Always a great experience eating at my Peshawar. Shuaib always looks after us whenever we come in. Best karahi in the UK by far

Went here last week with friends and I must say it was a good experience all around from the minute we walked in we were greeted with smiles and got seated straight away. Ordered our food, staff have good knowledge of the menu when asked any questions. Food was absolutely amazing, fresh and also efficient service. Also tried the mocktails which were very nice too. Recommended place by a friend glad we went. 10/10 well done Team My Peshawar.

Been here 3rd time. Starters were great & served quick. 10 mins into our starters the waiter said shall I take your platter which still had food on it and we hadn’t finished eating. I was rushed by the waiter who stood behind me constantly staring & asking if he could take our plates! Once I fished the waiter wanted to take plates so I said he could take everyone’s apart from my husband’s as he was still eating but he took his anyway! However I carried on and didn’t say anything to the staff. main dish was undercooked meat & I didn't complain and ate the bits that were ok. The manager or whoever it was asked how the food was so I told him it’s a little undercooked. He said oh let me taste and he picks a piece of meat from the dish and then gives me the talk about it’s not undercooked and I have to chew it. He was very rude, first of all you don’t eat out of my dish and then you don’t respect my feedback. No apology. All he had to do was listen and take his feedback to the kitchen staff end of story. But no he kept baffling on about how the meat is cooked it’s mixed meat. Duh I know what I have ordered and I do cook at home so pls save your stupid theories. I won’t be coming back here again. Very disappointed.

Message for Management: Please make sure your presense should always be in the place as it affects your business as well as your loyal customers. Today 19/01/2025 due to lake of absense of the management which i couldn't see whole of my time in the restaurant, many people faced late food been served on their tables personally I was being one of them. Please kindly one person should always be there at all times all day all week thanks....

I visited for the first time and had a terrible experience. They claim it’s first come, first served, but if you know the staff, you get served first and can skip the queue. It took over an hour for the food to arrive. The chicken karahi was tasteless and cold, the lamb shank in the Qabuli pilao was also cold, and the rice was the same. They even ran out of drinks for the kids. The staff clearly don’t know how to handle things and took ages to call the manager, who was no help at all and just as bad.

We waiting for 2 hours just to eat karahi which was cold and tasteless. The service was horrible, really disappointed with the staff and food.

No first come first serve basis. If you know the staff then you get ahead in the queue. Food gets to you after 1hr. Chicken karahi taseless. Proper cold. Qabuli pilao. Lamb shank cold. Rice cold. Only liked naan, soft, fresh. for that i would give 5 stars. Mocktails spot on. Loved the presentation.

Had a great experience!!!! It was my birthday and despite being busy, they gave great service, specially out hosts FATIMA AND LARIAB. Thanks a lot for making my day special. Food was amazing, specially kabuli pulao. And molten lava cake!!!!!! It was to die for, never finished a cake this quick. Everyone should try, definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant in Peshawar, and Fatima was exceptional. She greeted us with a warm smile, was attentive throughout, and made sure we were comfortable. Her recommendations were spot on, and she handled everything with professionalism and grace. It’s rare to see such dedication and hospitality, and Fatima truly made our visit memorable. Highly recommend visiting this place!

We came here on Sat 18th January. This restaurant rightfully deserves the curry award for 2024, as it was absolutely fabulous! I remember this place when it was the Westleigh pub back in the late 80s and I must say that the transformation is superb, classy, modern and very stylish. We were advised to get there around 6pm before it got too busy, and we did the right thing. The service was spot on, really attentive, with both the female and male staff in traditional dress, a nice touch. We are from Bradford, so we are used to many nice curry restaurants, but this one does stand out. Don't be put off with what appears to be a limited menu, everything is on there for a classic curry night! There was three of us, and we started with the mixed starter platter with rice for two, more than enough for us. We then had the chicken tikka off the bone, a huge dish with a kilo of curry, and two garlic naans, and used the rice from the starter for the curry. The food was freshly prepared, and took a little while to arrive but it was worth the wait, really tasty and well presented. We went for a medium strength of spiciness, which was fine for us, and the taste was perfect, not overwhelmed by heat. We had enough food left over to fill 2 take away tubs, always a bonus! Along with a jug of mango lassi, and two mocktails, the bill came to £75, which we thought was very reasonable. What a lovely place, we'll definitely be back thank you My Peshawar!

The food was absolutely beautiful and service was amazing especially the waitress who served us named Fatima. She always had a welcoming smile on her face and had her eye on our table at all times, making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and will be going again.

Came here for the first time and we were very happy with the service. Beenish was lovely as she assisted us very well. She helped through out. The food was delicious. The Kabuli pulao and Chapli kebab was delicious. Authentic taste. However, the Charsi chicken karahi was a little bit hard, but however the taste was good. The atmosphere was very nice and loved the decor and interior of the restaurant. My husband said Imran Khan's photos is cherry on the top in the decor.

The food is always great and staff attentive. However I wish to bring to the attention of management a possible health and safety issue which needs addressing. The ladies bathroom although visibly clean wreaks a disgusting nauseating smell,possibly some sewage backflow or gutter issue. This needs addressing as a matter of urgency. Sent without prejudice 🙏

The queuing and booking process is absolutely ridiculous, no organisation or structure whatsoever just old fashioned out dated and clueless. Food is nice, just need to be more organised with reservations & bookings.
