Some off the staff are so laid back and do nothing If you go during breakfast it will be undercooked !!! I got given the wrong order for breakfast I asked then for the right order they said our grills broke we don’t have any sausage ?!

When it's 6.40 am and you order £16.00 worth of breakfast and the male taking the order can't get it right 2 x double sausage muffin with hash brown and hot chocolate then the other double sausage and bacon meal. Why does the person taking the order put egg on them.

Went in this morning an was running late... ordered a simple double saus an egg meal.... i got a single hard crusted cold sausage an egg... thats theft in my eyes.... ive never been impressed by this mcdonalds.... i will just go out my way from now on....as a franchise they do not operate how mcdonalds expects an will always palms you off with cold foods.... Will never see me again an ill always take my service elsewhere now...never again will they see any of my money... neglegant owners

It's what you expect. Only thing I hate and this relates to all fast food is the "do you want a meal with that" if I did I would say. 2 to 4 times is a bit much and now no hype but 9/10 visits even tho ordered by app not ready and wait. 1 customer out of 100's of millions isn't going to worry them but goodbye never again. Go burgerking

Absolutely atrocious. Late arrival 10:35 so what . You’re still open . Waiting 25 mins for 2 small orders of a total of 5 items. Slow , lazy , cold food . Kept on missing items. Lousy attitude, no leadership whatsoever so ever , can’t imagine what there like when it’s busy 😂. Be very cautious with this one.

I had a chilli cheese burger as they are quite new to the franchise but I am sure that the sauce inside is meant to be a bit chill flavoured and I know I took my jalapeños and dill pickles out of the burger so I know that there was no spiciness to the burger and if I didn't know any better it seemed like I had a normal double cheeseburger but got charged for the chili one

Complained about both disabled bays being closed due to jet washing. One of the managers Craig dealt with it promptly and Kerry who at first was offhand make sure I was ok and apologized for being off had as she was busy at the time of asking, Both Craig and Kerry outstanding, Will certainly use again

The fries were extremely cold, I was not able to eat, maybe because we ordered at 1am

I used to love there breakfast wraps. I had one 1/11/24 and there was more egg shell in it than egg. I was really disappointed it's put me off having another one from them.

Unfortunately, I can’t give 0 stars. Worst Macdonald’s I’ve ever been to. They are trying to do too much (eat-in, takeaway, order on the app, just eat, etc) and the service has now become none existent. It is no longer fast food. You occasionally had to park up and wait for the drive thru order for the more complex orders but now it is pretty much every time, even for basic orders (20mins+ for NUGGETS). And then they forgot something. They said they’ll be back with the rest of the order but didn’t come back. Had to get my kids out the car and go in for it. They couldn’t care less when I complained. This is not a 1 off occurrence. Absolutely awful!

Very average not the best mds I've been to

I never leave bad reviews but this place is an exception. I don't mind how long I had to wait for the food, these things happen. It's the attitude of the staff. Their buddies would come in and go behind the desk and get their orders promptly and they would stand and joke about rather than work. My food finally came cold and missing items and I had to ask if it was my order because the staff just put it in the desk without saying sorry or it that it was my order.

Always forget to give dip and have to ask,couple of times order has been wrong,gave wrong coffee.

Food was OK, this is not the store but mcdonalds is not how it used to be! Only go on a rare occasion now!

The drive through is often closed, when it is open you are usually asked to park up and wait. Sometimes you get your food within 15 minutes but often it’s much longer. They give you the drink and McFlurry first so by the time the food comes it’s melted. They prioritise Just Eat, Uber Eats etc who more seem to have there own collection point. Unfortunately my son loves McDonald’s otherwise I wouldn’t bother. I will say the staff are friendly and I genuinely feel sorry for them having to carry food into a car park went it’s freezing cold and they only have short sleeves on

Every time I come here witch is every other day they tell me to park up for my order bloody annoying end the food has gone to rubbish

Visited here on the 8 oct we placed our order at 7.45 at 8.20 my sons still waiting for is food i then called for the manager who came out an said il go and check for you for him to come out with the food, no apology or nothink not even an offer of a free drink or anythink , realy poor service macdonalds your gettin worse by the day.

