McDonald's in Stockport

Been served by someone with high level on customer service but the waiting for food in the car park it's ridiculous.theres delivery drivers making a lote mess in the car park Impossible parking

Bread on my breakfast muffin was stale, hard and dry. Substandard.

In a poor state when we visited. No care in preparing food.

Soggy fries, staff cant be bothered, awful hygiene in the sitting area.

Order through uber eats , last 5 or 6 times there's always an item missing, tonight was a sharebox of mozzarella dippers , uber not refunding as we have complained multiple times.

They always always forget to give all orders to people in full. Today I ordered a Big Mag with extra salad and cheese but what I received was just a burger with bread. This is really ridiculous. If you can't manage the restaurant, change the manager. This is the sixth time they have sent me the wrong food. I will not buy from this rubbish restaurant again.

Food is fine and the 24 hours is a massive plus! However the hordes of homeless that swarm this place like a fly to a flame is insane. The fact that the security only really talks to each other in Hindi and watch Indian Tiktok rather than kick them out frags the place down massively.

Don't order online from this mcdonalds.. i think they take pride in messing up orders and never ever putting the requested dips in with the order!

Go here more or less every morning before work the staff are nice and it's always clean

Food always as you'd expect but service in the drive thru is always horrendously slow. Machines not working. Bins being emptied. Lanes closed. Or slow orders ahead. Last time I was told to park up and wait (only interesting food choice i picked was a wrap with no amends) i was waiting 8 minutes. Could just be my bad luck but it's never gone smoothly there.

Ordered £30 of breakfast food and not delivered. Phone constantly off the hook. Just eat said it was delivered but not to my address.

It's a McDonald's. Mundane and soulless.

Was ok as far as McDonald's goes, was mad busy but we still got our order quickly, as for having security in there suppose it obviously needed as it had smashed window at entrance but was ok 👌

All weekend orders have been messed up

First time in a long time everything was bang on, fries were hot, crispy & well seasoned. Mccrispys were delicious and nothing was forgotten

Order arrived on time however I was missing all the medium fries on the order, a big mac and the terrys chocolate orange pies, not impressed.

It's McDonalds. Food is always the same. Never great, but okay for a quick meal. But at this restaurant, if I do drive-thru, no matter what I order I have to go wait in the car park for the food.

No waited over 2hrs for my granddaughter tea to arrive no phone number working no where to complain Absolutely disgusting service won't be using it again and they have a nerve to charge nearly the same price for delivery as the food cost .

Once again, No dips, even when paid extra for them. it may only be a few quid, but considering the cost, I want my £5 back for the dips.

Amazing customer service! I've just had 2 sausage and egg mc muffins, a galaxy hot chocolate and now enjoying a toffie latte and this is definitely one of the better McDonald's around Manchester/Stockport!

Cold fries, burgers missing cheese and cold, hot chocolate was more warm brown water with a faint unpleasant chemical taste. Apple pie was ok though. Very disappointing I'm afraid.

2nd time I've ordered McDonald's from just eat and won't do it again. the 1st time 3 drinks were missing and another 2 were the wrong drinks. this time I ordered 2 happy meals and thankfully the food order was right but the toys had been forgotten. looking at other reviews, missing items or completely wrong orders seem to be commonplace. easier and cheaper to go and get it yourself, that's what I'll be doing in future.

Food cold and had to be microwaved. Drinks and dips for both meals missing. Instead we received a Fruit Shoot when we ordered water and a Fanta.

1 Large chips missing, No straws given for 2 cold drinks, No ketchup, ALL food was stone cold. ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL!!! I had to re heat all food in microwave before eating £25 for food that had clearly been thrown together which was sat there for a while in restaurant. The chips were stale and the big mac was thrown together. more lettuce in box than on the burger, asked no gherkin - was gherkin on it and only 1 slice of cheese that was at the bottom of burger. POOR. A full refund is deserved

So macdonalds always but always gives you before paying an estimate of 15 to 30 min and slowly slowly after tou have paid the waiting rime increases. This is rediculous .never again from them.

Food delivered was stone cold- requested a refund on £29 preset and given £5 back that’s just not on-my children won’t eat it reheated so it’s all been wasted.

grink unsealed so when it fell over with the uncaring driver it soaked everything and burst the bag all over my kitchen floor. Faults on both driver and McDs, keep drinks separate and sealed drivers don't care about because they get paid anyway
