Nandos is just amazing, having it in restaurant is just amazing

Atmosphere was great Would have been a 5* if they didnt forget my drink this evening. Paid for it to come with the food on the app but no glass was brought to me. In the end, finished my food and didnt bother with the drink (£3.95) I paid for..

Very good. I ordered food for collection son review based on that. I ordered the Double Chicken Burger with peri salt fries. I chose my time slot which was the next available and in 20 minutes. I turned up a couple of minutes before and was greeted by a very pleasant and friendly member of staff. The food was ready and the member of staff very keen to make sure I had all that I needed including extra sauces and double checked the cutlery was there. The food was very good, tasty chicken and the sauce and salad were good, as was the Bun. The fries were nice too, and not greasy which is a big thing for me as can't tolerate a lot of saturated fat. Food was still hot by the time i opened it up in the hotel room. All very good.

Nandos was incredible. Niamh was our waitress and was so friendly and quick service!

It's an amazing place plus the food. Especially one of the staff member is very generous and friendly "Mayuresh".

I was disappointed by the quality of food, waiting time and no one bothered to take our plates to the point that we have to use nearest table to put dirty plates. Ordered online, some dishes wasn’t available so we ordered replacements, turned out all food was available if ordered directly. Chicken and chips tasted more like ones you get from supermarket to be honest. Chicken wings tasted salty and a bit dry, some small bits were pink. Chips is not wat you get from proper Nando’s but more like from supermarket frozen chips. Olives comes without garlic and yet saw and bought exactly same from Aldi that is located opposite. I have been in different Nando’s and this one unfortunately not the one I will go to again. Staff seemed nice but didn’t make me feel welcome. We waited for our food 40 minutes, I was about to leave but then we got offered free dish to choose while we waited for the order. Nice gesture but I would not add any top marks for that because it was not as tasty as I expected it to be but something cheap from supermarket. I actually bought same from Aldi and it tasted literally same. we paid around £100 for a couple of dishes that we didn’t even enjoyed as it didn’t taste good as it does in proper Nando’s.

Once you taste the food here you really feel the quote I mentioned, If you want to taste the real taste then you must visit Nando's. It's an ultimate feast for food lovers, serving multiple varieties of delicious food. Chiken was a bit chared had burnt taste

To some extent you know what you're getting with Nando's, but nonetheless the customer experience can vary between branches. This is one of the good ones. Despite being a very busy branch (with delivery orders also adding to the pressure on staff), they do their best to greet and seat you promptly. The food usually comes out quickly and cooked to the usual standard. Last time we went, it was served inside of ten minutes! You can see the staff here work damn hard! My only criticism is the constant bang of the kitchen door as people go in and out of it. It could do with replacing for one that closes more quietly. A very well run branch of Nando's overall though. 👏

You missed out an entire order. How stupid are you people?

Hadn’t started cooking our order 40 minutes after it should have arrived. Shocking service. Didn’t even bother to warn us. Hungry kids went hungry and nobody bothered to call to explain an understandable blunder. Ended up on the phone to the Phillipines for 20 minutes to discover the estimated time was a calculated and consistent lie, that our food had not been started on the grill, and that the refund would take 5-7 working days. People make mistakes. How mistakes are managed. That’s where it counts. Honesty is imperative. Know your trade for goodness sakes. First day stuff. Either develop your management, or manage them out. Bye bye Nandos. We don’t trust you. Closed my account.

This is definitely the best Nando’s I’ve been to. The staff were absolutely amazing and so accommodating. The food was actually delicious, perfectly cooked chicken and it wasn’t burnt. The manager (Mariangela) was so nice. Honestly if I come back to MK I’ll definitely be coming back to that Nando’s. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Very busy, but seated 9 of easily. Food arrived quickly and was perfect. Manager and staff were all efficient and friendly.

