McDonald's in Tameside

Delivery - all 3 chilli cheeseburgers missing ingredients. Forgot dips for kids happy meals and two extra dips I ordered bbq the sent curry. Not the first time either least we got the full order today for once.

Ordered a meal for my sons birthday off the McDonald’s App when it arrived it was missing a main item plus the food was cold once I finally got through to someone at uber eats they said there’s nothing that can be done and put the phone down on me. This isn’t the first time an order has been cold and or missing items from this place and it’s totally unacceptable. So my son’s birthday meal was ruined and I am out of pocket really not happy will not be using again.

This place needs shutting down. It's never clean, the toilets were fully backed up with poo and tissue, the manager looked about 10. Didn't give af about the complaint I showed her about he toilet. As usual, back to serve as normal. Now I know them toilets have been like that for by the looks, all day, I usually don't comment on stuff like this, but that was disgusting. You've come to dine and you use the facilities, had my kids bursting for the toilet and couldn't even use them. Disgusting. Also the staff let some children bring their bikes indoors. To only block the way for a wheelchair user. Which I had to then move because the staff said it was OK. Prime example of Clearly is wasn't. Don't dine here. Staff rubbish, dirty dirty place.

I came here I couple of times to order take out with no problem. The last time I got my order went home and found out there was no burger in my meal. Needed to walk back and get the burger. Not very convenient if I lived far.

We went in here and the staff were great helping us to our table,because we had a baby with us in a pram and shopping too.

absolute shambles as usual, completely wrong order delivered again, you ask for a refund and they don't pay back the service charges or delivery charges, so now no food and lost out on a fiver cos some1 can't do there job properly

Missing my burger so I only have my chips to eat please fix these problems as now I will only have chips to eat while everybody else has a burger and a wrap to eat while I have basically nothing. Pathetic service

The service was extremely poor, and I had a very bad experience. I ordered a large portion of chips for takeaway, but what I received was much smaller than expected. When I asked them to add more, they insisted it was already a large portion.

Food took over an hour to arrive. All food cold, dips and fruit bag missing!

Worst McDonald's for miles. Before you even go in there's always undesirable people loitering outside with holes in their clothes, full of stains, smoking weed and just look like care in the community cases left to fend for themselves. And when inside is not much better, often full to the brim with students and even without them at other times it takes absolutely ages to get your food when ordered. Other day I asked for napkins as there wasn't any and the young girl behind the counter looked at me all confused so I said are you going to give me some then because this burger has plenty of sauce but jeez why is everything so difficult here?

Bit of a scruffy looking place, only contact with a staff member was a young lad who said as he handed my order "want a bag?? I said no thank you" he was gone.

Absolute shocking service, if you like to order a meal on the touch screen point of sale stand, get a receipt and then proceed to stand and watch your food go cold under a lamp whilst the staff just stand around for a good old chat before serving you food that has already gone cold 10 minutes later……then this is the place to go!! Fast food? Laughable!!

Usual food menu. Clean and tidy although service was very slow.

was late half of my food was missing and the half that came was wrong didn't order half the stuff that came was sent a tea when I don't even like tea the hole order was just wrong and I had to put another order in as it was the kids breakfast this problem needs fixing cause it is ridiculous

Double big mac and apple didn't get sent, the reviews on this branch of maccies are absolutely shocking, maybe the managers need to hire some staff to check orders before they leave.

We ordered breakfast and got it delivered when it got here there was only drinks no food and the delivery guy said they only gave him one bag. Why do they not check they have everything before they leave like checking the receipts to make sure everything is in it.

Food was late and cold and as always from this McDonald’s items missing seems to be a regular thing as it’s not the first time this has happened and asking for refunds on just eat is just the norm from this McDonald’s either need new staff or new managers to ensure that orders leave correct as you already paid in advance to them receive your order to not be complete same old same old

Every single time I order these is an issue. Chips was upside down and all over the bag. I order selects and they’ve sent nuggets. Incompetent doesn’t come close. Clearly people working there are a few sandwiches short of a picnic as they can never get anything right. Food is always cold. Just eat never rectify the problems.

Well if am gonna order a Big Mac meal and a quarter pounder meal I expect it to come as a meal not just a drink n burger or i would’ve just bought it all separately, I would’ve quite like the chips what should’ve been included bit disappointed that I didn’t get to chow down on them with my burger and drink so next time please pleaseeeeee pleaseeeee don’t prove ammmmmm rightttttttttttttt again. Under no circumstances should you order a delivery from here. The last 5 occasions they have missed out food. Hence this review. DO NOT USE THIS RESTAURANT.

I’m going to stop ordering because every time my yard comes there’s something missing people struggle with money but it is sometimes a little treat for the family. Your drivers need to start looking at the orders and making sure everything is there.

Courier was a very friendly guy, very patient while i came to the door and took care with the delivery.

My order never came and when I tried to contact just eat about it they told me there was nothing I could do and I’m not getting a refund. Had to buy something from uber eats instead.

Last 2 times I have been I have been harassed by another customer Visit 1: I waiting in a queue and a woman with a pram pushed in front of me and didn't even say sorry and started to cause an argument with me so I just walked off Visit 2: I was eating my tea with my mum and a family with another woman with a pram (potentially the same one as last week) started to bother us and RUINED our meal I'm autistic so yeah not happy
