Didn't get mozzarella sticks with my order, chips were cold & clearly not fresh

As McDonald’s restaurants go, this is very clean, very fresh feeling and looks to be well run. Staff were polite and very helpful and the McMuffins were freshly cooked. I’m not keen on McDonald’s burgers but a Bacon & Egg McMuffin with coffee and a hash brown really hits the spot. Well done Leyland McDonald’s.

For how much these lattes cost im not very happy to get 2 shot glasses of coffee. Burgers are OK but abit messy and the mcflurries are on and off some are great some are awful. For the extra 2.17 ontop of the cost of a meal it is most definitely not worth it

Use it regularly for the drive through as it very convenient for me.

This place is the absolute worst. Ordered from here multiple times but never again. Always a complete lottery if theyre going to complete orders for delivery agents to collect. When they do, they send you the wrong items or randomly leave items out. Its just an absolute dump with zero quality control.

Staff have a serious attitude. To yhe point I got angry. Left waiting over 10 minutes for food, coffee came black when ordered white. Then she changed the coffee, and walked off without giving me my food. 5 minutes later so by now 15- 20 minutes when by. Then I refused food because it had Been sat over 15 minutes. The manager then refused to give me a refund. I refused to move my car, so noone could get served. Never again will I used McDonald's Leyland. As this is not the 1st time I've gad problems with the young kids whom see to think they are Mrs McDonald. Shocking.

Missed off a big Mac on mcdelivery through the McDonald’s app, no access to previous email so just have a paper receipt and no one’s taking liability for the mistake. Called up explained that I am willing to come and collect it myself but still no effort in helping me after they made a mistake. Just awful tbh, can clearly see on cctv that you haven’t put it in the bag, so why such a big issue about actually letting me collect something that I have paid for. The Big Mac was clearly one made ages ago and then they opened it back up threw on the extra requested items and put it in the bag. Disgusting and not fresh at all.

Zero customer services. Very Rude Staff, especially the shift manager victoria. No customer services they need training or new staff.

Awful. Large McPlant burger, fries and lattè coffee. All except coffee VERY COLD. I thought perhaps the salad had cooled the burger although I did try to eat it straight after waiting & collecting it but the fries were still "chilled & uncooked".Total cost = £7.59 so I returned the meal for a replacement. Fries hot this time but burger still tepid. Staff not happy replacing the food (I kept the coffee). The ordering screens were filthy so glad I still carry anti-bacterial sprays from the Covid days. Not a happy customer 😒 so I won't be returning to McDonald's franchise in Leyland ☹️

Ordered ahead on the app in order to save time and went to collect from the drive thru. Big mistake! It took 18 minutes to get through. No apology for the painfully slow service, only to be presented with a lukewarm Big Mac and a chicken wrap that hadn't been wrapped and all the ingredients were in the bottom of the cardboard tube! Also, no napkins in the bag. I am seriously considering deleting the My McDonalds app and avoiding altogether as it's rubbish way more often than it's good!

Staff are not that much co operative and specifically for delivery guys. Take too much time and dont even listen and attend. Since there is no other Mcdonald in the area and next two are in Chorley.. these have great staff and service..

This has to be the worst McDonald’s for customer service I have ever seen, 5 times I have been here and seen poor customer service but tonight it was my turn for the poor treatment. A 15 minute wait at the counter to get salt and then I had to give up as staff in the back just stood back and watched me wait as if it was a game. I ask staff for assistance but was ignored. The owner needs to get a grip of these staff and teach them some customer service skills

Ordered food online. Told to wait in parking bay. Twenty minutes later still not arrived. Staff ambivalent and rude. Food stone cold.

Tried a cheeky dinner and found the food to be hot. Brought to our bay by a polite member of staff. It was everything you expect but don't always get. An early morning breakfast, ordered at the machines and waited for table service. The area was clean and presented in the standards you'd expect of a McDonald's. Food brought to the table by a polite member of staff. It was hot and tasted great. The only let down was that the wrap was ripped and the sauce leaked from it down the carton, otherwise I'd have given it another star. The latte was great. I wonder how long it'll be before you can buy the pods or beans for the maker at home?!

Waited roughly 25 to 30 minutes for a take away order to be presented on a tray, cold, with runny milkshakes.

A joke how can you sell burgers and I get to the kiosk and there's no beef!! Then I ask for chicken but have to wait for that too!!

MacDonald's in Leyland have taken x4 payments out of my bank for the 1order!!! Staff are not allowed to give refunds. They have said it's been happening for the last 3 days but the app has not been shut down!!!!! They owe me £110....

