Pizza Hut in North Lincolnshire

No customer service the sauce pots looked like they left a toddler hands all over them. Forgot my card and the incompetent staff said I couldn't go to my car to get my cash card. I thought i had it on me. Then said I wasn't allowed to leave till I payed even tho I explained my card was in the car then offered to leave my phone . And the silly little girl that worked there told me to leave my daughter there which just infuriated me even more. probably need training a lot better and learning how to clean the self service ice-cream it was filthy ,sauce all over the floor and bits stuck all over the work top .

All food very cold. I csnt ever to eat that. You refund me £4.60 and I disagree it and I want full refund

Great visit, good atmosphere and great conversation with Charlotte ( I think her name was) Guy in the shirt looked morbid. Great value for money would defo come again.

Visited twice, fresh hot pizza every time and really attentive staff

Pizza hut has gone downhill badly. We haven't been for a very long time. We will not be coming back. Shocking pizzas. Just not very good at all.

First time visiting and what a greeting from the gentleman. Asked us which table we’d like, explained the ins and out as it was our first time. Helpful staff very friendly and a great atmosphere. Down side was there wasn’t much variety of pizza. They seemed to change every so often which is a shame so had to have the same every time, however when kids went up there was different ones 😩. Ice cream was ok but by the time I went to get some it had ran out so unfortunately I didn’t get chance to have any as we had to leave to be somewhere else.

Great food, my only downside is whilst tue staff have very little to do, you order through an app etc. On payment they ask for 2.5% tip whilst there is an option to say no, its a very small check box in the bottom corner.

Ordered a pizza for collection. I arrive 5 mins after the time slot in my email and I could see my pizza was ready on the counter. Two waitresses were casually chatting while there was a large queue waiting for collection. I had already paid when I ordered so I went to the counter but they said I needed to collect from the waitresses. I waited another 10 minutes before I was given my order. Unsurprisingly when I reached home, the pizza was cold, as well as the halloumi bites. Although I was given a free salad box so not all bad.

This experience was brilliant because the people were nice. The food was nice and it was a lovely price for that type of food it was so nice that I went home really happy. I would recommend coming here for a night out with your friends, family or for food.

food came and hour late, the guy was rude and said it was given to him by the restaurant cold. I rang pizza hut, they gave it to him hot almost an hour before he delivered it. this is the third time this has happened. I will not use this service again.

Every time I come here the service is always the best and always done with a smile, especially Kane always very helpful.

Went for a special family meal yesterday and youngest suddenly collapsed and needed urgent medical attention. Three members of staff followed by a member of the public were with me in a matter of seconds. I cannot praise Pizza Hut staff and management for their instant rapid response, assistance and professionalism. They were very calm, efficient, ambulance arrived in less than 10 minutes and paramedics praised Pizza Hut staff also. Never have I experienced such a rapid response in helping out in a severe emergency. I can honestly say no matter what age a person is, the staff at Gallagher Retail Park Pizza Hut are Angels, we could not praise them enough for their attention, calmness and actions, keeping control and safety in an urgent medical situation, ensuring we were ok afterwards and and making sure other customers were not affected. Our huge thanks of appreciation to them all and for their discretion shown to our family and the calmness of keeping their continued service to others without disruption.🏆🥇👏👏👏

I've just been with my daughter after the cinema. Ordering through the app was simple and straightforward. Very warm welcome and escorted to the table with ease. The pizza, side, and dessert were absolutely brilliant. The waitress who served us was very caring and polite. Wish I'd got her name, but she was brilliant. Thank you. We'll certainly come again soon.

Freezing cold when arrived! Shame

We went quite late tonight and the place was quiet but irregardless we had incredible service from Charlotte. She was super friendly and attentive and honestly brought such a nice vibe needed after such a long day. Food was great too!

Tash was absolutely amazing, great service and friendly.

Walked in had to order off an app which by the way took ages 2 pizza's very bland portion of chicken wings there was seven of and 3 coke's for £70 safe to say will not be going again at least Dick Turpin wore a mask daylight robbery

Went to pick up a takeaway. Excellent service from Luke. Went above and beyond to make sure my order was great.

