Got my £33 order complely wrong and gave a £5 voucher, awful service

Don’t bother ordering from here, ordered 20 nuggets with a load of other stuff and added sauces and they never gave the sauces..who wants dry nuggets?

All experience is awful, dirty, stuff dont wear gloves when pre-pare food, one person doing 3 jobs, cheesburger looked awful

I would love for someone to explain to me how a McDonald's which is advertised on google that it's open 24 hours, and also has signage on their front door stating they are 24hours isn't actually open for service for 24hours? As someone visiting your area from another country, I took the time to make sure you were open prior to walking to your location only to be waved off by your staff that you aren't open. This was at 1am so you can't even state that its takeout only. Not only am I posting this review but I'll be following up with corporate as I fully understand how franchises work and you need to be held accountable for you bs.

The open timing shows 24hours in Google, we went at late night and the Mcd bethnalgreen is closed, it is irritating and frustrating

We visited McDonald’s at 3 AM, and it was much appreciated that they are open 24 hours. The convenience of having a reliable spot for late-night cravings is unbeatable! However, it would be even better if the dine-in option were available at that time. It would make the experience more comfortable, especially for those who prefer to sit and enjoy their meal rather than take it to go. Still, the service was efficient, and the food met the usual McDonald’s standard. Overall, a great option for late-night bites!

Well I tried to get a pause from work, so I said let me go to WC first and then I will order food, but the WC was catastrophic, the hygiene so poor, so I decided do not to order any food, so if the state of the toilet is like that so what about the staff and the food inside sorry for these pictures I’m going to upload.

Horrible experience. Ordered a triple cheeseburger and chips and a found a maggot in my food. When I went to report this to the manager he said that although it was suspicious there was a maggot, it didn't prove anything and accused me of planting the maggot in my food. He then tried to offer me another burger. I declined.

Overall, a good experience with McDonald's via their app. I recently ordered a breakfast with porridge, golden syrup, and flatbread, which was easy to do through the app. The order was quickly prepared, and everything arrived fresh. The porridge was creamy and went well with the syrup provided. However, the flatbread could have been a bit warmer. The app is easy to use and provides a variety of options. Would recommend for a quick and simple breakfast on the go.

Decent place to quickly grad a bite. I always order on the machine, not on the counter. Always a lot of delivery drivers hanging out inside and outside. Some occasional homeless people as well. Never had any problems with any of them though.

If you come to eat in, your food shouldn't be cold!

I bought food they didn't give me source then they had the cheek to ask me for my receipt even though it never prints also I know the staff can't control this but a homeless man tried to nick my food

Normally lots of dirty looking loitering delivery riders outside and inside waiting for a ping on their phones with bikes parked on the pavement blocking the entrance This time for the 1st time in years I didn't see too many maybe because it was too hot for them, so I was able to go in and order food. Food was ok and hot.

Ordered via Uber eats. The dressing was not supplied with the salads. A burger also not delivered. No forks for the salads. Drinks were no longer carbonated. Although almost order paid, waited over 40 minutes, more than without almost order

They double charged my friends card, and then charged and reversed my card which my bank took as fraud. My card now doesn’t work and I am from America so I now have very limited money to use here. Worst experience i have ever had with a restaurant, the workers were rude and they were contradicting themselves when describing why they wouldn’t accept card forms of payment.

It’s such a shame that this well known fast food chain (kids especially) have no protection for employees and as well as customers since the majority of people attending are troubled or sleeping in the restaurant areas or using the bathroom for indecent behaviour. This is extremely unfortunate and concerning since it’s supposed to be a safe space for people to be able to dine in peace. 🙏 Hope this changes for the sake of the future generations to come…

Can't say the area is lovely, but that mcd was banging. Everything was clean. My table got cleared as soon as I finished my meal. (Really, no joke.) I love mcdonlands, I won't tell you a different story

Food was average and served was super slow and unhygienic. The store was full of delivery driver and not a good place left for dining. Also floor was very massy. The Apple pie provide which was expired 1 hours 40 min before. “ i just shocked by watching this. Later i throw away all the food. Called the store but no response as well. The Mcplant cheese was expired too. I would like to share my disappointing experience at McDonald's on Bethnal Grn Rd. During my visit I was unable to use the online ordering system due to technical issues. Additionally, during my stay I was interrupted by employees chatting instead of attending to customers. It is unfortunate that the quality of service and the efficiency of the staff did not meet my expectations. As a customer, I was not adequately supported, which affected my perception of McDonald's as an employer.