I’ve been to the McDonald’s in Leyland each of the last six months. On 3 of those visits my order had been incorrect, with every time I’m left short of what I ordered. Very poor, I expect to be served what I ordered without having to check at the service desk

Worst McDonald's in the country - placed an our order and waited near 40 mins, then when asked, they asked us what they wanted us to do? How about actually give us our food, considering it's a 'fast food' chain. Made a formal complaint and made sure to include the name of the girl that spoke poorly to my husband too.

Went through drive thru. Asked to wait for my order. 10+ mins later had to go n ask for an update n told "it was busy". Fair enough but food came and was cold n milkshake definitely not milkshaking!!!! Very disappointed. Usually go around 5.30 and service is great but 20 mins later n a shambles!!!

Double cheese burger, medium fried & black coffee, every time

25 minute wait last night for my daughter as we were going out for a meal. Wasn't even a complicated order. Plain burger, 6 nuggets and a coke. Fast food. Our order at a sit down restaurant arrived faster.

Decent food - but sometimes struggles from being very busy! As the most popular takeaway in Leyland, it can take a while to get the food. Have ended up with the wrong order a couple of times (with regards to things being plain etc).

Ordered 2 large big mac meals using the app. I used the click & collect service. Waited just over 5 minutes. Once I got home one of the fries wasn't large size when I took it out of the bag. Not had McDonald's in ages but the big mac is very tiny. I tried to contact McDonald’s on the phone several times on the day and no one answered

Car order. wrong order had to go in to get it sorted .and once again cold food. My apple pie was burnt and hard fruit in side dry .

The plastic seats are so cold and the size of a chilli double cheeseburger looks like shrunked

Arrived and walked in an ordered on a self serve till then waited for about twenty minutes for my order to come thru when arrived at the counter it was on a tray where the server started putting it all in a take out bag what we had ordered to take out and started spilling half of the fries on floor and counter and just crushing everything in to a bag at this point just wanted to get out of there get because was just crammed in with everyone else waiting for there orders got straight back to the car where the order was wrong and half the food was cold . Lesson learnt never go near this place again everyone I talked to after this had also had the same experience or close to next time would just rather drive past and find another McDonald’s

Most likely the worst McDonald's in the country and possibly Europe. Average waiting time at the table is 20 minutes to get your cold fries, missing burger, missing dips, another burger looks like it's just survived a plane crash. Missing items at 9 orders out of 10. Catastrophic... Avoid if possible. Update on the 17th of November 2024 This place is worse then ever before... Click and Collect order. After 25 mins waiting outside had to go in to chase it up. 10 mins later received my order. Quick drive (4mins) home to see, I have ended up with a Chicken Share box instead a CHEESE share box what I ordered also missing Double Quarter Pounder sandwich. Temperature of food was cold apart from the chicken, the fries are like ice lollies. Is there any lower??

Ordered waited an eternity food came to take out which half was spilt on the counter transferring from tray to bag so hardly any fries at which point just wanted to get out of there got to car the order was wrong the food was cold and the whole attitude of the place is dog crap avoid at all cost

Fried or griddled food aficionados will not be let down here. Mildly interested employees may serve you with the order you paid for or not. Its a lottery of adequate service and barely digestable food stuffs. Yo pays your money and takes your chance.

Waited 25minutes for two meal. The managers just walking up and down while the very young ladies working. Ordered veggie wrap got a chicken wrap instead of the veggie… the worst mcdonalds in lancashire.

Waited 40mins for food, came out cold, no sense of apology. i asked whether they cd get the kids a small mcflurry by way of goodwill, i asked the server to get the manager and said he couldnt do it and walked away from the conversation. it was apparent that it was not just me that was annoyed as there were a lot of unhappy faces asking about service time

This McDonald’s is a joke. In the last 2 months we have never not been parked up even when ordering ahead on the app. On many occasions we’ve been the only car in the drive thru. We even got parked for 2 cokes and nothing else. I’ve seen it in the restaurant when they say your order is ready on the screen but it’s no where to be seen. They are clearly fudging the figures so that it looks like they are getting the food out quicker than they are. We often have missing food items - cold items - or the food is just chewy as if it’s been hanging about for ages. The last 2 times we’ve been in the restaurant and waited up to 30 minutes for food it has been freezing inside. The owner is in complete denial. McDonald’s should be investigating this branch. They are clearly marking food as ready and parking people up to make or exceed targets. It’s fraudulent.

Ordered a big Mac meal and the burger had no salad or sauce in it and the burgers are also smaller in size than they used to be. Table service ran off before we could ask for ketchup. Overall disappointing experience.

I don't think I've ever not had to wait in a bay ( along with around 50 other cars) when going through the drive through here! I don't know what were always waiting for but I'm sure management should of sorted by now

Food was slightly warm, Got my order wrong 3 times Always chavs hanging around outside leaving their bikes on the floor stopping people getting passed.

