Morley's Fried Chicken in Redbridge

The chicken we got given was so dry it was definitely leftovers from the day before. Absolutely abysmal, we ordered this at 12 in the afternoon so now excuses for it being leftovers

My food arrived 1;30 hours late. I called the restaurant some 45mins after ordering and they said ‘driver left long time ago’ but the app was showing ‘food being prepared’. When I told him this, he said ‘we will make it now for you’. Food arrived frozen cold and the driver said he took long because he went to a separate order first and waited 20mins for customer to open door. Outrageous poor service from both the restaurant and Just Eat delivery service.

£16 order didn’t come with any sauce. That’s a cardinal sin for a chicken shop in east London.

It says it delivered but it didn't delivered the rider didn't even called me and didn't even rang a bell and I looked everywhere outside the house the order wasn't there

Their boneless box was so good and i tried their milkshake 4 months ago it was so delicious but it was expensive cost me £4.99 for a large milkshake but overall i would like to go eat there again

Good spice on chicken and wings are a very substantial size.

I have worked with food before In the past, so listen to what I have to say about the restaurant. The food: Top quality burgers and wings for the price. Only £5 for a burger meal whereas other local businesses sell for £7.50. the burger isn't over cooked or under cooked and is always delivered hot. The wings are spicy but not too spicy (my opinion on my spice tolerance) so I really like the wings. The service: The staff are really nice and friendly. I have had no issues with them in the past (I would consider myself a regular) one of the staff members has even memorised my order which is also really helpful, especially because I work across the road and I eat on my break. The staff go above and beyond to ensure fast food delivery and if there is a queue, you are only waiting 5 minutes. The atmosphere: Honestly, I have never dined in, but I do notice things. As soon as the staff have time, they hastily go to the tables and clean it properly, then sweep the floor so that the restaurant is clean at all times. The only thing I would say that's a bit wrong with the atmosphere is that it does get quite busy in the school rush, so most of the service is slower than normal, but as I said before, the line is only 5 minutes, and me personally, I don't mind waiting. Overall, great food, excellent service and good atmosphere.

my only issue is that I did receive my drink with my meal. very disappointed especially as I paid for it!

ordered chicken burger meal….the lady who served me gave me a stale fillet burger….took a bite and the rest went to the bin. disgusting.

Worst Morley’s I’ve been to. Got 6 wings and chips - it just felt stale and shit flavour! Worst thing is I wanted to put my own sauces on, they don’t allow that! & then they give 1 SMALL pot of mixed sauces and then if you want more 30p extra apparently! Worst Morley’s I been to rubbish & also very shit for parking as it’s right next to the a12 exit slip

Ordered BBQ wings Wings Burger and chips Chips felt old and over done Not great BBQ wings Sauce was nice but wings felt dry and perhaps been sitting around a while Normal wings again dry and too much batter Burger was large but not juicy 3/5 at best

Stayed outside my door for so long because he said I didn’t give a code, even though there was no code on my phone, I showed him that there was no code, and he stayed outside my house for at least 20 mins to sort out with just eat, very unprofessional.

Generic Morley's, but best hot wings in town. Well spicy and crisp. Sorry no picture this time as I've eaten them all before shooting one. You can't beat 3.29 kids meal. 3 hot wings, chips and drink. Wicked.

Chicken was not fresh at all. Burgers looked like they’d been punched before being placed in packaging. Chips were definitely not fresh and refried more than once. Never again

Got a fillet burger meal. It’s a big portion, big burger and lots of chips. However, the taste of the fillet isn’t so great. Quite soft, flat and lacks flavour. The chips were decent, however.

My order never arrived, tried to call morleys, and they never answered. Awful service.

Disgusting food with hair in it. Although it smells good the hygiene is this place is absolutely disgusting. Never come here unless you want to end up in hospital. FYI my chicken looked like rats and had hair on it.

Food was good. Nice generous portions. Very generous with the sauce too. For 59p I thought I was going to only get one pot but received 3! One suggestion I have is to wrap the burgers in paper or foil so the filling isn’t all slipping out. Thank you!

