Check your order before you leave! I ordered a 5 chicken select meal and got mozzarella dippers!

Always something missing, no straws no napkins, chips constantly upside down spilling so there cold immediately. Food in general is disgusting, coke zero or any fizzy drink tastes like some kind of detergent is in it, the que is always endless either quiet or busy, you order things no matter what, you get home and something is wrong, it happens all the time. Management needs sorting out as I will have to drive to Deepdale which is 3 miles further but never is there a problem at that place. Everything is good so like I said it needs to change, and when you do ring back and complain someone who says they are the manager sounds like she is ready for going to nursery. Absolute disgrace,there must be so many complaints. Most of the food wouldn't be fit for a bin never mind human consumption. Will never go there again and if I could minus the reviews I would.

Don't order delivery, missing items, wrong items, no refund given

A 20 minute wait is just a standard experience now, unfortunately. This never use to happen here.

Went here last night to wait 35 minutes for food that came luke warm... had to re heat when I got home

Waiting half an hour plus for food, absolutely no atmosphere or music, seems to have a lot of disgruntled customers all wondering why food is taking so long / going to the window to take their food themselves. It’s not even busy, maybe a third of the tables are taken and drive through is quiet. The new layout allows staff to be slow as it’s next to impossible to find anyone.

Absolutely shocking behaviour from McDonald’s capital centre, placed and order of over £20 for my children to be told my order would be delivered between 6.10pm & 6.30pm. I received a txt message at 6.47pm to say my order had been cancelled. Cheers McDonald’s for upsetting my children 😡😡

Didn't receive food. Went through drive thru and was asked to park up, thank god I got my sauce and straw though!

This place cannot be rated, it is very bad.

Absolutely shocking place worst store i have been too. last 3 times we have been they parked us up for the smallest of ordered today we sat and waited 25 mins for our order. will not be going back

There was a young chap named Charlie at the front when I came for my food the weekend just gone. Such a lovely young boy with impeccable manners and I would love for my little boy to grow up with such charisma. Food was great as well couldn’t be more please.

The food order was forgotten...so 45 minutes later asked where it was...The lad delivering asked the girl where our order was and she just said "it's there and has been for ages" the lad was really upset and asked her why she didn't tell him she just shrugged like she couldn't be bothered...I wish I knew the young lads name cos he worked so hard, making sure all customers were happy...he had excellent customer service...unlike the girl!!!

Took grandaughter for happy meal, as usual all was good.

Food is standard McD's fare. The new layout however leaves something to be desired. Who elects to put all the self service machines and the food counter right next to the entrance and thoroughfare? Any more than 5 people waiting means a bottleneck!

Typical McDonalds really, service fast enough. Clean and tidy even though busy. Food about same as always, tasty enough for what it is.

always very busy, can take a while to get your meal. can't fault the food, always been good. Just need to find a way to keep those fries extra hot, they go cold way too quick

This place just gets worse. Order always wrong driving back and forward to sort it, staff dont care in fact they are useless won’t be back!

On way home from work at 1:30am called in drive thru at McDonald’s capitol centre, Preston. Got chicken sandwich meal, got home (5mins away) stone cold chips and a luke warm soggy chicken sandwich which had obviously been sat there a while. Poor do when ya can’t get hot, fresh food at 1:30am when the restaurant is empty and the drive thru is quiet

Takes ages. Worst one ever. Useless on the phone. Be prepared to wait years

Great service and excellent food, really enjoyed eating with my grown up son. I would go again before we go to the cinema sometime.

It's mcdonalds. Not the best but fast and simple not always tidy but good and reliable.

40 minute wait for a basic order which was cold when it eventually came out

Used the drive through. Got home to half the order missing and not for the first time. Waiting times are getting longer and longer, more interested in getting online delivery orders out than those actually waiting at the restaurant.

Waited 40 minutes, then finally had to cancel the order as it was coming anytime soon after

Disgusting, 8 tables with food and trays still on , food all on the floor . We ordered and after 25 min no sign of it , went to the desk to ask where our food was , we were told it’s on its way . Two minutes later it came out , my black coffee was luck warm , my chicken sandwich was cold and the bun was hard . The rest of the food was barely warm . We had waited so long that we were just mad and disappointed, we had the kids ice skating to attend or would have asked for a refund . The worst £40 iv ever spent and not a chance we will ever go bad . The staff and management need to sort it or be replaced. M Brown

This McDonald's drive in was good on the day of my experience everything was spot on. Can't say the same for the McDonald's drive in where I live in Manchester & Stockport they are absolutely shocking always huge backlog due to the priority of delivery service & usually something missing + have to ask for napkins every time.

Very busy but was school holidays, 2 burgers thrown together and luke warm at best

Waited 15 mins in the drive thru queue, couldn’t find my app order, then was asked 3 times to pay! I was sent to the sin bin anyway only to get home and found out my grandson couldn’t have his double cheeseburger because it was missing..

Manageress has a bad attitude and was very busy messed my order up retrain in customer service needed part from this was all good

I went through the drive through, it always seems manic this McDonald's, you order and are always told to park up, and staff come out looking all over for the cars they have orders for. The staff always seem pleasant, just not sure why they are nor prepared for busy times, what I order is standard

Just an other mckey.Finally got trained staff members,they bring everithing on the order,and not put too much ice in the drinks.During weekends the place is seems a bit small,but we alwayd found place to sit down.

