The food was okay, but not amazing. As someone from America, I’ve eaten a lot of really good vodka pasta. So to me, the spicy vodka rigatoni at NAC tasted like more like pasta in tomato soup. (The sauce was too liquid and bland.) Vibes in the restaurant are cute. Chocolate chip cookie was good but mainly bc it was warm and gooey chocolate.

Thank you so much specifically for mr.moussa he take care of us and this is the first time for us we dictated to celebrate our anniversary in NAC so he surprised us,, we are so happy thank you so much for everything,, we will come every time 🫶🏻🤍

The ambiance of the restaurant is very nice. I ordered the house salad and chicken with corn. It was good 👍🏻

The restaurant is beautiful and tidy, but a little small, and the tables are close together, and the service is elegant and fast. The menu is limited in its varieties, but the existing ones are quite delicious. They have cabbage salad, chicken balls, halloumi fingers, mini chicken burgers, and pasta with red sauce. The taste is amazing, but the meat burger is not halal. Advance reservations are required, and the price is expensive, but it is worth trying. Twice in a single trip. It is located on the branches of Oxford Street. I recommend visiting it 🇬🇧❄️🇸🇦 The famous dessert that has cookies and ice cream with corn flakes tastes just normal💐

Moussa N was the best server. Best service from all restaurants I’ve been to in London.

The place is less than normal, the food is not delicious and very cold. The only delicious thing they have is cookies with ice cream

The food was absolutely spectacular—every dish was bursting with flavor. What made the experience even better was the excellent service. My two servers, Abigail and Shaun, were incredibly friendly, patient & cheerful. Their warm and attentive service really made my visit special. Will be returning soon for sure! Worst service ever. The guy upstairs was so slow. We ordered the dessert and our table was still not cleaned. The price to quality was bad. And inside their was a weird smell. Wouldn't recommend this place. London has way better places

French restaurant requires advance reservation It's usually crowded The service is beyond excellent I put a note to them that I had an occasion, and when I entered the restaurant, they told me what the occasion was. They killed them on my birthday and gave me cookies with ice cream as a gift from the restaurant 😍

The food was average, not bad but also not memorable. The service was also average. The host was very nice and was even able to give us a table for 4 even though our reservation was for 3 people, however the waitress was quite rude and abrupt. When you pay 15% of service charge, you expect a bit better!

Their food is terrible and you must make a reservation before entering It took us a quarter of an hour and we entered at the time of reservation Reservations must be made through Google Map - the restaurant’s website and a book request / We ordered two Truffle Burgers and a Chin Corn and the taste was 10/10 Their cookie dessert is legendary and beyond description Pay attention at the time of reckoning, read Zayn Because they charged us 2 cokes and an extra salad by mistake We adjusted the bill and the hosts were very helpful and apologized for the error

The receptionist was truly excellent—very polite and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, the experience was completely ruined by what I believe to be the manager. His rude and disrespectful attitude was shocking and unacceptable. I left the restaurant immediately because of this interaction. A restaurant’s management should uphold high standards, and this experience was far from that.

Bloody awful. Cold waiters, cold food and cold coffee. A friend suggested this place. I didn't have a good feeling about it from the menu alone. Why its so busy, I have no idea. I had the poached eggs and asked for them medium. Waitress replied runny or well done. What kind of chef or kitchen staff would run their menu like that. Anyone who knows the art of culinary knows poached eggs are never meant to crumble the way mine did. Medium is absolutely a normal request. That plus a cappuccino and shared fries was around £28. No problem paying for great food but this was utter rubbish. Service was so poor too. Kept looking at us to get out. I won't be hosting any business lunches here now that's for sure. Don't bother- seriously.

There are two layers of men in the reception area. The downstairs is only to seat people whom they know in a good place, preferably women. Other customers with reservations are seated upstairs where there are no waiters nearby. It is a tiny, dark area, and the conditions are terrible. The management should fire them asap.

Great restaurant, very good food We recommend the cornflake cookie which was delicious! Moussa took care of us and spoke French, a top waiter! We will come back :)

Unfortunately the woman at the front of house was extremely rude and dismissive even walked away while we were mid sentence, however musa saved the service aspect for us as he was a W server who made sure we had everything we needed at all times !! Hope musa gets his service charge in full as he deserves it.