Came for a family meal with my partner and sister (6). Staff were so lovely and attentive, they made her feel like such a grown up by chatting with her and spending time with her. Food was excellent and fast service, staff were all quick and extremely kind. Would definitely go back!

The whole order was stone cold. Just eat can try and say the delivery was on time doesn’t mean the food was hot. Freezing. Both pizzas. The halloumi fries cold and same with the chips. The store offered to replace all the food with fresh hot but expected me to drive down and collect it. Not acceptable when we’ve paid extra for delivery. All got thrown in bin

The staff went above and beyond today. The service and quality of food was far better then we've had at other Pizza huts and other Pizza companies.

I got the wrong food when it was delivered which turned up very late and led to the food being cold!

Always love me a Pizza Hut pizza. Especially nice friendly and smiling service from the crew this visit.

I ordered for delivery but somehow in the process the app put it for collection - I can’t collect - I’m elderly disabled - they have my money but I don’t get my meal - I’ve NEVER had this issue before - once is enough I won’t be using just eat or Pizza Hut again

This review is about Pizza Hut Head Office and NOT the Scunthorpe restaurant. Sir/Madam, it has now been 4 weeks since I was told me that you were holding an enquiry into the issues that I have brought to your attention. Thats right FOUR WEEKS. Do I really need to remind you that it is a £10 pizza deal that you are investigating, it’s not exactly the “Post Office Scandal” is it. You are the most ignorant, inept, and incompetent customer care team that I have ever come across. Talking to your customer care team is akin to talking to a bunch of mentally negligible half-wits. In fact I have had more intelligent conversations with a lobotomised amoeba.

Missing the fries I paid for and they brought the wrong drink which I don’t like so I can’t drink it

When I first ordered the food it said 30 mins delivery, then it just got later & later. From ordering to coming it was 2 hours

i ordered cookie doughs and brownies, it came with ice cream too but the cookie doughs were coldish and ice cream all melted, not happy with this order, never had any issues before thou.

The pizza is delicious, the staff is friendly, any salad is free with the pizza

Very under staffed!! Not worth the money!!Not fair trying there best but couldn’t keep up with buffet 3 slices of 2 pizzas left at dinner time on buffet should be well stocked paid for a service I didn’t receive feel for the staff working hard and getting the hassle from customers paying good money. Email Pizza Hut had a replying saying try us again in future yer that really helped unreal won’t bother again

Service was absolutely shocking waiting over 30 minutes for our table to be cleaned after asking for it to be cleaned it was another 10 minutes. Got told the deserts was ready then had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to come out cold

Staff were too busy talking to one another. Waited 30 minuets for our table to be cleaned. Waited another 20 minuets for pudding. Manager was chewing gum and was rude. Staff also too busy eating while we waited for service. Was an overall poor service. There were 2 other tables in the whole restaurant and this was how poor the service was.

As usual this place is clean. Young crew is smiling at you and it can make you good. The food is freshly prepared and very tasty.

There is a picture on the toilet wall saying “Bog Standard, we pride ourselves on our clean toilets” Well unfortunately that’s not correct, they are disgusting! I actually pissed on my own hands to clean them! 🫣

Over priced for the food and service received. The restaurant was empty, yet a premium was charged. Better quality from other retailers for less is available.

Food was great, however the restaurant forgot my ice cream. I stopped ordering from this place due to them forgetting items, and this is the first time I've ordered from them in a long time for this reason! Quality of the food is great, but very expensive

Visited on 5/3/24 and the fact that we didn’t have to do the ordering on the app as it was harder with children today was very welcome. The server was very patient whilst the kids decided (slowly) what they wanted. Server KaydeeN was very attentive and was a credit to the company. Will definitely be back.

A while since we've been the the hut . Whilst service was great a lady called Heather the food and price were not . I wondered why it was quiet for a sat afternoon.