I got the McRib and I have to say it was very disappointing, a thin patty instead of the original thick one and with a very sweet barbecue sauce, the service was appalling, they were concentrating on drive through more than the customer's in the shop, waited about 15 minutes !!

Waited about 4 mins to speak ti someone at drive throu then had tried charging me 20p for tomato sauce to go onto a plain chicken burger, only to receive mayo chicken complete with tomato sauce

I have enjoyed McDonalds for over 30 years now with no problems apart from the occasional missed fries or some such in the past, which was always instantly fixed. Tonight though I have been amazed, flabbergasted, angered and disappointed in the space of 20 mins. I attended the drive through and ordered two cheese burgers, a McChicken sandwich with extra mayo and medium fries. It came to £10.25. I gave the server £20.25 and received £9,75 in change. A simple mistake and when I realised I had already been asked to park up as the fast food wasn't ready yet.  To be fair I had expected this as I'd asked for extra mayo on my McChicken sandwich and this always seems to throw your staff off. So I realised the mistake and exited my car, went into the restaurant and confronted the staff. the confusion that occurred left me befuddled so I just said, "You know what, forget it, I'm not to 50p, i'll just go and wait for my order." I left the restaurant and returned to my vehicle to wait for my order.  After 20 minutes though, watching several parked customers receive their orders, I asked the next member of staff that appeared what was going on with my order.  The response from this young, male upstart was bewildering, confrontational and frankly antagonistic. I wish I'd had the presence of mind to take this boys name as he really should not be working in a customer facing environment. I was so incensed with anger and my wait that was now over 20 minutes I requested a refund. The smug faced boy smirked at me and said I can't do a refund, I'll have to get a supervisor and it'll be at least 5 min as they're busy. At this point I simply told them to forget it and left with no food and £10.50 down and such anger it probably affects my mental health in day and age. In short. Food and service usually ok but the one time it goes horribly wrong is the time you remember. I'm waiting, hungrily, for a response from the customer service team and depending on their response I'll update this post.

Lack of communication of understanding of your order when you ask for a certain drink they haven't turned on the machine which should of already been on worst macdonald's ever avoid going here

Twenty-five minutes to get through a drive through is NOT acceptable. Looking at other reviews, this is not an isolated incident.

Food quality was lacking, half the order missing, delivery driver delivered within timeframe but timeframe changed multiple times.

Twice in a row now missing food so that’s twice I’ve had to go through the hassle of submitting a refund request! And someone goes without food! Definitely done with the bad service given by this restaurant

Absolute joke, ordered a mayo chicken with no lettuce and I receive a mayo chicken with extra cheese and lettuce. It doesn’t even come with cheese… my ‘large’ fries are less than half full.

No milk with my tea. Ordered a tea because I’ve no milk in my house to make one. Typical. Was missing a couple items but usual case for capital center.

The delivery time was acceptable & the delivery driver was great. My issues are with the restaurant itself. No straws came with the drinks, & despite ordering a chicken share box with various sauces & additional bbq sauce aswell, not a single sachet of dip came with my order. I have no issues with just eat, I am just seriously disappointed with McDonald's. If basic condiments cannot be supplied as requested there are major issues within the restaurant and I am reluctant to order from there again

the food was cold so just eat some bit disappointing really. has was quite hungry after a long shift at work hopefully next time might be ok

23 minute wait! And still managed to get the order wrong...twice!! This isn't fast food and it is no longer convenient Shocking and avoid at all costs. All automated and 1 single staff member running round. Wouldnt trust them to run a bath!

So I spent nearly £25 on a late tea for me the wife and my young daughter. The shop was nearly empty Inc only 2 delivery drivers. My order still took over 10 minutes to arrive and they were normal items apart from chicken big mac. Which was also the only thing that was warm when I got home 7 mins later in the car the blowers on redders. Tried to complain unable to get anywhere. The y think I only had issues with fries as that's all I could add. Never ever using them again.

What a bad experience! I had to wait 20 minutes for my order. When my order came, my fish burger was burnt. I gave it back and was told it would be a few minutes. A few minutes turned into 20 minutes. They were not busy at all, and the drive-thru was very quiet. Ask for a refund and still waiting on it was told 3 days and now it's been 10 days. Fix up capital one McDonald's

Ordered porridge with SYRUP..no syrup! The main thing why my daughter wanted the porridge..it’s so irritating when they don’t complete the order and you have paid for it. It’s every time they miss something and it shouldn’t happen especially so frequently!!

The driver went above and beyond , I had given the wrong address and messaged him to tell him and he promptly brought my order to the correct address .

Wasn’t just eats fault that this McDonalds is absolutely terrible. Waited over an hour and 30 mins just to not eat anything. Everything in the bin. Because clearly it’s run by people that don’t know what they’re doing.

Left in the parking bay for 20 mins, only to go inside to ask for a manager to complain to and they did not have the balls to come out from the kitchen and sent a young worker to sort out the issue of my lost order. This Maccies has gone to the dogs.

Can always get a seat, parking is not so great at mcdonalds but there is a big parking lot behind it so not really a problem. The food is what you would expect, I haven't had any issues
