McDonald's in Watford

I paid for 2sweet n sour dip didn’t get them..my meal was so cold I had to pre heat it..

order time kept changing. no fried or any of the dips

All the food was cold, didn’t put sauce in one of Big Macs, and one of the Big Macs we had to make up ourselves. Very disappointing

missing 1 meal. missing a drink. 1 drink spilled with nothing in it

Cold food, also every time you request tomato dip you never actually get it. Why ?

completely wrong order delivered and packed with no care. muffins and hash browns open in the bag missing items.

The bag came wet and the drink spilled and broke the both bags

Over an hour to deliver and food came cold and all spilt!

Friendly polite delivery driver but burger was a bit of a mess it was thrown together at McDonald’s it was nothing to do with the driver

the bbq ranch had no bacon and the chips pack on the large meal had as many chips as themedium meal, ridiculous..

When I order McDonald’s it’s always cold

the driver went completely out of route and circled the same roads and then was standstill in a low trafficked area

Food was cold and we ordered sweet & sour sauces with each meal and didn’t get any!!!

Worse mc donalds experience to date. Taken my brother to hospital but needed some lunch. 21/1/25 no coffee available what so ever. Busy but still the food was cold and milkshake (dire beyond belief) made me ill so I couldn't attend work the next day.lost days pay off sick.New ranch burger (as a medium meal) was soon cold after starting into it.frys were tepid. The filthy tables and rubbish strewn floors of restaurant made me realise this was massive mistake to have eaten here. I've had to put 1star to be able to write this but in reality I would have put minus 1star.place is unhealthy and shoddily run.needs H&Saftey to read them riot act..."DISGUSTING '. I bet none of these reviews are ever read and acted on or addressed ever shoddy,slothenly apathetic. Sign of the Times. Will not attend this vile branch again!!!!!

Hello, very sorry I know it is not your fault. My delivery was not made. There was no call to come get the food. Apparently the front desk offered to hold it for us however the driver drove off.

Didnt get the right stuff for half of it but i didnt complain because im nice and it was just abit messy and cold but its ok stil love u x

It took over an hour from ordering to delivery. food was stone cold as was the coffee. Delivery time was changed which made it late

It never arrived, after 2.5 hours waiting, it suddenly showed as delivered, but we never got it.

Consistently give small/medium portion size when ordering large through delivery

This is the 2nd time this morning my food has not been delivered despite my request for it NOT TO BE LEFT AT RECEPTION. This service is not acceptable and totally disregards your customers. I expect two refunds and I am very dissapointed.

getting so annoyed ordering from McDonald's the portion size of the chips is constantly a joke ,get a happy meal get a handful of chips, order medium size meal get a happy meal size chips, this has happened every single time I've ordered and to top it all sent wrong drink out

ordered breakfast - food actually come warm for a first. normally comes stone cold or covered in split drinks. keep it up.

The delivery driver spilled my Coca cola drinks.It is undrinkable and contaminated.

ordered 4 items, big mac meal, quarter pounder meal, chicken selects and 2 apple pies, not a huge order. they forget to pack the big mac, I paid extra for sugar tax on coke and they send me diet. not great

Though, The estimated time went up significantly -30 min increase. Drink was spilt.

Very unhappy we got the completely wrong thing except for drinks and it all costed £30 together, I’m expecting the right food next time.

A first for us to do a McDonald's abroad. We had a happy meal, a small menu and two triple cheese and bacon menus, plus two mac flury. The price is very attractive, we got it for less than at home. As for the food, the burgers were very good and the fries too. While waiting for the order, the children played on a tablet provided. There are also Christmas themed coloring pages. I found the restaurant to be clean

We had a dirty table when we ask for it to be cleaned they wiped it with a dirty tissue and we had to clean our table and we saw other customers cleaning there own table during our experience

Half of the Diet Coke was spilt and the food wasn’t very hot, but it was otherwise as expected.

McDonalds is good with regard to the quality of the food and the delivery time but there is usually something missing from my order a lot of the time. I don't complain but missing items happens a lot. Today there was no milk sachets for my tea or sugar and the food was lukewarm. if these things continue to happen I will be ordering elsewhere

The large portion of fries been smaller then usual, does McDonald changed the size or is mistake? Chicken selects not the best temperature but is been OK , Big tasty same as the chicken selects. Grimace shake quite good ,definitely worth to try 😋 😉

Friday evening at 18.00 was always going to be a challenge in a fast food restaurant but the service was particularly slow and took nearly 25 mins from ordering to getting the food, the food was luke warm and not very appetising which after the wait was disappointing to say the least.