Usually have takeaways from here but service is not very good need to wait a while for food when I order drive thru. Staff are too busy talking and not concentrating on their jobs

Order food to be delivered waiting over an hr and still not arrived had priority service disgusting phoned 5 plus times no answer will NOT be using again and tried to cancel order and can but will still get charged

I just wanted to make you aware that Anmol is a credit to your business, her pleasant and helpful demeanor really made my visit that extra bit memorable. I just thought she deserved some recognition for her great customer service. Just in case I haven't spelled her name correctly she was a female member of staff who was working on the drive through serving Window at 22:00 on the 30/9/24. Thanks 🙏 👍

I have no idea what people they employ here but to consistently get orders wrong is an achievement in itself. Staff are useless & have no people skills at all. One of the worst McDonald's restaurants around. AVOID.

(DONT COME) the food was cold and took over 25 minutes to get our food the staff was a disappointment and 5 staff members ask what number I Was and thay did not do anything save your money and DONT COME

Sat and waited in a bay for 20 mins, then they forgot half the order, no apologies given after we drove round a 2nd time and the food was cold

Disappointed is an understatement. Went through the drive thru, food came out cold. Went back around explained it was cold, manager said he will bring a fresh one out. Parked up and waited, waited for 25 MINUTES. Drove back around, they had forgotten about me and eventually gave my food with extra fries and an extra burger. Waste of time!!! Wasn’t even hungry after that point. Service is terrible.

Came here tonight on a pre-arranged visit! I pretended to not know how to use the order machine to test out the customer service. A friendly member of staff assisted straight away and ordered my food. Food arrived and unfortunately it was only Luke warm , the same member of staff took it away and replaced it with hot food. All in all good is mainly bog standard but the customer service was very good. Well done to this member of staff!

This restaurant is the worst in whole Walsall. Make you 30 minutes after the order at drive through. Please do not waste your time and money on this restaurant.

Avoid like plague When your all replaced by ai don't go moaning about having no jobs. Wanted service at the till, guy said BRB no one came back i called out to staff i saw walking past the opening a few times no response or eye contact, i left. I don't like the automated service screens because you can't ask it questions or make the right changes to your order. Went to Morrisons instead todays fresh hell ordered drive thought i had to complain about the milkshake pumped foll of air to make volume of cup, replaced with soft drink it was more than double the weight, then to top it off got home only to find my apple pie missing and they never answered when i tried to call them.

Waited over an hour for the order for everything to come cold, sauces missing, the milkshake was basically just milk and the fries were like cardboard... never ordering for here again... absolutely abysmal 🤢

Food was terrible cold and dry tasted like someone took it out the fridge and warmed it up in the microwave

After a long wait for my order, the warmest thing in my order was my "chocolate" milkshake, haven't a clue what flavour it was supposed to be. 2 cold burnt cheeseburgers, cold hard fries, cold Filet o fish. The only thing that would be classed as edible were the condiments. Absolutely disgusting.

I never leave reviews and understand mistakes sometimes happen but this place has the most unprofessional staff possible. Pretty much every order from here is wrong and freezing cold when ordering online. You have a simple job its not challenging, read a reciept and put the items listed in a bag… simple. Don't even deserve to be working

I've been a loyal customer for 13 yrs as my daughter is autistic I asked to speak to the manager today over the cost of a toasted cheese bun as I wasn't happy with the increase of 20p for slice of lously cheese no explanations or nothining considering no other food products have increased it may seem silly to ever reads this but an increase of 40p aday soon mounts up over the year I would take my buissenes else were but this is the only food my daughter will eat so thanks for nothing

Standard maccies, normally fine if you visit or use drive-through.. Can be a bit hit and miss if ordering for delivery(in terms of missing items).

