Food was a bit good the Big Mac was a pretty dry so yeah 4 stars

Food has always been quite decent. But the service is horrendous know matter how busy or even quite it is, it's always slow service. The little computers they have for the kids never work. I know some would say don't let them go on them but if that's the case get rid of them.

Always busy and noisy service is slow and miserable and food warm at best. Always a last resort for us.

We popped to Stockport today as we wanted to take the kids to the Smyths toy store. This was our nearest, apparently. It was located on the outskirts on the retail park, and from the retail, we could walk into the town. The children were eager for a McDonald's, so as a treat, we agreed at the end of the toy shopping spree. We used the McDonald's venue in the shopping centre central area, and it was as standard as the next McDonald's. The whole place needed a good clean-up, but with the heavy footfall from all the daily shopers, it wasn't happening anytime soon. There were two ladies working on the floor trying to manage the clean ups, but dodging the crowds of noisy, I'll mannered individuals and wasn't making the task any easier. Ordered food on the easy to use machines and then waited in a crowd of people to hear the order be shouted out. The wait was about 10 mins, so it's not too bad. Located a seat upstairs for our party of 4, and it was a prime people watching location! It does always baffle me how the parents of kids allow them to create such a bloody mess and don't make them tidy it up or tidy up after their kids themselves. Yes, McDonald's have employees to clean around, but they aren't there as our personal cleaners! Overall, it was your typical McDonald's establishment, quick bite to eat, definitely not gourmet but fills the kids belly and stops whinging for an hour and then on you go to the next destination.

Absolutely rammed, service slow and floors and tables disgusting. The opposite of fast food!

Ordered on multiple occasions to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they never ever get the order correct. Never comes with any sauce. Dry nuggets. Dry chips. Terrible service.

Visited 14 /12/24 good service and fresh food.

I love their service, very fast and especially the cleaners,they see to it that the place is clean at all time

Came in Monday about 3pm. Staff were getting stressed out at one another. The staff that were doing the food had no hair nets in or no gloves on. Toilets were disgusting all blocked even disabled one was tissue every were it wasn't even that busy.

Not the first time that my order from McDonald's Stockport Merseyway has been late but tonight took the biscuit my order was placed at 18. 11 on just eat and 2 hrs later I was still waiting for my order I phoned McDonald's to ask where my order was got a snotty cow on the end of the line telling me my order was prepared at 7.30 but then the driver didn't come in she said she didn't have the order number or my address to send my order and was going to cancel it and I can try order somewhere else

Well what can I say about the order for our kids tonight! We ordered food at 5.50pm, was given an approx delivery time of 6.10pm - 6.35pm. Myself and my partner headed out for our anniversary at 6.30pm only to have wasted our time away as we were constantly tracking our children's food order for 2 hours! Finally the food arrived after 2 hours, freezing cold. Never have I had to wait this long for a Mcds! It was a nightmare from ordering to delivery.

Why can this place never deliver the entire order?! Every single time some of the food is missing! Food luke warm at best and the large fried handle have anything in them! Not good enough.

Took 2 1/2 hours just for a few things. Rang the McDonald’s branch I ordered from to see where the order was and gave them my order number to be told that they didn’t have an order with that number. But they did as 2 mins later the order finally changed to ‘preparing order’ but still took another hour to come. Not ordering from this branch again.

Driver delivery with care and was friendly.

Initial order estimate 20-35 mins. 2 hours later it was still 30 mins away and kept increasing. In the end I went down to the store and picked it up myself. Not even an apology or any way to contact. Will never use again.

we ordered at 12:24 food arrived at 2. food was cold as it had been sat out waiting to be collected for over 45 minutes. drinks and mcflurry were like water. it was inedible.

Didn’t actually receive the order and just eat are ignoring us

My order turned up 2 hours late, we ended up going out for a meal instead, so we told the delivery driver to give it next door instead. I was not happy with this level of service at all

I ordered at 16:10 today, the order was originally due to arrive by 16:55 at the latest, and the estimated delivery time has been updated several times since then to the point where it's now saying 19:45-20:05!!! Abysmal!!!

30 minutes late and stone cold. Received a grand total of £5 refunded of a near £30 order

Order never delivered. Waited 2 hours then rang store. Shift manager was really helpful and couldn’t apologise enough, they was having trouble with drivers. My husband had to go down and collect the food as no driver would accept the order

Order was late getting collected and driver got lost,when food arrived all the hot food was stone cold and the ice cream had melted

Told the driver some of my food was missing and he said not my problem tell just eat

The dirtiest branch I have ever been in. the floors , stairs, tables all filthy. the toilets all blocked the urinals all blocked. Awful place. never going in there again.

I put this order in at 5:30/5:45 my children have been waiting until now for their food I had to feed them something else and now they are in bed asleep so the food isn’t wanted anymore. This was an absolute joke

as usual food wasn't warm enough it's about time McDonald started cooking fresh food especially for take outs

wrong order yet again also delivery if food was in a shopping bag not a thermal bag food absolutely freezing . told the driver was the wrong order but nothing could do as pin number matched. disappointed yet again

I think you need to make sure that when you are packing drinks make sure that they are all stood up straight and also advise driver to make sure that they Keep them straight and up as there lots of times things have be spilt over and half of the drink missing.

The staff in the morning are great very friendly and on first name terms with a lot of people . Makes all the difference.

I tried breakfast here one morning last week and they were so slow I almost got a parking ticket. They don't serve the meals in numerical order so I ended up standing at the counter after 15 minutes pointing at my ticket, I could see my number, for a sausage egg muffin and a coffee. This was the most efficient McDonald's anywhere I'd been to now it's the worst. The whole design doesn't fit the business model, fast food. Avoid.

Delivery driver goes to my road with my food, marks it as delivered and never actually delivered it to me. Outrageous.

As is normal with MaccyDees the fries were limp and cold and the Burger looked like someone dropped it into the box from a great height. Delivery rider was great and professional. Shame the lad was delivering slop.

The food is expected for McDonald's and I expect that on a busy day but it didn't make up for the rudeness by staff rushing me on and saying stuff like hello can I take your order after I just took a second to think o understand it can be stressful and busy but I would like just a bit of respect

Open the drink package to find that the diet coke had not been put in the stand properly so the bag was swimming with the drink all over the place not good think to need to be more careful and the deliver people need to take more care when there delivering.

My food was stolen and not delivered to the correct address.

Visited today and was looked after by a lady called linda she was a manager scottish lady really great service and she made sure my sister who is elderly got to her seat and even came back over to check we had everything we needed fantastic experience

Driver seemed to take the long way round so when it did arrive the food was cold. Filled him in the map. Fanta was flat as well.

Missing items again and have been overcharged on the food prices
