McDonald's in Blackpool

Place is always dirty, staff don't care, place could be so much better, very disappointing

Its was ok for a mcds nout to rave about.blackpool in general nout to rave about eh.

When I went to change a baby's cloths there was poo everywhere and there was toilet roll in the floor with poo on it

This isn’t even worth one star the food was cold and over cooked, chips was brown and the chicken wrap was dry as the desert worst McDonald’s I’ve ever eaten

All the tables were dirty. Staff took the food trays away but weren't bothering to wipe the tables afterwards, there was food on the floor and walls, probably hadn't been cleaned properly for a long time. it was quite busy but there were staff standing around.

Worst McDonalds branch in the world. Rude staff, dirty restaurant, cold food, homeless use it to sit staring at you while you eat.

First look at the place you've got a couple junkies outside screaming and shouting, nothing too heavy for blackpool. Then when you walk in you've got juvenile delinquents sitting down on their phones with nothing to eat because their parents discarded them. There's never anyone at the counter to serve you it takes about 5 business days for someone to appear out of the blue and when they do they're miserable like they've woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Foods always got a complimentary hair or 2 if they like you or not. On way out couple druggies still there arguing with a dog, classic starter pack for blackpool homeless. Bonus appearance aswell you've got a teenage chav staring at you from coral island over road like he's bout to rush at you at 500 miles an hour and get off with ya purse. Don't ever come here unless you're from blackpool.

Food is always cold and in the last few years since it opened i think they may have got my order right once or twice. Check before driving off.

If needs must after a long shift. Not good they allow fake street beggers to con people from their doorway. Been stabbings recently in here.

Got a happy meal and although I requested a toy recieved a book (I'm dyslexic) not very happy although the food was magnificent maccies

When I came into mcdonald's at blackpool my son used the toilets upstairs. The toilets were filthy, with toilet paper thrown across the floor and random rubbish left in urinals and toilets. The seats were horrendous. Tables were filthy with the only member of lobby staff occupied with conversation more than cleanliness. Food was barely warm wait time was ridiculous

Food was absolutely freezing when it arrived here didn’t eat it

Constantly keep knocking on the wrong door when I specifically tell them my flat address starting to grate on me could not be more specific in my notes I live next door to swish apartments the amount of times random random people take my food when they it ordered it read it notes maccies please

This McDonald's is not good. It's very dirty small and busy it takes so long to get food and it's hard to move around.

Very busy. Will be in guess as to where it is located. Friendly staff. Loos needed yo be kept on top of. Other than that all good.

I have Macdonalds app so i get good deals everyday, handy for a cheap lunch. .

This is the 2nd time that the order arrived with no straws for the milkshakes and the fries were undercooked. Ok I know they get busy, but they do have a dedicated team to do the drive through or online orders, so that's not really an excuse for poor food to be sent out to paying customers. If this happens again with this restaurant, then I will have to report it to whoever is in charge. I'm not being petty but do expect food to be cooked properly, especially at the prices they charge! AVOID.

delivery driver handed me my order stating she'd dropped the drink and walked off. Nothing but ice in bottom of cup. Rest of order was freezing. Chips stale and inedible, Big mac cold and on a stale bun chicken nuggets cold and rubbery...wth McDonald's

Food is freezing cold and looks like last weeks chips. The hot chocolate is colder than the milkshake. This place has become a disgrace and needs closing down.

Delivery driver left drinks by his car when delivering food and then drove off destroying drinks left in road.

Driver left restaurant early but then sat outside my house so long I managed to see him out my window, open my front door and then get annoyed he wasn't delivering my order so took my phone out and got a 3 minute video of him sitting in his car taking on the phone before he got out and came to my door with the order. he said he had issues with the app but I'd seen him close it....

Every time I order food it’s always cold and got to reheat it I want be ordering again as this is the 3rd time and I want a full refund for the inconvenience would you like it if your food came cold and horrible so I want a full refund for the food as I couldn’t eat it this is getting a Joke now

Mcdonalds, Town Centre, 80/84 Bank Hey St, Blackpool FY1 4PX Shocking service, cold food, feedback ignored, rude staff, security person very provoking. My wife and I were there to attend the filming of Strictly Come Dancing This unfortunate visit was regretted for the rest of the weekend We'd literally had a couple of drinks after getting to town late and depended on McDonalds as our only chance if getting a meal. Normally, we have no issues. However, the security person was aggrevative, sarcastic, pushy, provoking, restrictive, unhelpful and manipulative. Once the food was ready, it was cold and not up to any expected levels, with grease running freely from the burgers and the chips stone cold I asked for a replacement, though nothing came All in all, a dreadful experience, where I'd suggest some form of training support be offered to the downtrodden, apparently demolished and miserable staff, (oh, along with how to present acceptable food) and someone on security who can be both helpful and polite, instead of all of the above negatives, and some. Never again.

Delivery failed to arrive even though Just Eat said Delivered...I rang restaurant up 3 times and kept saying order will be on the way shortly..

I accidentally put the wrong address and the driver went to that address but we he rang I explained I’m at other address and he agreed to drop it off if I pay the extra fee, but he hasn’t shown up and it’s been 45 minutes. It was a £30 order

Food tasted like the oil needed changing was horrible and had bits over the food and Nuggets. Tables downstairs was messy and dirty and wasn't cleaned the entire time we was there. Homeless people outside the door and just by enterence which is off putting when entering.

AVOID!!! This truly might be one of the worst stores. I’ve been turned away by security from this McDonald’s multiple times with the excuse “we’re closed for a bit”. This McDonald’s regularly under performs when it comes to customer service. Slow service, unseasoned food. Hit or miss whether they will serve you at all.

I emailed over the weekend re non delivery on Saturday night from macdonalds,when tracked it said order delivered,but obviously not here,they have a code system in place,but courier cant have asked for it or we would have had delivery and not someone

The first place I have ever seen an eight year old with a tattoo is in this McDonald's. Warzone-like atmosphere, broken tiles and equipment, and openly contemptuous staff who you have to pressure just into giving you your order. Of course children are screaming, how else would a sane person react to a place where parents violently abuse their children in broad daylight and the staff are just numbed to it? On the other hand it is still a McDonald's, with their consistently solid and cost-effective fast food menu. Having to brave a visit to Hell in order to get your Egg McMuffin may make it taste all the scrummier. Probably somebody in charge here should be arrested though.

flat bread so overcooked I couldn't eat it and I got the wrong wrap so thanks for that I am sure you have policies in place to stop bad food being sent but clearly I slipped threw the cracks here

Rechazado un reembolso o un reemplazo. Alicia la gerente y un hombre (posiblemente un supervisor) eran tan groseros e inútiles. Restaurante de aspecto nuevo pero el personal necesita más formación. . . mal. . .

Visitamos McDonald's en el banco hay street blackpool el 11 , 11 , 24 somos familia de 4 y encontramos este restaurante el lugar más sucio que hemos estado nunca no estaba ocupado, pero las mesas estaban sucias con comida que quedaba por todo el lugar, la comida era muy pobre y fría , hice una visita al inodoro para hombres para encontrar que probablemente no había sido limpiado este año no hay agua para lavarse las manos lavabos bloqueado inodoro bloqueado , absolutamente repugnante este lugar necesita cerrar por unos meses para conseguir limpiarlo y conseguir algo de personal que realmente hace su trabajo .

I find this McDonald's in a good location but lacking in space downstairs for prams or wheelchairs, with no lift, this means despite overall a good place for food I can't eat here most of the time due to the lack of downstairs space.