Buffets for the win, love this place. £32 but worth it for me and the misses, went at 2pm so didn't need lunch or dinner for the rest of the day.

The dough balls I ordered were raw and the fries were soggy.

Not worth the price tag, I've had pizza hut in other places and this is not on par. You guys are lacking the ability to make a decent pizza. the crust was way too thin yet somehow chewy. The cheese was subpar. the only thing good was the toppings however bacon and onion can only take you so far. Not worth the cost for the product you receive.

Cold, tiniest portion of chicken bites and one of the pizzas didn't look like pan base at all. For such an expensive price it was a treat for us but won't be using them again for delivery. Huge let down.

Took our 2 grandkids for t after school and they loved it.really good meal deal for kids.

Poorest service I've ever received. Stood at the reception point for almost 5 minutes before we saw a staff member. No serving staff on the floor during most of our visit Most of the staff don't seem happy to be here. Ladies toilets filthy, pee and poo on all the seats and no toilet paper available. Pizza not hot straight out of the oven. Disappointing all round 😕

Ordered from the scunthorpe branch on just eat, just eat had mixed up the order completely. Phoned pizza hut themselves to find out what had gone on. Spoke with the manager - luke and he was extremely helpful with us. Brilliant service from him. Brilliant manager.

Haven't been to pizza hut for many years and will be many more before I go back. Rang ahead to check availability, wasn't told they'd run out of a lot of stuff. Salad bar half empty, missing various things from our order. You have to order on your phone which is a faff, and we're only told things had run out after we'd ordered. We weren't refunded for stuff that wasn't available and some items were substituted without telling us (or we were just given the wrong stuff). To top the experience off they started turning the lights off while we were still finishing. Expensive for what is basically various kinds of dough too. Never again.

Cup'n'Crisp Pepperoni more burnt than expected right down to the whole Individual Pepperoni Feast including the cheese! & very expensive at £20 for 11" pizza

Best place to dine in with families. Also kids will enjoy it especially the ice cream and toppings yourself and lots of selectable available. Loved eating inside ,have a good ambient lightings and varieties of choices of pizzas.

Enjoyed our meal as always, salad bar slightly lacking this time as no lettuce or cucumber, service good and friendly staff.

Took my grandson for a pizza buffet with drink and ice cream not cheap but quality foods

Server was excellent. Very strange how they insist you use an online portal to pay, but then ask for a tip though. Food was nice but buffet doesn't have the same variety as it used to. Pasta not as nice as it used to be, but fairly tasty.

Went for a quiet early evening meal with my husband, the food was excellent, the young lady who looked after us was very friendly helped us choose our meal and explained everything we needed to know.

First ever visit to a Pizza Hut and well worth the visit. Great staff that was friendly and very helpful 👍 For £ 19.99 you can get unlimited soft drinks plus unlimited pizza , pasta , salad and ice cream for the kids . Grandson loved it and we will definitely find one near to us

Good was no one in but service with a smile

Service was fabulous. Don't go often as it is very pricy here (£60+ for the two of us) but in fairness we did get a massive pizza with the cheesy bites as a crust and two mains by using the meerkat code. Staff were very attentive and were so friendly and personal that I genuinely didn't know if I'd met my server before and been recognised.

Basically the food came, it was cold and the pizza was burnt. The driver was apologetic and it is Friday, but I just thought I should let you know.

Cold awful food for the price even the dig didnt want it.

Food was terrible. Ordered two melties with fries and one cheese bites. All of it was absolutely STONE COLD. Had to reheat it for it to be edible. Chips were undercooked, just stodgy floppy lump of potato. Barely any filling in the melties at all. Ended up cooking a frozen Iceland pizza for dinner as neither of us wanted to finish it. This is the secund time I've ordered from here and it was as bad the first time but I was hoping it was a one off. For £30 I expected edible hot food. AVOID.

No drinks, meal was just not up to standards, bbq meal deal just didn't feel like much of a deal, the meat feast one was alright but id rather just get a large pizza from somewhere else
