Had chicken selection which was raw inside also missing other meals. Suppose to be composting with money back so watch this space.

Been getting my Mac plants with the ‘vegan’ mayo and without onions. I’ve been told there’s a national shortage of onions. The shortage doesn’t seem to affect any other Mc Donald’s though.

Good service but sick of getting stale McMuffins and lukewarm soggy hash browns not just from this one but Haldon as well. Never again

Missing items, called, we even offered to collect missing items and got refused! McDonald’s service awful! How you can think it’s good service to miss items off order & refuse a customer the items if we come and collect, then told it’s in T&C’s…poor

When did McDonalds stop caring about its customers? When it entered the delivery business and contracted this out to UberEats. Now, if your food arrives cold, then McDonalds say you have to speak to UberEats for a replacement or refund, but UberEats say they won't do anything about it as they 'delivered it within their time limit' and that's ALL they care about.

It's a McDonald's so poor availability, poor service and nowadays it's not cheap either. Just convenient because of the drive through option

forgot all the fries for the family deal so we had 4 burgers with no fries. will not be ordering again as this McDonald's can't seem to get anything right

I waited for 25 minutes yesterday afternoon at 2pm for a coca cola and nuggets!! Absolute joke, by the time I got in there I got an order number in the 20s and they are still announcing guest 85!! What a joke, there was some poor guy waiting beside me for 20 minutes for 4 drinks.

This McDonald's as a sit down restaurant is no longer fit for purpose. It's quicker to get delivery or drive thru. The restaurant is slow and always over crowded and half the seating area was taken away and made into delivery driver waiting area.

Delivery kept getting pushed back

Again 3rd order in 4 weeks from this location and they get the food wrong again. No quality control at all on deliveries

no straws, only one sauce, burger was barely put together.. and it was all cold

I wanted to give this place a second chance as it was terrible the first time. It seems any time of food you order is either missing something, cold, or smothered in sauce to the point you can’t eat it. I previously lived in London and the store there is more busy than this one but your food comes out fine with no issues. However they are being led or trained is not in the correct way and they need to do better to improve the quality of the food as I can see from other reviews that people are not happy.

Missing burger, burgers with obscene amounts of sauce in them, drinks filled only halfway including the ice. Who are you hiring there?

The fries were barely warm, and I think they knew that too as they'd crammed as many cold fries in as they could. Everything else was as expected for a McDonalds.

We have used this McDonald's many times in the past & have been fairly pleased with most of it. However, we went a couple of weeks ago & the food was pretty dire. The quality of the chicken burger (texture, taste etc) was awful. My husbands beefburger meal was OK. The worst was the speed of service, the attitude of the staff (tried to interact but nothing going), one girl completely ignored me when I asked her about my meals. The McDonald's we love doesn't appear to be a thing these days & the drive thru definitely gets priority over counter customers. Shame

chips were cold , no option to omit ice from drinks . Delivery was quick

ordered 5 McMuffins, they all came without a patty, all 5 of them, also ordered a pancake with syrup and it had no syrup to, then claimed i wasn’t allowed to send photos of the food without a patty, and i needed to come back to the shop to claim a refund, usually it’s alright here but like come on! it’s 5 patty’s that are missing surely that’s something you don’t miss!!

Great service. Nice it was a little early. polite and friendly

Just a quick stop for lunch. Very busy here today and had to wait for about 10 minutes . Staff very helpful. No toilets though.very busy again but served quickly and good cheap food. Excellent value hot chocolate and coffee. Toilets open now. Brought my little grandson here today and he enjoyed his happy meal. I , however, was not impressed at all with the Special £5 meal deal. The burger bun and lettuce were both limp and tasteless. The chicken in the bun was also tasteless. The fries were undercooked and barely warm. The bonus nuggets were okay. The saviour was the hot chocolate which was excellent. I guess this was because of how busy it was today. Next time I will stick with the wrap of the day which has always been good.

All chips were half portions, not one was full and no dips for any of the tender meals. Not good enough in reality.

I am still.waitkng for a refund from this order. Half of it was missing and I have not received the refund. this has not happened before but I'm not sure I can trust this service now. What do I do to get the refund?

The food was cold but that was surprisingly not the worst part of this order. I pinned my exact house on the map but the driver couldn’t find it and was at a carpark down the road, he was incredibly rude, he hung up on me when we couldn’t find eachother and when we finally did he said it was wasting time and there was no apoligy whatsoever, i was furious. Again late cold food is bad enough but these things happen but i don’t expect a rude impatient driver to go with it!.

I rarely have any issues in here anymore the service has vastly improved in last last year or so .. the customer service in this place is pretty good compared to most maccies

Second time I got stuck in the drive through and no McFlurry working. Why doesn’t the manager put a sign up if it’s not working! Is it because you can’t be bothered to clean the machine !

Got there just after 5.00 am, when they open, so it was a bit quiet!

delivery was pushed back for an hour and a half.. now days delivered but it's not .. had to pick delivered late as no option for not delivered

Didn’t even arrived, but app said had been delivered after waiting 2 and a half hour still nothing.

Worst McDonalds around. Food carelessly prepared, completely missing ingredients. Bins inside the premises overflowing. Dirty, smelly, toilets. Crappy wifi. Hand dryers out of order. Last time I went there I got a Philly Stack that looked like a stream-rollered 99p cheeseburger, absolutely no onions or pickle, but part of a sheet of cellophane in its place. When you mentioned anything to the staff they just shrug as if to say "what else did you expect?"

Awful! It’s never great from the newton abbot one but cold chips hardly cooked! Burgers just warm! Bits missing which again is normal for newton abbot! Don’t think we have ever had chips that have been cooked properly! On the plus side we need catch the one day of the year u could order milkshake so that was good

Delivered on time with the final timings but timings changed SO much originally started with7.50 and was estimated at 8.50 when ordered at 7.25 and delivery time said “15-30mins” hence why we ordered this one not other take out.