I am a regular customer at morleys, correction “I was a regular customer” Today I had an encounter with the owner I think he called himself, such a rude guy, and he was literally arguing with me and saying I hadn’t paid whereas I already did. He was threatening me saying “Do you wanna come back here anymore” I mean like how can you be like this with a customer it was unbelievable for a idk even if he was for a owner to behave like this.

Shop a bit grubby chicken Burger nice

For past few month every time I’d eat here I’d get diarrhoea, I didn’t pay it any mind because I thought it could just be a coincidence so I held off for a month and said I’d get diarrhoea after eating here today that’ll confirm it for me. Literally 3-4 hours after eating their wings I’ve had the runs. I’ve had friends complain about the same thing but that was still a coincidence for me but after today and seeing similar comments in the reviews I now know THIS PLACE GIVES FOOD POISONING!

ordered the spicy fillet burger meal but got the regular fillet burger. either way still very delicious.

The wings were very dry and lacked any kind of flavour; if that had been then only thing I had ordered the food quality would have been 0 Stars!. In contrast the Spicy fillet burger was okay a 2 star just barely making it to 3 stars; dipping it in a ketchup and mayo dip helped with that tremendously. Overall I am highly disappointed, the ratings of this establishment were impressive on Just eat furthermore, an article I found claimed that this was the best brand for wings in the country (it's why I brought 10) so why? Why was it such a dismal experience?

Best chicken I’ve had for a long time. Chips are crispy and the wings were excellent.

Driver made additional stops completely out of the way so food arrived cold. There is no notification to say driver may have additional stops on the way or I’d order from Uber eats and select priority!! Seems to be a recurring issue!!

The delivery time went from 3:00, 3:30, to 4:00. The food also came very cold. I am not happy that I had to reheat the food, it doesn’t taste the same. I did not get any chicken strips and was not asked about the replaced food.

This place has no clue about hygeine. They served me at the front counter took the money in cash. The same person went to the back to prepare my burger, didn't wash hands was not wearing gloves. When i requested for them to wear gloves and avknowledge the fact that the hygeine level was being compromised they simply refused and said 'this is how we do things'. They do not understand the consent of clenliness and hygeine. This is how people become sick and suffer from contamination and end up with food poisoning. No hygeine certificate displayed, no food hygeine level sticker on the door. This place needs to be looked at before purchasing food.... BE WARNNED.

The food itself would have been good had it arrived within the timefrane stated. The food arrived over an hour later. It was cold, crushed and unpleasant as a result. The box was damaged. Poor service with Just Eats - I don't blame Morley's as they sent out the food on time but the driver didn't get to my place until 65 to 70mins later. I definitely would not have ordered if I knew it would take this long.

I have to be brutally honest here, I can't hold back as you have no self respect including no mutual respect for your customers, maybe your staff are highly uneducated when management is not there, the issue here is how can you send dry old chicken you won't even eat yourself to a customer and why do you choose the worse pieces of chicken like charity behaviour when customer writes no notes, and even when notes, you are not sincere humble people, you also cancel orders when customer writes too much notes for presentation, this shows what kind of people you really are, double standards, you sent me disgusting old chicken laying on hot plate for hours, feed your children the same food, then you will wake up when they don't eat it, clearly you lost your passion, and this a careless factory behaviour now with no human connection or class.

This is my go to chicken place, I have been to several chicken places but none of them do their chicken and chips like morelys ,the wings here are even better than kfc and that is not an opinion its facts plus speedy service

In my opinion the very very best recipe. This franchise the man when I was there dealt with sooooo many orders at a very fast pace how incredible what a chicken and chip shop !!!

Ordered the combo meal. Wings were nice, recieved 3 breast peices of chicken though which is my least favourite peice and was too dry for me to eat.

I went with my colleague today during the lunch break to eat. we were treated very very badly, we were offended and humiliated by the seller. I felt so stupid that I couldn't even finish eating. I do not recommend and I will tell all my friends about the bad experience I had with youlocally.

Somehow managed to give me the wrong drink. I gave three different options to choose from and they didn’t give any. I said “FANTA Twist (the red can), or DR. Pepper or 7up” and they gave me Strawberry Mirinda.

Today’s order tasted really off. We usually love Morley’s and were happy to pay the higher prices (compared to everywhere else) but the food was awful. Very disappointed.