I was flabbergasted by my experience in this McDonalds last night. Purposefully missing items from my order seemed to be a joke to man behind the counter when passing over my food. He informed me that they were out of the sour cream and chive pots that I had ordered (and paid for) and tried to instead give me a non-priced pot of sauce instead - this clearly being an attempt to save money. Upon noticing I was not drunk as he seemingly expected of customers in the shop shortly before 2am, and my resolve to argue the matter, he said “I was only lying, we do have them” Our two portions of (rather costly!) cheese bites were missing from the bag handed over, which we only frustratingly realised after we had left the venue (I suppose based on the in-restaurant experience, we should have checked each item before leaving!). The burgers we had were a botch job - no care had been taken to position ingredients in the centre, them instead being to one side of each. All in all, I do not trust this McDonalds and would not visit again.

And i was ordered some foodfor my self but i was getting very upset for one of the Lady staff in this place. She's very rude And unexperience staff Her Name was Nasima Bengali Girls. And time was around at 19:40 I did not Except Like this service from her I'm others place McDonald's customer I Deside not to go any McDonald's only for her services. That's all I do not want to Share more i haven’t Time to Write down to Long. She did more as i Write I consider only reason is if I'm leave forever i Don't need to share more long. Will get your order right 1 in 10 times on delivery

This is one of two stores that are always busy. Being so depends on the time waiting to collect food. The upstairs has a lot of seating. And you can order upstairs too. The app gives you a code to collect points which get you discounts or sometimes free food.

I ordered big Mack and fries and my husband ordered Big Mac cheese meal Worst Mc Donald’s Bethnal Green Road we have ever eaten my husband threw his in the bin the burger was like shoe leather and the fries tasted grease like the were cooked in stale oil-my Big Mac burger was also though and the fries also tasted of stale grease grease would not recommend this place to anyone.

There’s honestly nothing good to say. The lady on the counter couldn’t understand what I was saying. She then got her colleague to help who was no better. My order then come and there was 3 items wrong. The mcchicken Big Mac looked like it had been thrown together. Even the chips taste awful and off which is a rarity. I always thought McDonald’s was a safe bet, but unfortunately the quality and the service at this branch is tragic!

The food is great, but the automatic mechine does not print a receipt or give you the order number so it needs to be fixed.

The restaurant was clean, the staff friendly, but on the day we visited, a fight broke out. It was dangerous, especially as we had a group of vulnerable young people with us. There didn't seem to be an emergency plan in place, and although I asked the staff to call the police, they were very slow in reacting. When I finally left the restaurant, one man was on the floor, not sure if he was unconscious or more serious and people were trying to restrain the other man. All in all, from a restaurant's perspective, it's what you would expect from McDonald's, fast food, fast service, and a clean place to eat. Thus comes with added drama and danger at times. Considering this, the staff needs better training and even security on site to provide a greater level of safety, for themselves and us the customers.

When you order from Uber but this McDonald keeps giving less items... then expects the customers to contact Uber on their own mistakes!? I'm missing out a meal here and they refuse to help. Not only refusing to help but giving the wrong Uber number

Consistently the worst McDonalds in the U.K. Always dirty and crowded with delivery guys and their bikes. Staff are at best surly. The automated order screens are permanently unable to produce receipts. Food is always cold - I have lived in the area for over 15 years - and burgers and fries are ALWAYS served cold. Ridiculously poor example of a McDonalds restaurant - why the ones in Hackney Central and Liverpool Street can actually deliver warm(ish) food yet this one consistently struggles with everything is a mystery. Maybe they should replace the entire staff and start again with people who at least have some rudimentary knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, customer service etc?

Overall a good place. Slightly busier than other McDonald's in town. Probably due to having large number or sitting capacity.

Today I was came to the Bethnal Green McDonald's with my family. We didn't accept service like today was with us. One of the staff was really very rude This is 3rd time I was get service from her. I don't know why she did rude behaved with us last towie I was alone I didn't write Anything. But this is too much. I was thinking next time I will get good service from Other staff because all staff are not same I was realised but I'm rong. Today she was rude then Other time. I don't have ratings in minis or the some decision makes or else would have closed down this McDonald's as they all are less educated or senceless as the staff and the manager don't know about how to give Vegetarian Burger as I ordered vegetarian burger and they give chick burger in veg box I mean what kind of a useless Manager is hearing staff.......if they have shame then they should close down the restaurant God will see to the staff and the Manager who have given me the chicken Burger...

Food is the same like în any other McDonalds. Maybe they should improve the cleaningness and to fix the order displays. Overall it's a 7 out of 10.

If I get Response like this I never go to the mcdonald's Also my family members everyone from long time mcdonald's customer. I would give No stars if it allowed me to, twice I have ordered from McDonalds app and they have give the order to this store and twice items have been missing. I phoned the store and they just said contact Uber. How can they be held responsible when the bags are sealed the store should give them the correct items to deliver in the first place, don’t use this McDonalds for deliveries even the chips were uncooked. Disgusting I will be making sure I never get a delivery from here ever again.

I ordered a vegan mcplant burger from here, and they gave me a cheeseburger instead. I found out when I reached home, and had to go all the way back to get the right burger.