Unfortunately I have never had a good meal from this nandos hub. Food is cold on walk in takeaway and they NEVER do sauce hot as requested. Always bland I have given it a third fourth chance, twice eaten in.. they never improve I was 1 of 3 customers early afternoon 1pm I was so hungry after no dinner night before. Cold half chicken rice I just ate it was hungry and staff looking pleased with themselves.. Joke

You can always count on Nando's for a good meal, unfortunately they were out of a couple of items we were hoping for.

We love nandos but what we like the most is the service that Charley give. She is very friendly and always make sure that when we are living the place we are happy.

The staffs I met on my visit are not friendly at all.

This is worst Nando's services, I ever got in a Nando's, I am have a regular customer for years, I complaint about many items not being available. She showed lack of considerations for customers and not having on items on the menu or being sorry about. it seem like come here if you want but we won't give the service you deserve.

The worst service I have ever got from Nando's. She didn't bother apologies for items not available on menu. No consideration that they spoilt a customer night out and didn't care for loyally customers.

Beautiful place and the food is good except for Thursdays the take away chicken 🐔 is always dry maybe the chef working on Thursday evening only.

Had Kofi serving me and my family. He was very polite, helpful and friendly. He looked like he took pride in his job and was great with my 3 year old son.

It's one of the best Nandos we have been to! We were a group of fifteen. The service was excellent, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The food came out a bit slow (which was expected with such a large order), and a few tiny little errors in orders were quickly resolved. I couldn't recommend this branch enough. We had a lovely evening. Thank you.

Went out for lunch , service was slow , food was average, waited about 30 minutes for food , people who arrived much later then us got food before us and there was two of us

Much wider range than I remember (haven't been for a few years). Friendly staff, quick service using QR codes to access their website for ordering.

Most digesting service from this greedy company. Ordered food to the incorrect address (the next street) by accident. Not sure how because it’s on auto from previous orders. Driver calls me to tell me he will call the office to see what he can do because he only gets paid to go to one address. Rather than tell me where he is and I’ll go grab it which bare in mind is a 2 minute drive he blocked me I presume to be told there is nothing they can do because I put the wrong address. Wasted nearly 60 pound. I’d advise against ordering from this company as simple communication that can solve little issues is none existent.

I like the restaurant atmosphere and staff is too lovely, I like the “meri” customer service and she is so friendly and I like “revanth”service who is removing the plates from the table he is friendly and kind. Thank you so much Nandos❤️❤️❤️❤️😘😘

Such great service! Honestly love coming to this Nando’s! Although costly (as Nando’s is) it’s quality that always matters and Nando’s never fails with great quality and food. All the staff are so kind!

The app was useless as couldn't order 1/2 or 1/4 chicken but that's not the fault of the branch. The staff were lovely, the food was delicious. Overall, very positive experience.

Cheeky Nando's before the cinema, Food was fantastic Fino Pitta And Grilled Chicken wrap with Mac and cheese , chips and salad. Great service from all the staff , Tommy was great in resolving an issue with some other unpleasant diners we were seated near . Desserts were great (warm chocolate pudding ) will definitely be back 👍🏻🐔👍🏻

Food is good, but quite expensive for the portion size. 💰🍗 Staff are exceptionally friendly. 👍 Atmosphere is nice. If you are gen-z, you can order and pay for your food using the app. 📱

We visited Nando’s in the hub yesterday for lunch, it’s been a fair while since we’d visited! We’ve always found the service at Nando’s can be really hit and miss, however, the service was faultless on this occasion. We’d agree that the hub is one of the best Nando’s we have visited. The staff were friendly, attentive, the food arrived in good time, some nice new choices on the menu too! Keep up the good work!

I don’t like the pressure to order via the app, which still needs a lot of work to be usable. Tough butterfly chicken on my last visit, but that was balanced by very nice chips. There is something about the acoustics in here that makes all the tables seem very loud - not helped by the consistently awful music.