Would have given 0 stars if possible. I Found a hair inside fish burger🤢🤮, it took almost 30 minutes to prepare the food, they forgot to make everything in the order, they missed mc flurry and forgot to add sauces. Never ordering in next 100 years, not recommended.

Where do I start When ever I order via their app, most of my food I missing, and this hasn't just happened once it's everytime, to a point I've now stopped ordering via the app Now comes my next big issue If you go there anynight between 12-3 (possibly later) They won't serve you, stating "sorry there's a system update, we're now closed for the next 20 mins" I've waited 20 mins, to be told the same waited again to agin be told the same So I called their head office to see if this is correct, erm no this isn't the case. Mcdonalds main office have stated that all system updates are within 10 mins, and the restaurant shouldn't close All tye staff are just wondering round and cleaning What's the point in being a 24hr Mcdonalds when you don't server 24hr It's a joke...... I can't believe the staff are getting away with it, it's only been recent for the past 4 months, but it's getting worse by the day Word of advise, change the staff or management, If this was my business and I was turning away customers I wouldn't be in business, if I wasn't aware one of my staff was doing this as soon as I found out they'd be fired.

Chips are cold and stale, burger meat is cold and uncooked, strawberry milkshake is not even strawberry flavoured.

I normaly dont give my children a junk food . But we had a kitchen renovation and we went there on Bescot. Both kids had a big mac as a meals and now both have a stomach pain and vommiting. The staff there is also with no manners. They see you eating with a full mounth and approaching to leave a feedback when u didnt even finished your food with two demanging kids ... they standing like a donkeys and waiting by your table behind your back or cleaning under table when u eat spreading a dust from the brush ...yak...never again

14 minutes fir 2 lemonades and 2 hash browns. If I could rate lower I would Edit - went there again and the place is a joke. Waited ages for my order and there was something missing. Took another era to wait for anyone to help and when they did there was the smallest attempts of service to rectify it.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Waited over 20 minutes for our breakfast for it to be incorrect. They refused to remake it and said they could give us a refund. The hot drink was also cold and the milkshake was completely melted.

Food was luke warm when it was brought out to us in the car park. We were asked to park out the front we couldn't get in there due to everyone else parking there waiting for their food. It seems that the delivery service guys take precedence over physical customers. So much that ALL the disabled parking bays were full of customers without badges waiting for food.

Cold food, missing bits from the order and seriously slow service. 50 minutes from order to delivery even having paid for priority. Every time we order from here there is always an issue. It’s can’t be that difficult to get an order, put the correct items on the bag and get it sent out… Wisemore is far far better.

Half of the food and dips (that i paid extra for) was missing, ignored customisations on the burgers due to allergies so the food that did come was inedible and was just thrown into the bag.

My partner placed an order on the McDonald's app. When the order arrived we was missing a chicken big mac. This is not the first time it has happened we placed an order about a month ago and we was missing the chicken big mac we have not received a refund yet either spoke with uber eats who said I need to contact McDonald's. I have tried to phone Mcdonalds bescot but good luck with that they either don't answer the phone or Answer and put the phone straight down. Will not be ordering from the McDonald's app again

Ordered delivery and a burger was missing not the first time so I won't be ordering for delivery again. Complained and apparently they will refund us but still waiting on the last refund to go into the account. Don't understand how they can pass the blame onto uber they don't pack the food/bags

Not good cold food when we do a takeaway

Having ordered from here for delivery for food amounting to over £40 I am again disappointed to fund half my order is missing, the fries we did get looked liked they had been waved at the fryer then thrown into the bag with the fries packet chucked on top. This is not the first time. I cannot blame the delivery company as the bags were sealed and locked together by a large seal. There fore the people at macdonalds it's self are to blame for this waste of my time amd money. There is no easy way to contact, they pick the phone up and place down then leave off the hook. I am tired of the same thing over and over again. I will not be ordering or collecting "food" from here ever again. I am down over £40 with nothing to show for it than pale, cold, limp fries, and an angry headache. Please avoid this diabolical resteraunt. More than happy to discuss with manager if they can be bothered.
