I really wish mcdonalds would stop forgetting my food !!! not not hard

The hamburger came with onions on which I am allergic too so couldn’t eat and the chicken share box didn’t come.

Forgot 2 fries and chicken mayo

Food was the worst I've ever had from mcds the chips were stale and brown. Chicken nuggets were over cooked and dry!

no straws no napkins and no toy with the happy meal

Spilt drinks all over me driver need to be more careful.

Took nearly 2 hours to be delivered and when it turned up half the order was missing and the rest was freezing cold

changed the times twice, and when it arrived it was cold

everything was good except my mcspicy burger was chewy like my burger had been sat for a while. chips were spot on atleast

Took 45 minutes for the food to turn up. And when it did it was just about warm in temperature.

Ordered food waited over an hour and had to go the the restaurant and all the food was freezing not happy at all

Order was over an hour late to the initial predicted delivery time. Tried ringing the restaurant after the time shifted 6 times but no answer. Ended up driving to restaurant who had no reference of order. Fresh order made in store but no apology from manager. Manager didn’t know how we could contact JustEat for help to cancel undelivered order.

Do not order from this McDonald's. Unless you like waisting your money. The food was received cold and not fresh. Items from the order were missing. Very small portions received, regardless of being advertised as medium. Wrong items given in the order, thus compromising my medical dietary requirements, do not recommend at all, the worst branch I have ate at.

Made my order to stand there listening to the staff make inappropriate noises and when addressed they stated your not my manager like wow then 2 members of staff came out while one young female was lay in car park making snow angles a young lad was videotaping it on her phone where on earth was the babysitter

Went to get a couple of burgers at 4 40 am to be told they were changing over to breakfast correct me if I anm wrong but breakfast starts at 5am the manager of this store puts up paintings at pride week showing gay couples nothing wrong with him supporting pride but they were where children were having parties anyway Bredbury served me a burger at 4 53 am

Driver was very rude, made my food very cold to the point it’s had to be reheated! When he asked for the code “he said give me the code” asked if k could leave my baby girl and go get the food off him! Very unprofessional

Worse brand ever.Redish McDonald Drive through , they gave us old fish o fillet burger and dried re heated chips which were chewy. And also burger was like rock. This is 2nd time my experience from this branch. Last time I ignored as I don’t like complaining . But this time I decided to leave a review about staff who was on the duty tonight around 10.30 Sunday the 15th of December. As they are ruining McDonald reputation down. We had to throw that food in the bin 👎

food cold. items missing AGAIN!

Poor quality. Fries and cheese bites really overcooked. Dips missing. Big tasty was just a burger and sauce, no tomato no onions etc. Really disappointing.

3rd order in 3 weeks and yet again something wrong. This week the cheese burger was replaced by a chicken burger which my boy won't eat. Thank you Sandy Lane, I now have an hour of tears

the courier was very nice in trying to help me. Just eats sucks at customer service i was unable to change anything when i realised i got the order wrong and me and the courier suffered for it.

Hours shows 24, arrived at 11:58 pm and manager said its closed in a very rude way. Asked for a cup of hot water and he refused. Wasn’t expecting this type of behaviour from the staff.

delivered the wrong meal ordered a breakfast bacon roll yet we got sent a wrap with just a sausage on, absolutely shocking to send us a wrap with just a sausage on instead of a bacon roll meal, I can't tell you how bad this place is

Shocking no straws no sauces ask for extra lettuce extra mayo on both chicken sandwiches barely and never mind extra can’t be bothered to do there jobs £28 down the drain. Pointless ordering from this place same old same old. There not arsed make billions from people

The staff were great and you can tell they take pride in their restaurant. It was clean and they were very friendly. Shame more McDonalds aren’t like this one.

Don't go as much now as it has got more expensive to eat there

Food is cold, ice cream melted. Prepared way too early at the restaurant took too long for a driver to arrive.

the driver brought us the entire wrong meal, then proceeded to say it wasn’t his problem and walked away, we rang the sandy lane store and asked them about it and they’ve confirmed the food should’ve been correct, this was a £40 order and we only got less than £20 worth off, terrible customer service from the delivery driver and a very long wait

food arrived by someone on a bike, all food cold, hot chocolate had spilt everywhere melting the mcflurries and making them inedible

Food wrong again, staff obviously unfit to do the job, sack them all as it’s been multiple times orders have been wrong, in fact just close the franchise, awful service

I’m extremely disappointed to receive cold sausage & egg muffins with burnt hash browns 👎& not suitable to eat , we have never had any issues with breakfast before & quite disappointed to receive meals with items delivered cold & very overcooked 😟 I’d appreciate if you would refund for for my purchase of what should have been 3 fresh sausage & egg meals served warm please- we was really looking forward to this treat as we have enjoyed orders prior..we are in a cost of living crisis & unhappy

Don't really eat at Maccy D's any more (especially since they "improved" the burgers, ie they added more sugar to the buns and the cheese is now beyond really greasy), but was in a rush and hadn't had time to eat lunch before heading out for the afternoon. Got a double cheeseburger, thought all was fine but then 8 hours later, things got problematic in the old gut and I had somewhat of a torrid time. This was definitely to blame so I think I'll seek out something else next time I need a quick snack; Gregg's is just round the corner, so go there instead! This was on Tuesday 19th Nov at around midday, btw.

McDonald's was only round the corner from mine, took an hour to come and food was cold because the driver decided to go back to McDonalds when he had already left and was near my house

So bad they’re actually laughable here. How do you manage to run a restaurant this poorly? Longest wait in the world and they can’t even prep the food properly. Dips missing, cheese missing, frankly any semblance of training or care missing. Shocking.

the driver that came to deliver my food. split my drink everywhere and then tried to drive off with my food. after questioning him and phoning the store. he suddenly rembremembered having it. the reason I have the store number is I work at this store. very ununhappy with this delivery