First time here, and I was pleasantly surprised! I have eaten at nandos more than 500 times! So when I say this Nandos was good, it was really good! The staff, very friendly and professional, all smiling, all seemed happy to be doing their job. There was 1 staff member in black who seemed a bit lost and was just wandering around, but the ones I interacted with were brilliant. The food came out quick, i had an allergy order and they did all the right things. The food was hot, cooked perfectly, the chips were absolutely fabulous, starters were great. I have no faults about my visit to this Nandos! Keep it up Milton Keynes! If I'm ever in the area again I'll be visiting!

Today I came here with another 7 adults and 2 children. Yep, 10 of us without a reservation. The young gentleman got the table ready, got crayons and paper for the kids, wiped the chairs and cleaned under the table. He went out of his way to accommodate us. Honestly, I wish I got his name so I could shout him out, but if management sees this, he's the dark-skinned young gentleman. He was with us all the way till the end, and sent us off really nicely too. All the other staff were friendly too. The food was hot, delicious, and one of the best Nandos I've been to in the country. I think he deserves a promotion so someone keep an eye on him and keep him, because I would drive all the way back from Reading to Milton Keynes to have Nandos again.

Collected a delivery and very slow delayed service. Dissapointing as the restaurant was not even busy....

Chicken wrap was unreal. Even on a busy Saturday night they was quick and made great food. Service was nice.

Grilled chicken burger 🤔 chicken was not grilled and the bun had just been taken out of the fridge and put together so tasted just awful. Cold chips. My sons grilled chicken (was grilled) but the size was shameful 🤦‍♀️ Will not return food used to be so good and portion sizes too. Waste of £50

25min wait on drinks, only recieved after asking someone. Food sent back as chicken undercooked and roll tasted stale. Left without eating due to service

It was OK, no good, not bad. The ordering is like Mcdonalds now, on your phone via a qr code, yet the staff still brings out your food... bizarre set-up. I had the grilled chicken burger with fries & corn on the cob. The chicken was a tad overcooked. The Portuguese roll was rock hard. I couldn't get my knife through it! Sides were fine. Bottomless Coke (£3.50!) didn't taste right, was pretty watery. It had been years since I'd last had a Nandos, and tbh it will probably be years until I bother again.

Being a South African this Nandos's doesn't compare to the SA chain. Disappointing meal.. Portuguese rolls were very hard and wraps were very average had a tiny chicken strip. I don't love the idea of ordering on an app it's not user friendly. Overall was a forgettable experience..

I looked at the menu before I went. They were out of basically anything I had interest in when I got there. If I remember correctly any type of chicken with bones (except wings), boneless thighs which was what was used for the sandwich I planned on getting. It's a sit in establishment but you order at a counter and you aren't "waited" on. You are however seated by a hostess. I sat at my table for a good 15 mins before I realized you had to get up and order at the counter. Would have been nice to know but maybe the locals would. The chicken I did end up getting was tender and juicy. I would try again. Just bad timing I think on this occasion. Cheers!

This is normally my go to Nandos even though it is not the closet Nandos to where I live. Yesterday I visited at lunchtime,I noticed their were 2 people dining in. As soon as we got through the door we were told the corn had run out and drinks machine was not working. I enquired as to what drinks options their are before being seated,I was told sprite or Fanta,I was about to walk out but was told we could have coke and diet coke can ,I said that was fine and was seated.Went online to order ,it turns out most of the food we wanted to order was not even showing to order online because they had run out.The drinks were still showing as the refills pump which we were already told was out of order.I asked a member of staff how much are the cans? To my surprise they were being charged at £3.70 with no free refill.I ended up walking out as we couldn't even order the food we wanted. Ended up going to Kingston MK and ate their.The only food they had run put of was garlic bread.

Long wait for our meals after we’d ordered butterfly burger and chickpea burger, chips and corn cob … that’s probably why the food was cold when it was served to us. A staff member came round to ask if we were happy and offered to re-do the meals but we didn’t have enough time for this. No excuse really as this was on a Thursday, 9pm, and it wasn’t busy in the restaurant. I wouldn’t eat at a Nando’s again.

