Great food (as always), superb service, pleasant environment. The food is always really good, and this visit was no exception. The steak was perfect and the accompaniments just right. The service was excellent. Omar and Hayley were attentive, friendly and knowledgeable, and also discreet. Just what is needed in good service. The restaurant decor is lovely and tables arranged really well. Very highly recommended! Thank you.

Amazing food and service, Yaneena did an amazing job looking after myself and my husband. Made my birthday lunch that extra bit more special.

Had a lovely meal at miller & carter with my husband and my daughter on Sunday evening for my birthday, what a treat the starter was so nice and the steak was cooked to perfection plus a lovely mini dessert with coffee and the service was brilliant a great start to my birthday .

Went here for a date night, the food was lovely. Service was quick and efficient. Staff and managers were both friendly and extremely helpful. Will be back soon.

Visited this restaurant on Saturday 11th Jan 25 for a special occasion. On being seated found the restaurant to be cold especially as seated next to a window with minimal heating observed. I was offered another table away from window but was told there was no heating in this area so we opted to stay by the window. We observed 2 other couples complain about the cold and asked for alternative seating. Ordered a starter of chilli prawns which we were advised contained 6 prawns however on presentation we were served 3 to 4 prawns with 6 prawns heads. The manager then told us that we can order again however its likely this the next plate would be identical. Our server was great but timing and delivery of meal was relatively slow given the restaurant wasn't at full capacity as it was -3° outside. Overall I believe this wasn't a great experience given the money spent and I am unlikely to revisit this restaurant or at least this location again.

The servers where very friendly and helpful (especially Joanna) The food was absolutely delicious as the toppings added to the flavour. The atmosphere was very quiet and a calm setting.

It was freezing cold in here today as the heating had broken down. Many of the tables were wobbly - we ended up moving tables twice just to get a better table and in a less drafty area of the restaurant. However our food, especially my steak, was really nice. Would have better if we weren't all freezing! Quite a few customers complained of being cold and about the wobbly tables too.

Certain toilets were out of order so only disabled which isn't great but other than that our waitress morgan was lovely & efficient.

Ate here on a Saturday lunch time. We're regular customers and M&C has really great food and the set menu is good value. Steaks are tasty and not too pricey. Service was fantastic - Maryna especially was very attentive, helpful and informative.

My husband and I enjoyed our delicious dinner date at this lovely restaurant yesterday. The hostess Yaneena is so nice and looked after us very well, she is such a sweetheart and is the face of the restaurant really. We enjoyed ourselves so much. Missed a very lovely Lady Joe who had served us the last time we visited here ❤ the food is delicious and we will be back soon ❤❤❤

We had a nice treat after our race delivered by Morgan since we got a remote place by the window and heating as we requested. The steaks were great and as expected/ordered and mainly, we didn't have to wait for any of the courses as Morgan was looking after us well. We will be back

We had the opportunity to be in this restaurant on the Christmas Day - the restaurant itself is nicely situated the food could also be good if not for the fact that each of the chosen meals arrived cold!! the soup that we ordered at the very beginning came cold and without cutlery which we asked for several times and they were only brought after at least 15 minutes of waiting when the soup was practically freezing, the service requires a lot to be say, staff who didn't try at all and didn't pay attention to anything. We were a family of 7 who wanted to spend a very nice time with family with warm meals and a nice atmosphere, unfortunately not in this place not to mention that each of the main meal comes at a different time and cold again !!! Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place as a family meeting on such an important and significant day as Christmas and different celebrations !!! A very disappointed customer!

Service was fab by Jasmine thank you. Another server forgot our chips so ate half our meal without a portion of chips. Starter and main wasn’t hot, second portion of chips that came out late was very hot. It’s been better here but other than the food the atmosphere was great 👍🏻

Jasmine was my server and she was amazing, attended to all my needs and brought the food out quickly, no flaws, and very polite.

We had a Christmas lunch on 26th December, unfortunately,  I can't say that our family lunch was wonderful. In the beginning we ordered white wine "Destination Chardonnay" , and the waitress brought us another wine, then we asked a manager why we received another wine, he said that it is what same wine just supplements, with a different name. but the wine was horrible and even from far you can't say that wines are the same, of course they brought us the original wine which we ordered in the beginning and didn't charge the wrong wine. We ordered some starters, which wasn't so good. Fried Calamari taste wasn't so fresh, looks that they have been frid in the old oil, we usually taking bone marrow and the taste really nice, this time it was with burned and hard onions and no sign of meat inside.For the main  we take Ribeye, it arrives cold and with melted butter on the top.We ate at Miller & Carter and it was always delicious, but lately the food wasn't so good.It's a shame because the quality of meat is really very good and tasty.Usually I always recommend Miller and Carter to friends for a good steak, but unfortunately I can't recommend it. I can understand it can happen if a restaurant is very busy, but unfortunately the restaurant wasn't busy. I have booked a table and paid a reservation fee, I understand that the reservation fee should be deducted from my bill, but unfortunately it hasn't been done.As I didn't pay a bill, I didn't see that it hadn't been deducted, so now I need to call and ask for a refund for the fees.It's a bit annoying that restaurants don't do it straight away, as on that day everyone who booked a table had paid a reservation fee.

Fantastic service! Jasmine served us and was brilliant! Such a friendly welcome and couldn't be more helpful! Definatley will be coming back again.

Food was outstanding and they had amazing customer service especially from the waitress Jasmine Kiroro.

Not great, and definitely not the Miller and Carter experience had elsewhere. Dis-interested staff, food timing was awful, had to repeatedly ask for basic table items and steak not cooked to order. Also location looking a bit tatty, with the toilets being utterly disgusting. Bit of a let-down really.

I had a fantastic experience at Miller and Carter for my family meal, the service was delightful, i would like to praise a watress Jasmine K who was quick with service, polite and friendly. I will definitely be returning!

I dined at miller and carter with my daughter, which I found to be a pleasant experience as the staff were very welcoming and kind, but I would specifically say a waitress called Jasmine K ensured that we were content and had the correct order, and when there was a slight issue she handled it very well. I will for sure be dining there again sometime soon.
