McDonald's Restaurant in Derby

Very busy lunch time in here. Food was good and not too slow.

Picked up the new Ranch burger earlier, I threw most of it away when I got home; tasteless and so dry. Patties that are usually moist, were more like cardboard. So disappointing.

Fries were dry like they had been sat for a while and cold

over half the order missing and the received items were not what we ordered.

even though the delivery man was on time the chips and chicken nuggets were cold!

But got lost couldn’t find the place and chips were cold burger was Luke warm

my food was done at 12.09 got delivered to me 1.50

I was in the drive thru 28 minutes for a hot chocolate and a Terry's pie. Ignored at the ordering post, then despite it taking 15 minutes to get to the window, I was then parked up for a further 13 minutes waiting!! Not one apology.

Food was well packed, no items missing. Food tasted great. Thank you I will be ordering on line again. Thankyou

The drink had spilt in the bag and because the bag got wet it ripped and spilt coke all over the floor.

made the order the food got delivered too somone elses house mc donalds couldnt help and just eat didnt even bother helping now im sat with hungry people at home im not a happy customer at all its a joke

Big Macy's and at 1730 wasn't too busy. Food was a s warm as it gets in a Macy's. Also for once the milkshake machine in a Macy's worked. All in all a good one.

second time I've ordered today my sons happy meal came with about 5 chips and my burger was rock hard I asked for extra cheese and lettuce and got none

Usual mcds, a little small and difficult in large vehicles to use the drive thru

Worst service. Thrown the order on the road and said it's delivered ridiculous that amount you charge for delivery and what we get food thrown on the road that you expect me to eat.

Found an hair on my chips. Showed the manager on shift and he was so unbothered about it. No one had hair nets on. I will not be eating here again. The only good thing about here. Is the happy and cheerful lady who brings the food to the table.

Probably the best customer service experience I’ve had at McDonald’s for a while. Lovely woman named Anna at the Derby branch, polite service, very calm, and actually listens and doesn’t try and rush you. Please give this girl some recognition in this store!

Items missing and not the correct sauces

After placing my order, I waited in line and watched the orders being prepared. 3 orders after mine were serviced and sent on their way whilst I waited. Raised this with the staff, who by the way were so unhelpful like I have never experienced before and blanked me for the a while despite me standing right in front of them, to be told they were waiting for my breakfast roll to be prepared which I had seen prepared 5 minutes earlier. So I stood back to watch them prepare it and as I expected they took the one prepared earlier that I saw being prepared in the first place. Then the size of the Egg & Cheese McMuffin was so tiny, I kid you not, smaller than a wagon wheel. McDonalds you are a disgrace if this is acceptable in your Franchises. Absolutely disgusted.

Wow where do I start.... The place was a mess.... Food cold and was very messily put together. To top it of took my granddaughter into toilet and walked straight back out.... Was disgusting and the smell of weed was overwhelming.... Not good 🤨 was going to be eat in but changed to takeaway

The whole order was wrong, half of the items were missing the other half was wrong. All items were cold.

This branch is relatively small considering the size of the retail area, usually busy especially when the football is on. It is usually clean, well presented, and most staff members provide a good level of service. My biggest grip is that everytime I go here they have an issue with something that prevents you from ordering at least one of the items you want. I now only tend to go here when I have other people with me who want a McDonald's (I no longer bother). The food is mostly well prepared, the presentation can sometimes be sub par (things not wrapped well, burgers sloppily put together) but more often than not everything is ok. This review is based on personal experiences over a fair few years and is reflective of this period and a more recent visit when my mother wanted something a few days ago. It was disappointing but not surprising to see they have barely changed in all this time.

We recieved the wrong food, and it was cold. The driver had a large number of orders in his boot.

Everything was fine about the delivery apart from the fact that we did not get one of the items on the order. thank you.

Very welcoming place for somthing to eat if you are just passing or time out for yourself, recommended.

delivery time time kept moving when we received the order the bag with the drinks in was damp and gave way before I even got out of the porch and dropped our drinks all over the floor.

never recieved my order and because your courier said he tried contacting me and "left my delivery in a safe place" ,baring in mind I live in a small block of flats with an intercom system, which might I add was never used by your courier, I never recieved any calls from your delivery driver. I'm being denied a refund.

Its a McDonald's. You should know what your getting. But some area closed signs would be a help, and not just wet floor signs. Unfortunately, im not psychic.

About 10 kids were screaming and talking really loudly. And some other things. nobody could hear when the numbers were being called out for orders.

It took 1hour 30 mins to get the food to me from when i ordered it. The food was cold. This is starting to be a regular thing.

Waited 20 mins for the food using drive thru. Told they were short staffed as an apology. What they were actually doing was for filling delivery orders whilst letting the drive thru turn into an extra car park.

Instructions not followed for the customizations to the wraps and one of my drinks had entirely spilt out in the bag

Clean tidy and the service was quick

Delivery time was so late. Food was cold. Missing veggie dippers for happy meal, recieved just a box with cold chips. Don't usually get delivery for this reason. Such a shame for such a big company worst thing you ever did was deliveries.

food was cold, while watching the location he was sat in one spot for good 10 mins and then again for another 10 mins and while getting the food the bag was already opened and half of the fries was missing from one of the boxes

Food was lukewarm but yummy. Pancakes were soft, egg & sausage McMuffin was tasty. Iced latte was sooo good, not too strong & of course hash browns from McDonald’s can’t beat em! So nice. Delivery driver also was very friendly & greeted me good morning! Very attentive!

I think will the myrib need abit more in it but it’s was very nice

Spent over £30 for some of my order to be missing. The delivery guy said the person at McDonald’s phoned me to tell me some of the order was missing when they never phoned. Not even entitled to refund for missing items. Food was cold. Not ordering again.

Not sure what was going on at the time of ordering as ordered 3 separate times and on 3 different platforms (the McDonald’s app/Uber eats/Just eat) and left clear notes on the address and anytime it was near the delivery time we waited in the lobby but then the delivery driver would wait on the next street and then mark it as delivered so all in all we have spend £66 on McDonald’s that’s not been delivered. :(

wrong order deliverd we ordered a 30 pound order and received an order to the amount of 13 pound . no offer to correct the issue I.e send out correct food

For what should be "Fast food" this McDonald's is unbelievably slow if you stupidly choose "table service'. Over 25 minutes for two meals, when take out orders were being served in minutes. Burgers also very greasy.

An OK McDonald's on a retail park, clean enough & with the usual clientele, some of which were quite noisy/disruptive. Staff are busy but attentive & the tables are all clean, although I'd have been happier without a "team member" yelling out the order numbers (although she seemed to enjoy it) So if you're OK patronising McDonald's, you'll be fine, but there are better, cleaner & cheaper places nearby.
