Shocking toxic atmosphere, purposefully overcharged - management didn't care, and we extremely rude. Constantly brings anti social behaviour to the hotel.

I went there a number of times in March. Each time either the dish I selected wasn’t available or the wine wasn’t available They also have organised nightclub events that generally end in screaming and fights outside

Went here on Mother’s Day and because they had an event on, they could only do the afternoon tea. None of this was mentioned when we booked. I am gluten free so I asked for a gluten free afternoon tea which they didn’t have so I was able to order from the main menu. Ordered the food but they didn’t have the salmon for the dish so was told I had to have chicken as that was all they had available. I also ordered sweet potato fries on the side. My chicken with vegetables came out first and when I finished my meal, the afternoon tea still hasn’t come out so we had to remind them. When it did come out, the food was mediocre- felt like it was defrosted. By this point we still haven’t received our sweet potatoes so had to remind them again as the rest of the group were still hungry and then it came out at the end. Also they didn’t have all the cocktails on the menu as they mixologist wasn’t around so they had a limited menu. The ambience was not welcoming at all and service was slow. Because we had to wait so long for our food, they did try to rectify it by giving us a free drink each which is why this is a 2 star review, otherwise it would have been 1. All in all a bad experience and will not recommend the afternoon tea.

Outstanding and brilliant service couldnt have asked for a better place to come staff are so friendly and always putting customers first I’d definitely recommend coming to check this place out the view is the cherry on top

Warm and friendly welcoming, amazing service and attention to detail. Food was lovely and is highly recommended. I'll be returning tomorrow for more.
