McDonald's in Wolverhampton

Went through drive thru today ,very busy new bay for uba eats and all the app based delivery bays thought would eat straight away so found parking and tucked in and yes mcdonalds you might be making millions more in profits but at the cost of the customer big mac barely warm and chips were cold before i finished never had a delivery but if my food was anything to go by carn have food hot as i ate within 5 mins of recieving and whats happened to the sizes ive been using the brand from when you first opened in uk and burgers were twice the size now they are half the size and tripple the price and cold when come to eat

Poor drive through experience, waited in parking bay for over 15mins, food was cold. Wraps had hardly any chicken pieces.

Very poor food and service, order took over a hour, (fast food lol) arrived cold, missed order notes, looked like it had been chucked around the kitchen. Not the first time my order has been unsatisfactory but it is the last as I will not be ordering from this store again!!

Not enough ordering machine,one was playing up, girl at till kept on saying I can order for you several times, I said I don't know what I want ,she got the picture eventually ! The cola was flat, the wrap looks like it was slapped together with a bit of chicken a little lettuce ,, nothing like the picture !!!

Had to go in as was waiting for my order to be delivered to car took 20mins. No one even bothered with me. Then when I get home I don't have my veggie option been given a spicy chicken burger. Had to phone in and complain and was told it was all my fault. Bloody joke.

Really annoyed about the parking - very little warning about the new 1 hour limit and so ended up with a fine. Beware! Food is just ok - its McDs, you know what you're getting.

Since Endeavour Restaurants recent renovations... Service is slow. Big orders are often not correct. Seems worse than last time overall.

Please beware you only have 1 hour now on the car park and service is shocking slow so we ended up with a fine. Will never do her again

Nice food but no one wishes to help with online problems, made an order and when arrived I was missing items and they keep telling me to go online however when I do go to the app it will not let me report the issue or request a refund.

Waited 15 minutes for a cheeseburger to be given a mayo chicken to then wait another 10 minutes for the cheeseburger! I’ve now got home and head butted my neighbours cat! Thanks!

Food stone cold delivery pushed back and back

Burgers, vegi wrap are very delious. Good service by staff. Happy meal for kids are also amazing. Kids love tp visit here.

Im really not sure how you cant get this so wrong at this point.. Uncooked, hard, pale fries, a burger that appears to have been punched, tepid food all round yet melted milkshakes??? How do you achieve this im genuinely intregued?

I go there roughly 5 times a month three of which they have forgotten something the kiosk where U order Ur food never prints out receipts so you have to go to counter and wait ten minutes while they find Ur receipt the food obviously tasted good but for some reason I was puking it back up the next day I've usually got a good immune system i wouldn't recommend coming here with a big order

The food quality is good but four times in 6 months forgetting something is getting out of hand was better before the refurb ( I could put it straight in my bag without looking)I don't like complaining directly unless provoked but its slowly going down hill I spend roughly 100 a month on Penn road maybe it's time to venture into town

Ordered a large meal and received less than half a container of fries, the portion was smaller than a small kids portion that you get in a happy meal. This is seriously embarrassing and a let down by McDonald’s.

Delivery driver was the rudest person I’d ever met. I don’t expect to be barked at! He’d left my food on my soaking wet doorstep and shouted code at me. Told him to which he got in my face and shouted it again!

On my last order I had a chicken sandwich missing. This order food was cold, no straws for drinks or serviettes. My son was extremely upset that his food was missing and I just let it go as I couldn’t find anyway of contacting Mac Donald’s so i was out of pocket and an upset child

Missing sausage of 2 breakfast meals

My boyfriend and his friend came into this mcdonald’s at around 4:30am this morning. They were waiting at the drive through for around 10 minutes and no one bothered to answer. Because of this, my boyfriend had to park up and come into mcdonald’s. When he raised the issue of no one answering him at the drive through, he was spoken to with nothing but disrespect. Being told ‘it’s chill don’t worry about it’ by a young lad at the counter, is absolutely disgusting. Not only this, but he was also told that the other two girls in the back probably didn’t have their headsets on because they were too busy talking. The service here was appalling and I would not come here again.

My drink was leaking in to my food I got less than a 3rd of my drink

The drinks had spilt and there was none left. This had got the food bag wet and the food was damp and cold.

Food was cold. Drinks had been half spilt into bags because of driver carrying too much. Driver was rude when I offered to help.

Easy to order online and pick up in carpark. Food was fresh and everything in order was present and correct, even sauces which they sometimes struggle with. Staff were friendly. Much better carpark now as you can click and collect from any of spaces as they all numbered. Mobile app worked well, overall a good experience.

Preordered on the app and walked in, but still had to wait 10 minutes for my McMuffin and coffee to appear. The store wasn’t busy and 4 other customers had similar wait times. No one was behind the counter, just an older gentleman walking around the tables trying to look busy/interested. At least they didn’t forget an item this time. ‘Fast’ food 🙄

Driver asked for code before handing me the food. As he handed me the food he then advised me that he’d had to do an emergency stop and that the bags and possibly food was wet as the drink had spilt over the food. I tried to give him the food back and he refused stating I needed to make a complaint. Tried to eat the food but the drink had spilt all over it and the fries and selects just tasted of oasis. £21 for nothing and I had to go without a meal for the evening. Won’t be ordering again.

Ordered and paid for at 13:36 on a 15-20 minute delivery time. Arrived at 14:51. Cold food, like it had been sat around for an hour waiting for a driver.

The car park is deadly, the service is slow, and as with most McDonald's currently, the delivery drivers rule!!! The delivery drivers park wherever they want, even in the spaces for customers who are waiting for food, whether that's specific requests or the "Click and Serve" spaces. They drive in to the car park the wrong way, whether anyone's trying to get out or not!! The line for the drive-thru often tails back on to the main road, causing issues on the roads around the place, and obviously blocking off half their car park. [UPDATE] Went in last Saturday (20/03/21] and things were improved, they had put barriers in the places that people shouldn't park, which stopped the delivery drivers and made it slightly safer to manoeuvre round. [UPDATE] Been in this morning (11/11/24) and the car park is certainly laid out better now, but their delivery drivers just treat it like a race course now to get to the car park at the end. Until McD's get rid of their delivery drivers from ACTUAL restaurants, it's not going to improve because I've not met one of these drivers yet, who had manners!!!

Delivery was very poor. Stopped the car in the middle of the road preventing a car from getting past on the one way road. Food was freezing. Can't eat fries cold. Paid for a large but was more two mediums

I remember when McDonald's used to be called fast food far from that now, food overpriced and bland to be honest, also the grease on the hashbrown was disgusting.