Almost always at least one thing wrong with your order! But there are some lovely staff... one guy in particular who's often on the drive-thru making people smile and laugh! You'll know who I mean if he's ever served you!

Only been here 3 times, each time for breakfast before 0730. All 3 times have been disappointing as the breakfast meals were cold. Hash brown, double sausage and egg mcmuffin and a white coffee each time. The cheese had even reset itself on my last visit the mcmuffin was so cold. I literally bought a breakfast from westhoughton mcdonalds and drove 30 minutes to work before eating it and it was hotter than the one I bought from leyland today

OMG worst fries ever!!! They tasted like they were stale or had been sat for hours. It was about 2.30am when we went through the drive through on the way back from the airport. There were plenty of people inside so not like they weren't busy.

Every time I go through the drive through they always get my order wrong, this time I was told to park in the bays and they would bring my order to me. It took 25 minutes and the order arrived missing my drink, which the lady promptly went back for, so whilst I was waiting I checked my food order and this was missing fries and sauce, so after I received my drink the lady had to go back and get the rest of my order. It's not the first time this has happened, they consistently get your order wrong at this McDonald's

Very slow to serve as getting order well that's joke

The just eat map sent the driver to the wrong location. so the driver rang me and I saw myself on the map on here that it was wrong. I'm not sure if the driver went back to the the restaurant or not but it is going past the restaurant to get back to my address. the food was cold anyway.

chicken overcooked. fries were 🥶..No barbecue sauce as ordered 😕 Tbh I've a good mind to demand the 10% servcharge back as there simply wasn't any service.. lol 😆...driver was sound enough but maybe he needs to either get the heaters on or drive to and from jobs really quickly!! Oh yeah and I'm no expert in food logistics but would it not make sense to transport hot goods in let's say a thermal bag maybe!? Could have been heated seats my supper sat upon 🤔. All said would do it again.

Wrong order delivered and no correct order delivered

the food was cold,so either the food was sat waiting a while, or the driver was waiting for several orders. The food itself lacked flavour, except for the sauce or pickles. One of the fries was half empty, but what better way to hit kitchen profit targets by short changing home delivery customers who aren't in the same position to get it addressed immediately, impacting their meal.This has been my first McDonalds in a long time,&will likely be my last for some time. Extremely disappointing.

The service was so slow, disjointed and generally poor at this branch this morning I'll be suprised if any of those customers will come back. Ordered a Philly Cheese burger meal (fries and a bottle of orange juice) and a bacon double cheeseburger. Milkshakes were not available. Had to use the self-order machine to order because of how many people were waiting by the small counter, couldn't get near it. Didn't see an order number on screen and the receipt printer was out of paper so I didn't know mt order number on screen. Had to ask for my order number, it took the guy a few minutes to find it - he printed the receipt out. 20 minutes after the receipt was printed, food arrived. Noone thought to replenish the paper in the machine so more customers using the same machine did the same thing as me. This was the "customer experience leader" guy, by the way: not really thinking it through. People who ordered before me were waiting that long for their food they gave up and asked for a refund. It was apparent to me the staff were clearing the numbers off the screen to fiddle the service waiting timers. This was adding to peoples frustrations. I suspect the staff are pushed into prioritising drive thru and delivery collection orders over the customers who come inside. Food was OK when i got it. Not really worth the wait.

So i have thought this before because i believe it to the case. The oldest, most burnt burgers go for delivery.. In fact my burger wasnt even a complete burger it was in three pieces! And burnt a lot but exactly get into that state.??

so I ordered the food at 11:30 the first time I got was 12:10-12:30 and that time went up and up. The food was delivered at 1:10pm. The food was cold, the man who delivered the order said he'd been waiting for 25 minutes how can that be when your app said he was at the restaurant for over an hour? not only that how can my food be freezing cold if he came straight to me? I live not 5 minutes away from McDonald's. I will not be ordering from just eat again.

Morning just got my order delivered by a lovely young man. On time and hot good service no worries. Sadly one of the lids on the drinks was cracked and it spilled out over the rest of my order making one item inedible and got just half a cup of drink

The delivery time was spot on. The McDonald’s was tasty, however the food was cold.

Really fresh tasting order, and the staff couldn't have been more apologetic about it taking a bit longer than usual - but it can't have been more than 10 minutes. Will be back.

I have no idea what has happened to this place. The food is mediocre at best, cold fries no condiments. It has a cold soulless atmosphere. And the servery hatch is just ridiculous. I will not visit this branch again.

Great that it was very quick delivery but half my order was missing… if there’s ever a next time I’d rather receive my whole order that I’ve paid for than have half of it turn up and have to wait a week for a refund!
