The oxtail was tasty but hardly any rice and peas in the very small container.

1st time that I've had to complain about food from this shop. missing item food flooded with gravy and the rice dreadfully sticky and mushy . Very very unhappy my elderly mother refused to eat the food so that's money wasted:(

a few minutes late . however it should be noted that the courier should be more careful when chucking the bag onto the floor. when it was handed over to me tha bag was full of gravy:( . The food itself excellent tasty and not peppery . Will order again

They delivered the wrong food. I ordered oxtail with rice and peas but I got brown stew chicken with white rice. It was bland, tasted as if it was cooked in browning and a few herbs. Nothing is worse than being hungover and not getting what you paid for and have it taste like nothing.

My food did not come, I will not order with or from here or just eat again. Credit use only. I do not know or care what rhe other people think. I paid, my food did not come.

Delivered quickly and oxtail is very good.

Oxtail not very tasty. Had a bitter, overpowering garlic taste with no other flavour/seasoning. Very disappointing. The rice and hardwood were alright but the oxtail ruined it.

Ordered mutton soup with yam and sweet potatoes NO YAM NI SWEET POTATO just normal potatoes so was disappointing as food not as described

My mother orders from here as she’s temporarily bed-bound and unable to cook, they are very accommodating and give good portion sizes. Food is cooked well and we have now become regular customers. 👍🏽

I enjoyed my order but the Curry Chicken, Large was missing.

Very rude person at the restaurant. I called to explain they had forgotten items and sent incorrect items. She claimed she had tried to call me but I said there was no missed call on my phone. She said yes the system said the number was wrong… and then hung up on me twice claiming I was being rude… I asked her how and she had no examples…. Will not be using them again and will advise my family to stop using them too. Very bad customer care!

Food was plentiful, tasty, and most of all, still warm. We had curry goat and it was lovely.

My food was good. But I didn’t receive one of my orders, I think it may have been forgotten and left out of my order. Not fair when you pay for something and it doesn’t arrive..

My order I didn’t eat because one of my order was fried chicken and I put in the note that I don’t want any leg hip or wings because do t eat those part of the chicken and I distinctly asked for breast in the note and I got leg I can’t eat it and was a large food and I couldn’t eat the food I would like back my money for fried chicken meal it would be appreciated I’m disappointed

The fish meal didn't taste fresh a5 all. It tasted of sea water.

My order was left outside the door of the wrong address. The delivery guy didn’t phone to confirm if he was at the correct address. Luckily I got to him before he rode off. I normally enjoy the food from here but tonight the food was unfortunately disappointing.

Nice and authentic tasty food. Loved the chicken soup, was just missing pieces of corn.

I’ve waited for a very long time to get a call to let me know they didn’t had the hard food, I got another call 20 min later telling me they didn’t had something else aswell . Seriously, I thought it was joke. I don’t understand how they made me wait so long to let me know they didn’t had the food. Ended up not having dinner that night 😞

Not impressed, delivery went to wrong address. I lost my meal

I was disappointed in how the food tasted it was quite bland.

I asked for green banana only and no dumpling and yam .. I got both!! .. and food including plantain was cold.

Didn't enjoy curry goat, wasn't good.

Unfortunately, I asked for no boiled banana. They still put it. I tried to call the restaurant several times but no answer so had to throw the food away due to my daughter's allergies. So upset.

Wrong food was delivered, tried to contact restaurant who ignored calls. Decided to make a complaint via the app, then received a call from a moorish. They said the driver took the wrong bag and if I wanted the correct food I would have to come and collect it. Said that I couldn’t and they said if I didn’t just eat wouldn’t be giving me a refund. Terrible experience as always

The chicken was too dry and tasted like cardboard, and the rice is not freshly cooked or has vegetables that are sour in it. I am usually happy with meals from this vendor, but this one was unacceptable 😐

Ordered fried brim with rice and a fritter. The fritter was full of oil, literally drenched in it. The fish was super salty, the only flavour the fish had was salt and the rice was missing.

Very tasty. Portions were good. Chicken soup was perfect but could of done with a bit more chicken. Packaging and presentation was spot on with everything ready to eat straight away. Definitely the go-to JA food shop in the area.

Soup was runny af , and apple crumble tasted like fly spray ! Very disappointing!

But it was the restaurants fault not the driver who was waiting for more than 20 minutes based on the app updates.

My ordered came late, only for the wrong size was delivered. Then on top of that it was delivered late after couple of calls to the restaurant.

What can say...my order has not been delivered! Recieved a phone call from the restaurant over an hour ago stating that they did not have one of the dishes and agreed on another replacement...have tried calling infact 39 calls left one voicemail and the restaurant is now closed and still have not got my order. The previous order I had with them was late and did not get 2 dishes...I now want a refund for £17.50 Very unhappy customer

The boned curry goat was just bone - the boneless curry goat was just gristle - have ordered lots of time before and it’s usually great but not this time
