food was cold no sauce on cheese burger. mayo chickens were cold no lettuce bread was hard.

The delivery man was on the phone taking a phone call on loud speaker which I found this disrespectful when delivering my food.

fries were poorly salted and not crispy. the quarter pounder wasn't prepared as mentioned by us.

Another freezing cold big tasty was gonna ask for a refund but it takes them that long because they don’t want to give it to you. They want to palm you off with more of the crap and the new cup and Wynn is pathetic. Mcdonalds need to be shut down I think it’s done now. The food is rank. I threw the burger to the Seagulls and even they have turned it up. that is definitely a problem anyway. Greggs is number one. Greggs have brilliant cups brilliant Greggs have a loyalty app 2 out of 5 days, my food and drinks have been free. I’ve never had anything for free of McDonald’s and now the cups have gone manky everybody’s going to be getting ulcers and spots around their faces from this lid because it’s leaking all over the worst brew ever now greggs all the way

Half of order missing as per usual left a note that my autistic daughter WILL NOT eat without a syrup or bbq sauce and they obviously didn’t put any in at all they can’t get 1 thing right unless you’re actually in there ordering I’m sure it’s one brain cell between 20 of them!!

Driver delivered food - but not to me at the address I ordered Do much for a 4 digit code a driver is supposed to ask for Thats what you get for employing drivers who are foreign, couldnt give a toss and who work illegally using someone elses ID!

Good experience. However it is not very clean. To sum it up it has been a good experience

This McDonalds puts the one in town to shame! All food come warm and freshly cooked. All sauces were delivered and got napkins and straws. 10/10

first order only the drinks came had to order again and the chips was meant to be a large and small but between them it was like a small fries

Ordered large 5 chicken select meal but got 5 chicken nugget instead.

We sat upstairs, ordered on the app, waited quite a while but I appreciate they are very busy. When the food came both mine and my partners large fries were cold so was my chicken, bacon mayo burger and his hamburger was cold so I took them back down stairs which they replaced. There was no toilet paper in the toilets upstairs and the state of them was discusting are they not checked regularly. I know you are very busy but I have been visiting McDonald's for a long time and this is the worse experience I have ever had

My order looked like it had just be slapped together and my drinks were overflowing poor service

drink cups was just about empty as come out in the bag. food was cold and no straws for the drinks.

Food was luke warm had to return my coffee as it didn't look as advertised (didn't expect a perfect match) took it back because again it was luke warm and the employee said oh they must've given you an old one. Cold drinks were luke warm as well.

Second day on the trot delivery is missing the food I ordered

The food is actually good but the waiting times are getting worse, can understand takeaways getting prioritised as most places do but need to speed up walk in orders as well. Enough staff on so things shouldn’t be as slow as they are really.

Flys all over the wall upstairs, staff was very rude

Machine didn't give a receipt or order number. Staff were youngsters who hadn't got a clue. The fire alarms went off and one member of staff went charging about upstairs then stood there Wiping his brow but didn't once tell all the customers what was happening. We jokingly asked if we needed to leave or not and he rolled his eyes. Totally confusing for everyone.

Overwhelmed staff Friday evening no more tickets in the service machines heretical and 2 ingredients were missing in my burger more than 25 orders on hold and Uber/just eats that pass in front of everyone no dedicated line...etc...
