What happened to my refund this order was wrong ?

Kept pushing time back and food was freezing, no straws for drink, chips were all at the bottom of the bag.

awful cold food. delivery driver didn't even ring the bell. poor service

Absolutely awful, food is cold! The driver went all around our area before dropping off to us. Won’t be using justeat again, shocking service! Waste of money.

Cold as maccies don’t use anything to keep food warm

From our order, the chocolate milkshake was substituted for a coke and the chicken selects came as mnuggets. Food is cold and no sauces to boot. Not worth the money and a bit of a con as the restaurant sends what food it wants, not what you ordered!

You forgot the chicken patty of the mayo chicken

The delivery driver has split the hot chocolate in the bag it’s on the food ripped the bag! Left the bag on the floor and walked off! I’m fuming!

I usually have a good experience here, but tonight was quite disappointing. My food was first brought to the counter on a tray, and then, when I mentioned I was taking it away, it was literally thrown into a bag leaving a lovely chip jigsaw in the base of the bag. To make matters worse, the order was wrong, so I had to return it and wait for someone to deal with the issue. During this time, I was ignored by several staff members, which felt very frustrating. Once the food was finally sorted out, it was cold. I’m sorry to say, this visit did not meet the usual standards, and I left feeling let down by both the service and the food.

terrible as I still awaiting money that I'm owed from a previous delivery were half my order was miss please don't ask again as I think its time to move to uber eats

Food was cold, tasted like it had been cooked a while ago, no straws for drinks and 8 dips completely missed off. Not impressed at all. £37 wasted on cold food.

Double quarter pounder was missing one of the beef patties even though it was in a double quarter box. No sugar donut was provided and no sauces. Finally, there were no straws on the bag, what are we suppose to drink our milkshakes with. Are these orders not checked before they sent out for delivery?

Food was fine apart from the chips which yet again, were cold.

Ordered 2 breakfast meals at the drive through, got home & it was vile, I have never had a crunchie sausage & egg breakfast before. Clearly been sat there for ages,. Will never go there again!

the order delivered was completely different to what I had ordered. food was cold. I called the McDonald's and all they could say was that I had to contact the delivery driver but that is impossible through JustEat.

As usual… this McDs messes everything up. Wrong order sent - the chips are brown and cold and soggy. Worst McDonalds on the planet earth… fact.

Unfortunately drinks were wrong. Only I fruit shoot and no milk shake. Instead four completely different drinks!

Order time kept pushing back more and more. the food was fresh which was great but when your waiting over an hour it's a joke.

Ordered drive through 3 burgers and a Katsu burger got home to find the Katsu burger missing and the chips 1/2 full 😭 34 pounds to be riped off well done McDonalds nice suggestion from the call my wife made in that we drive 20 mins to get the missing burger whilst the rest of the meal gets cold.

Food cold, asked for breakfast wrap with brown sauce no bacon. It’s got no sauce on and has bacon on it. 1 has brown missing

Food was cold when delivered. Numerous times I have put in the box to follow the delivery instructions and still the don't listen. Every time I see them going to the wrong door when I clearly state .....Front door on Alfreton Road: DO NOT FOLLOW SATNAV INTO DUNMOW COURT. Food cost me £11 odd and was only given £2.69!!!

Fine dining done right. The service staff were well trained and courteous. The food was exemplary and delivered with a smile by the lovely gentleman in the high vis jacket. I did not, however, eat in the restaurant as they are so content on their food quality that they let you take the food outside. I ordered from a big futuristic LED screen and my food was delivered so quickly I wasn't able to have a wee. So I tip my hat to thee , mcdonalds. Fine dining (finally) done right. 5 stars

The chips were undercooked and cold. I had to throw them away. The dip and the fruit bag were missing.

I ordered two double quarter pounders and fries but only one burger not two on each very poor

Waited 14 mins to be served ,very poor product, had to get an exchange for their most expensive breakfast muffin. 4 other people came in with issues while I was waiting. Seemed understaffed and poorly trained. An older guy who worked the floor was doing a good job but that was it.

Had to go back in 6 times - food was cold at the end of it all so got a refund for my cold meal. Never coming to this McDonald's again, I'd rather travel a bit further the opposite way to a different McDonald's.

Missing all four chips that were on the order and didn’t receive our milkshakes just got a coke and Fanta instead.

Ordered 6 items from this store via the mcdonalds app. And of those 6 items, 3 were missing. Mcdonalds/Uber refused to refund me, ridiculous and very poor customer service

First off if you go through the drive thru and you get to the window it isn't even ready and you have to park up. They ask you to park up an then there isn't any spaces so I had to circle round the car park until my food came. My food came and they missed something off my order and it was quite cold. I think they should invest in a bigger car park.

I rarely review a Maccies but it was clear that the staff were trying. Plenty of sauce in the wraps and the burgers (at last!!!) and the extras I ordered actually came. No clue why this isn't rated higher!

Scheduled delivery for 17:30 and turned up at 18:15. We had a wrong drink, and incorrect cheeseburger . Overall it was like expecting to get a nice present at Christmas and receiving a pair of socks
