Almost 20 mins wait and order was wrong plenty of people having same issues

Just been sick after eating chicken nuggets, I thought something was wrong when I was eating them.. :(

I was tonight and ordered kids meniu and a big tasty that didn’t want to give extra onions and they forgot to give me the chips!!! Great I saw it when I arrived at home !

Food and service was great. Toilets were poor, both ladies and gents.

nearly 2 hours late and food was cold and didn't get dips

when it finally arrived, the drinks had spilled out into the mcflurry and ruined the whole bag. The straws were unusable.

no pineapple sticks in order and the diet coke had leaked all over the bag which was dripping wet and the driver expected me to take the bag.

Complete wrong order sent to us.

Over 2 hours wait then the food comes stone cold. Ridiculous

Flat drinks, cold food, long wait.

Ordered food off Uber came stone cold, stale and prepared wrong. Tried to call the restaurant and no answer won’t be ordering again.

Don't order your mcdonalds via the app for home delivery.! We constantly get food missing from the order at this restaurant. It's impossible to report it..!

chips half filled and cold, the lid wasn't placed properly on drink and so fell over and lost half the drink in the bag.

food was great but was missing the bacon in each of the burgers

Meal was thrown away as the intelligence of MacD’s Employees put a sprite carton in bag instead of can and didn’t put lid on it!! Ruined meal, ruined clothes! Fuming!!!!! I ought to charge them but it would probably cost more than the wages for the month

Delivery arrived 15 minutes after the scheduled delivery time and the food was not very hot and was only eaten due to us being hungry.

once again the food was completely cold, the ice cream was melted. This is one of many times this has happened and I have to wait for my food whilst the oven heats up and I can warm it to an acceptable temperature. Very bad service, once again. I expect a refund this time.

Half of the order was missing Receipt clearly had not been read correctly staff need training on reading What did arrive was so cold it was almost inedible I won’t be ordering from here again

Very upset as half of my drink was spilt over my front door and no one read the description of my order with no sause or lettuce when I got lettuce and sause as o wanted a plain burger. I want half my money back from this frustration as no one can read a simple food order

Asked for vanilla milkshake they sent a chocolate which had to be thrown,wanted double cheeseburger all I got was cheese in a roll,and was only 2 fries instead of 3

Food okay but second time arrived with no dips. Now you are charging money for them it’s imperative to check all items are sent!

Always gets the order wrong. I ordered cheese in my burger and for the 4th or 5th time they didnt add any. Ironically there is even a sticker on the box sayinv ADD Cheese

Got banned for putting food in my delivery bag and being harassment to conform the order i said there is only one of me not 2 of me so be patient with me as i have a hidden disability that i do not need to say what is it the lady in there is 1. rude 2. Abusive to staff / customers 3. No Communication at all to delivery drivers and staff heads the reason why uber eats , deliveroo , just eat, customers food is cold

I think they can put in more into the service and atmosphere especially. Staff always look like they are too exhausted, and the atmosphere isn't made in a way you wanna come back again and again. I think it's just the price that brings people there

I enjoyed the classical music playing out quietly which was really enjoyable and such a huge improvement on the usual music played in other branches. It was clean, and a pleasant place to be. We noticed the friendly and positive interaction between a shift manager and team member out in the restaurant as she was clearing up.

Lettuce was missing,fries missing and was only half in the drinks

The food is always 90% cold, not couriers fault I believe, but cooked too early and bagged too early. Very poor service when I have to put the oven on to ensure warm food. this has been happening for the last two years of orders. Please try to keep food hot on it's journey, rather than overburdoning the delivery people (especially those on bicycles) with too many deliveries. Thank you.

Fries was seriously not cooked and greasy, absolutely disgusting and had to bin them. Never again would i order from there.

Absolutely shocking I ordered from you online and yet again constantly missing items from orders. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. You need to sort the McDonald’s app out so that people can actually start requesting refunds back for items they have paid for and not received. I’m very unhappy.

We tried to ring delivery guy ,but had gone..We had chips missing from our order..The wrap order had chips but were not in the bag!!Guy couldn’t find address ,had to explain where it was..Met him outside..

When the food arrived the tango had spilt in the bag. The large Big Mac opened the box and inside the burgers were not in the bun it was dry not much sauce. Also it was not very warm . The lettuce was soggy it was not very nice at all.

I'm absolutely disgusted with the service I ordered for me and my son today and yesterday and they missed items for my son and gave chips instead of fruit.

The staff at this McDonald's are almost always excellent. The only negative is how this McDonalds, Poundland and Betfred form a little Bermuda triangle of chavs at this end of the high street.

Security guard doesn't leave us alone been in a few times and continues to bother us makes strange comments about my partner (weight amount of food) inappropriate toward female customers stairs at younger female children shared his vapes and cigarettes with younger kids constantly talking down on us

We’ve noticed that with the majority of our McDonald’s orders, the sauces get left out. I’ve only had a couple of times where I was lucky enough to get the sauces I added.

I am missing a bacon and egg muffin and 2 hashbrowns this is shocking since the foods cold and the quality is not nice at all I would like a refund

The food was freezing cold and big Mac was wrong and the veggie burger was missing. Their incompetence is ridiculous. Happy meals were stuffed on top of each other to ensure the one in the bottom was nice and squashed. The delivery driver was really fast and friendly.
