Mcdonald's Restaurants in North Somerset

Got out order wrong and had to queue again as they were busy to get it rectified.

Not so good today no hot chocolate, no latte, no Macfluŕy.

Most definitely not 'fast food'.

As good as any other franchise.

I don't often visit McDonalds and my experience today would justify this. I ordered two big tasty meals with a shake at the drive through. After a short wait, the food came out and I parked up to eat. What was provided was two stone cold burgers with limp cold fries. I returned to store to raise the issue. The staff were messing around, using obscene hand gestures to one another and generally not showing any interest in the job at hand. I was apologised to and provided two "fresh" meals which I took back to my car. Again, both meals were cold and not really edible. As I was short of time I threw the meals in the bin. The only items worth having were the shakes. I make as well have removed the incompetent and disinterested middle man and chucked £20 in the bin. Scoring McDonalds, World 1 out of 5 is generous. A waste of time and a good lesson in why eating at this low quality peasant hut should be avoided.

Food was cold, every item The xhipa were so cold they were hard and i ordered a large milkshake and the cup was filled up to just over half way!!!!

Every single time items are missing. We order almost weekly and there were always items missing. Usually were small things like a drink or fries but lately are main items. Last week was a burger and today is a burger and a pie. How hard can it really be to put items in a bag when it's listed on a screen infront of you. Burger king from now on.

I ordered at 16.20 food arrived at 18.35 . I was not made aware of the delay whilst ordering or i would not have ordered. The money you took made it impossible for me to purchase food from elsewhere. Food was freezing when it did finally arrive

3 of the last 4 deliveries ordered had burgers missing. Contacted store and staff were incredibly unhelpful. No refund or replacement offered. They blamed delivery company. Won't be using this branch again.

No milk no coke a cola and very long waiting got sent to bay 3 to wait fir 2 chicken nugget meals and a quarter pounder meal it is meant to be fast food drive through no slow and the food was cold

Getting more expensive, like everywhere else .but food never hot ,found an hair in my food ,no apologies, just replace the food even that came cold .I don't eat there just take my grandkids for food

Missing banana milkshake, and sauce. Half full chips in all cartons. Burgers are disgustingly arranged. Stone cold and soggy. Can provide pictures if needed. I’d like a full refund as food was too unappealing to ingest.

40 minutes for my food to come out, only because I had to chase it, food was cold, milkshake tasted like milk no flavour, staff eating behind the line and one of the staff members picked his nose and continued to serve food never going back!!!

The food was cold, it was delivered in a bag next to the ice cold drinks…why? And why would you think that £2.64 credit would be acceptable?

Use a few different McDonald's, and this was the worst I've been to. Tables were dirty, wrong order was given, and staff seemed completely uninterested.

The food was really cold as they came on bike. Won’t be ordering if they are on bike again.

Food was cold and squashed. No straws provided for the drinks. I appreciate they get busy but for the prices now the quality is not matching. McDonald’s should either lower the prices again to reflect the food and service or improve everything!

Why are McDonald's in Weston so slow compared to other areas?

Terrible! I put in the notes, NO egg or NO cheese due to allergy reasons! They turned up with it! I contacted McDonald’s themselves to deal with it! I wouldn’t recommend!

It don’t come for 1 hour and 30 minutes and when it did come all the food was cold . Even though it it 5 minutes away from my house . Not good enough

Food is slowly prepared and barely ever correct order. Ordered 2 drinks and can see staff using their phones. Took over 10 minutes for 2 drinks. Service is slow and they are rude. The atmosphere is diabolical, I see school kids during school times in their uniform hiding in mcdonalds and the staff do nothing to ask them to leave and causing havoc.

ordered at 12.05 with a 15 to 30 minute delivery time, arrived at 12.55. food cold and rubbery and one fries only half full.

they put the coffee & milkshake next to each other in the carrier bag! the coffee spilt onto the brownie next to it! 4x dips missing from the chicken mcnuggets box!

I like coming to this McDonald with my children. Staff always helpful and reacted very quickly when teenagers started playing in soft play area design for a smaller children. Restaurant clean, food was okay.

It's like a Russ Abbot party in this place.

Unfortunately the driver turned up with food that was not ours although it had our ticket on the bag. There was no were near enough food and was completely the wrong items.

This is the 3rd consecutive week that we have had items missing from our order. We can’t even reorder the missing foods as we would have to pay for the delivery again. These meals are not cheap and we are really disappointed lately

Always busy yet food is always to a good standard, easy to correct mistakes if there is one, staff are helpful and visible. Drive through is also easy and efficient especially with an app order.

McDonald’s foegot dips & straws

It's McDonalds so the usual service and food. It's a nice McDonalds and a welcome addition to the area. However I had take away and they forgot one of the burgers which was a big disappointment.

Amazing service, lots of lovely staff working here and the drive thru experience was amazing. Got everything I needed and the service was rapid!

Terrible MC Donald's , really slow service and food coming out , we chose to eat in and it was just so slow food not very hot either just like warm. The issue I think is it has most of the employees from Uber eats and deliveroo going there and for some reason they prioritize them before actual customers in the shop.

Food was cold and again this store left out items. In this case none of the dips were sent.

HEALTH & SAFETY WARNING!!! The floor in this McDonalds is EXTREMELY greasy! It must be cleaned with some kind of chemicals as it is causing very dangerous situation! I was wearing LaSportiva shoes (top graded stuff) and it felt like I was on an ice! Today we have rainy day and rain with grease on the floor is a trap! Today 06.10.24 at 16:10 one woman fell while she was walking out from toilet towards an exit. I personally am thinking of reporting this location to H&S committy.

Absolutely shocking! Clearly they need to learn to READ! My daughter is coeliac so can’t have the BUN yet sent the wrong burger not once but TWICE!! both times with buns and not even the correct burger! Come on this is a serious allergen! Plus pretty cold. One was ordered from Weston Links the other Worle. McDonald’s you are an absolute joke! Very angry. Even forced to give one star!

I had ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal, but I asked for no cheese and no pickles. Instead I got a double quarter pounder with no buns and only ketchup I don’t understand how the order could be messed up like this