I liked the food, it was decent. I wasn’t completely blown away but it was good. Out of everything we ordered the chicken popcorn was very nice. The dessert was mid too. Overall I’d say everything was mid.

Excellent terrace service from Rashawn! The food was good, came at a good time and the staff were incredibly welcoming and very helpful. Would highly recommend to visit this beautiful bistro if you’re visiting London and want a break from Oxford street.

The food was great, and the waitstaff provided good service. However, the two European guys at the reception were rude and disrespectful. They seem to be always involved in their own conversation, neglecting customers and failing to assist promptly. It felt as though we were intruding just by wanting to sit down and enjoy a meal.

This is the type of place you come for instagram pictures. If you want pictures of expensive food for the likes, then you are at the right place. Extremely simple food for an expensive price tag. The famous dessert? (Ice cream with cookies) perfect for the taste palate of a child 🙃 extremely sweet and nothing special *for 16 pounds*

We had the worst experience with the staff, they were very rude at every step. Also, they sat us down without any menu, then the waitress came to take our order (we told him we weren’t given menus) then he started tweaking out heavy..

I visited NAC café and tried their mac and cheese. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing—it lacked flavor and quality. I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience

They don’t even deserve a single star. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had in London—very rude and racist staff. The restaurant has the strangest policies I’ve ever encountered, requiring you to order 3 to 4 dishes just to dine in, which I find absolutely ridiculous. Please don’t give them the chance to do this to you. Just leave.

There are better options for breakfast or brunch… the service needs to be better…

KJ was great! Very charming server and also very attentive. The rigatoni was exquisite. Also don't miss out on their signature soft serve dessert.

The price-quality ratio is not good. You can eat better elsewhere for those prices. We didn't like the atmosphere, it's noisy, an inelegant posh style predominates, it's noisy. The best thing about the experience was the service. The waiter Moussa was excellent, friendly and very attentive. We were there on December 4, 2024. I don't think we'll go back. We do not recommend it.

Great food and service (however the hostess seemed busy and a bit hostile). Had a great experience with our waiter Kayjay. Can get crowded during lunchtime, definitely book a table. Highly recommend taking a kale salad and chicken, mac and cheese was very saucy but not my favorite. Heard the cookie dessert is amazing, but the portions are very big so will have to come back just for the dessert

I visited the restaurant today for a brunch and unfortunately, my experience was marred by rude service that left a sour impression. While the food was decent, the behavior of two staff members was shocking and completely unexpected. First, the manager, who appeared to be of South Asian descent, was dismissive and unhelpful when I had a simple inquiry about the menu. It was disheartening to feel ignored in what should have been a welcoming atmosphere. To make matters worse, the waiter, who had braided hair, seemed uninterested in providing basic service. When I asked for a set of cutlery, I was met with a bizarre refusal, which was both surprising and frustrating. It was as though I had asked for something unreasonable, when in fact it was a very basic request. It’s disappointing that such unprofessional behavior overshadowed the meal, as good customer service can make all the difference in a dining experience. I hope the management takes note of these issues, as it’s clear that improvements in staff training and customer interaction are needed. Overall, I won’t be returning unless I see significant changes in the service. Note after seeing so many miss behaviours from the staff today, you should know that us arabs at least 90% of the capacity in their, the staff should at least respect them and not to be rude and racist towards us.

First-time customer here, and the food was amazing. We were informed that not everything was halal, so we had to be a bit more picky than expected, but everything tasted great, so this wasn't a big deal. The best thing about NAC was, by far, the service. We were served by Kayjay, who exemplifies what service should look like. Of all the restaurants, stores, and other places I've been to - no one has been more friendly, attentive, and as pleasant than Kayjay. He knew when to approach customers and when to hold back. He was alert and treated everyone with the same high level of care. Anyone would be lucky to have him as a member of their staff. The atmosphere is very aesthetically pleasing - especially when the lights dim down slightly. The entrance way is a little tight but it's really not an issue.

Moussa offered us great service, he recommended all our dishes and they were amazing
