Ordered food and got it nearly 2 h late 🤦‍♂️

Order so late my 1800hrs delivery came at after2000hrs never order from these again food was cold and poor

Oil dripping out of BIRYANI and the most funny thing is they add boiled chicken in biryani, “money wasted” Delivery is Good💯

Delivered to the wrong address then when it came it was cold. Rang thh e takeaway and they were aggressive and didnt want to do anything about it

food quality poor. sauce opened and spilled in bag. food obviously been sat a while as inside the bag was soaking with condensation.

rice tasted like perfume vindaloo was bland

Very friendly staff. The food is freshly cooked, piping hot and delicious. Its not cheap but very affordable for a family treat. And excellent value for money.

Food was not to usual standard. Spoke to Naga who advised i get a refund from just eat. And still no refund!

only fault was we were given originally 45/60 mins to deliver and it was another 15 mins later. Food was absolutely gorgeous

We was notified our order was running late. It was worth it! Food piping hot, chicken was so tender. We don’t order often but I don’t think we’ve ever had a bad curry from this place

Our local Indian takeaway. Can never fault it - brilliant service and food every time. First time ordering through just eat this time, and just proved how great this establishment is - came 20 minutes earlier than the expected delivery time. Always order the curry box - best thing ever!

First time we have ordered from Naga Spice. 1 x Butter Chicken and 1 x Makhanki both tasted the same. All we could taste was Coconut. Will not order again spoilt a nice night in

everything was ok minus my biryanis...they were not like how I usually get them, I asked for spicy but it wasn't at all, I could tell by the colour straight away it wasn't gonna be spicy. I usually love Naga Spice Biryanis....but this time its not the same, maybe they have a new chef, I dunno.....

Kebab was dry chicken was virtually non existent and the curry sauce had never seen a madras very disappointed as it used to be amazing

Ordered at 5:15 eta 6-620. Arrived at 7:05 Kebab meat dry and cold. Not worth the wait really disappointed

Order at 5pm got it at 7pm, opened food and it was cold and I wasn't happy at all. I rang the place up and they said only got 2 delivery drivers and I said 2 hours and my food is cold

Ordered for the takeaway opening at 5pm, where it said pre-orders for delivery from 5:55pm. After ordering, got an update to say the food would be delivered around 6:20pm. Not only was this longer than the 45-60min 'estimated delivery time' when you initially see the takeaway listed on the app, but the food actually arrived 20mins later just after 6:40pm. The food is nice, but the wait time spoils it!

What a shame. All cold we put the oven on to warm it up a little, one samosa, chicken dry , chips were like they had been re fried. Lots of fatty donner meat, Naan burnt and dry . Won't order again.

The Naga mix box was very average and not value for money at all. Everything was cold including the Naan and chips. Far too much donner meat and not enough chicken. Will not be using again very disappointed

Terrible excuse for an Indian meal. Wasted £25 on bland food. Buy Asda's essential ready meals, they will have more flavour

Wasted £25... everything was bland.. lamb biryani was an apology of a meal.. 4 small cubes of meat with overcooked under spiced rice. Given 1 star for meal, but 4 for delivery as the driver was pleasant. Won't order again as I like good food

Have to give an honest review, this was recommended to me so thought I would try got a box meal. Donner meat was like leather and had a slight taste to it and lacking lamb flavour. chicken shawarma wasn't to my liking was mixed with some sort of spice and the curry sause was okay but bland... Chicken tikka was okay tho and nan bread. Personally will be the first and last time I'll order here.

2 hours for delivery is abysmal. I ordered at 20.50 and it came at 22.45 after me phoning up at 22.19 asking where it was!

Ordered at 18-50pm, waited an hour, phoned up twice to ask about my order. Only one driver,was told 15 mins. ,turned up 2hrs later. Food hot but not very ,meat tough as old boot . Will not use again.

Never again will i order from here. Orderd food at 7 arrived at 9.40 stone cold. Got 2 of the sauces i ordered wrong and lied to by saying they only had 1 driver. Driver told me they had 3 drivers. If i had known it was going to take 3 hours i would of walked to collect. Shocking service!!

Ordered at 7.55 food didn’t come until 10.25. When I called the restaurant after 1hour and 40 mins they told me they had no drivers and were short staffed. She told me another 10 mins. The food then arrived over 30 mins later. When the delivery driver came he said his car had broken down. When eventually receiving the food it was cold and the rice was meant to be pilau - they didn’t send me the pilau rice I was sent plain rice yet I’d been charged the price of pilau. Not happy at all.

Usually lovely food but this time it was disgusting, cold, hard kebab just wasn't edible at all won't be ordering again 😡

Biriyani was far to hot. Chips chewy like card bored. Sauce had leaked all into the bag. Chapati was tough. Ended up throwing most away. Really disappointed.

Ordered 2 popadoms didn’t receive them , ordered 3 sauces that cost me £2.50 , I didn’t receive them. £3.50 for 2 samosas! Food was horrible and not even hot , you can tell everyone wanted to hurry and go home. The woman on the phone said there’s no more drivers left and she doesn’t know what to do. When they basically owe me £5. It’s a con. Somosas we’re hardly cooked either

Downsides: Lack of poppadoms. I paid 90p for a single poppadom cause I thought that it’d be a couple of them. The rice seems like it’s the microwaved golden rice, still tastes good though. Pros: The overall taste was great Large amounts of chicken in the curry. The sauce was a good consistency of a slightly runny yoghurt. Could taste the coconut in hints but not so much it tasted like a bounty. Overall, a good meal, would order again but will try a different rice dish. Food came in around 30 minutes even though the order time said around 40-60.

Waited 2 and a half hours for luke warm food. I called after 2 hours they said 10 mins it was another half an hour
