Subway in North Somerset

No food higine..! Discusting... having a cat roam around inside and assoated cat hair inside a restaurant is a bad idea. Are all subways this bad? Or is it just the poor management in weston super mare allowing this?

This is one of the worst places iv ever ordered food when my order arrived it wasn’t what I ordered cold and processed meat not steak like they say not hot it was cold and nasty and they will not answer the phone so I can get a refund or the right food absolutely disgusting I ordered over £34 of the worst food iv ever had and it’s all gone in the bin and I can’t talk to anyone at the store

I find Subway to taste the same everywhere, so there's not much in the food front. However, I have received mixed customer service from different branches. My local one looks after me very well and there is specific sauces I like and they are happy to accommodate them on top of whatever I am ordering. I have been to Subway where they plainly refused to add different salad or sauces which leaves a bad taste to the brand. I totally love the saver subs and hope they can add other types to it.

Ordered a sub from here, didn't taste too bad but gave me the squirts. Either the ingredients were bad, or the employees don't wash their hands 1/10 do better

I was very upset with the food that was delivered, the footlongs we ordered was our usual but this time around we got a completely different order and our food was ruined and I’m very upset with the staff at subway for allowing this to happen we had different salad in each one of our foot longs and I had cucumbers in mine which is not what I ordered plus I am allergic to cucumbers so it was very disappointing that this happened

Food was cold and lacked flavour. The portion on waffle fries as tiny. The delivery driver asked for a code that we didn’t have and he was very annoyed about this even when we showed him the app

The meatballs were not nice at all. They seemed to be prepared for some time and were dried, hard and just smothered in bbq sauce. The pepperoni slice was just sprinkled with a bit of cheese and on cold side. The waffle fries were very lumpy and mushed together.

Never had so little chicken in a footlong from any other subway, it was basically bread! Also used a coupon for a side and the amount of chips in there was a joke about 4 mouth fulls if it’s a coupon or not don’t be stingy!

Got a chance to grab a coffee from this store, staff was not willing to attend costumers after waiting 5 minutes someone managed to take order and was very rude. After ordering asked for toilet they said tap is not working and same time they opened toilet for someone who was friend with staff member. Worst experience ever will never come back😏😏

Gone downhill massively. £12.66 for a foot long and 6 inch, 6 inch had as much filling in as my foot long, I have never before ever had such a small foot long, ordered a chicken teriyaki and it literally only had 12 bits of chicken in which is roughly what you'd get in a 6 inch, won't ever be going back, maybe train all the staff the same so they know what they are supposed to be putting in the sandwich rather than it being pot luck if the customer gets ripped off or not. Pathetic

The food was not made to how i ordered- Tried calling the restaurant 8 times with no answer. I have just given birth so this is why i ordered, had to call someone to go back and get me the right food, no apology from staff. Will not be returning which is a shame

Everytime I order from this subway something is missing. I hadn't ordered for a while and thought I would give it another go and low and behold it was missing a cookie and I got a bottle of coke instead of coke zero.

Excellent food and delivery time but portions could be bigger

2 out of 3 subs was terrible! meatball had hardly any meatballs in! breakfast sub tasted funny so wasn't consumed so waste of money the large nachos was just salsa hardly any chees e was just soggy with salsa and hashbrown bites was cold not happy with this at all

Order looked like it had been thrown together by Optimus Prime wearing rubber gloves and was so cold I couldn't eat it. The bread itself was 'smashed' and the tuna filling was practically non existent! The chicken nacho bites were actually colder than the dip - how is that even possible?? WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. Vile!

Fast service, first time ordered a subway delivery and out off all takeaways I've had this is the quickest delivery and food was hot so yes I would definitely recommend and will order again

Unbeatable service. I have been going to Subways since my childhood days, they never seem to fail at anything, they've never made a mistake on my order and make it faster than any other takeaway. Bransby Way Subway is definitely my favourite Subway in the UK. Well done guys. Just one question, can you train other takeaways and restaurants on how to serve customers and how to be polite especially McDonald's 🤣🤣

Ordered a meal deal and there were items missing and the sandwich I ordered was wrong.

The Sub Samdwich was a bomb site. And not cut in half. Not massive issue. Just a bit rubbish.

I didn't get what i asked for, we didn't ask for the bread to be toasted 2 of the 3 sandwich's had no cheese they messed up the entire orders one of the worst experiences I have had on just eat terrible who ever made the sandwich's should be sacked

DOES NOT SERVE PORK SAUSAGES IN THEIR BREAKFAST (TURKEY ONLY). I have been getting breakfast from this subway for years and although they have the odd shortages, understandable in recent years they typically always deliver and staff are very friendly. However it appears that a decision has been made by the owner of this group of subways to only offer turkey sausage in their breakfast, which is not a sausage at all and is actually a processed turkey burger with no sausage skin, so not in fact a sausage at all. This is normally served in the Halal subways as a breakfast choice, of which this is not and there are no signs to advise it is. I was advised a few weeks ago they didn't know when the sausages would be back and now that the pork sausages will not return ever. It appears that the owner of the local franchise is on a cost cutting exercise. I'd like to also point out that there is no mention of the turkey pattys being used on the menu in-store and no mention on the display that the only sausage available is in fact instead a turkey patty. By this point I will add that you are no longer advised when ordering that the sausage is in fact a turkey patty and not the picture on the digital menu's in store. Just to reiterate the staff here are always friendly and helpful and the rating is a direct reflection of the changes made by the franchisee.

Poor experience. I was just about to contact the store to chase the delivery and found the delivery in my porch. No one has rang the doorbell and the delivery was no handed over. Hot food was a complete right off .

They forgot the tomatos AGAIN, this is the 12th time in the past year and a half i have ordered from that store and theyve forgotten tomatos, this is not a just eat issue