The most horrible Nandos experience. Will never visit the hub again They only had 3 tables busy but kept us over half an hour until all food was brought to the table. What made it worse when I questioned it that the manager was happy it was ready in under 20 minutes, to be precise in 19 minutes and a half as per their declaration. Either way was not brought to the table straight away, but rather by bits and pieces over 10 more minutes. It's tottaly incopetent and rude. HORRIBLE

Absolutely shocking Nando’s Hub restaurant have the rudest members of staff who fail to realise they get paid to deliver good service. We walked in at 9pm they close at 10pm no one greeted us we waited and then asked if someone could seat us and the guy said oh one second did not seat us waited some more and then asked again and then decides to tell us they have no chicken on the bone no chicken butterfly to serve at 9pm. They close at 10pm what kind of restaurant runs out of chicken an hour before close you are open till 10pm not 9pm. This is the 3rd time this has happened at this restaurant will not be returning again. You are supposed to serve until 10pm having worked in hospitality before The standard of this restaurant is shocking. Please can hierarchy reach out and tell us what will be done to resolve this issue.

My family are massive Nando’s fans, so for my wife’s birthday we decided to visit this particular branch on the 22/5/23. On entering the premises we could see that they were busy on this day but the staff seem to be coping well. After ordering for six people, we waited over an hour for our food but not before I’d remind the staff we hadn’t been served our food. To be fair the manager did apologise and the food did come out but with a ten minute delay between each of us getting our plates of food. We definitely won’t be returning back to this branch again after this experience.

Pleasant enough staff, they took the order, at the 30 min mark they came and told me they had forgotten to process the order. It took another 20 min to get it out. I was not interested in the free cider or having my meal for free, I just wanted to eat. When it did arrive the order wasn't correct rice instead of chips, I was so fed up I didn't bother to complain. I won't return to Nando's.

Shown to a table and left there. No server approached us . We had to track a server or bar attender. Not very helpful. And expensive for the food and drinks. Didn't even ask is this OK when we started the food. Poor service and staff looked bored.

Prefer this nandos to the one in the shopping centre as it's usually a bit quieter. It's a pretty standard nandos in terms of the food. However on this visit they had no pittas, no wraps and no burgers... Which didn't leave many options. The staff were great and really friendly. The place is clean and tidy, usually fairly fast, what you'd expect from a chain to be honest

Standard good quality chicken and chips. The newly introduced sauces are also quite nice.

We are a group of friends who meet every week. Been regular patrons of this outlet of Nandos for last the last 3 years on a weekly basis. Yesterday the customer experience we had was really shocking. The young gentleman taking the order was not willing to provide two plates of thigh meals. He was of the opinion that we could only have one plate of thigh and the other one would have to be breast. After a heated debate on this we ordered, paid and settled down to wait for the food. We got one dish and were kept waiting indefinitely for the remaining. While waiting the Staff would not assist in resolve a highly wobbly table as well., saying that we should do this ourself. After a substantial time waiting for the remaining dishes we decided to leave and request for a refund. Interesting that though the payment was made using a credit card the manager (Rebecca) refused to return the money to the card. Though we were offered cash instead. This unit had been good and the staff knew that we were regulars. In fact some of the staff yesterday did come across to apologies for the way we were being treated. It's going to be difficult to forget this episode and highly unlikely that we would visit this unit again. Lately over the last few weeks we have noticed a high turnover off staff and detoriation in service at this outlet.

Staff were good and it end there. What has happened to Nando’s? £11.00 for a chicken breast pitta. And in the pitta 6 cubes of chicken, lots of shredded cabbage and mayo and that was it. Just used to be so much better. And £3.40 for a coke 😬

They took too long to get me my food. I was with two friends who got their food relatively quickly but I had to wait a long time. I usually go to Nando’s and it is fine however this experience disappointed me.

Polite staff, food was good and affordable, slightly longer than average wait times but it was busy so not the worst. Overall good experience.

Ridiculous… service.. they just throw the food at your table… apalling customer service.. small portions.. the two breast is as small as a sparrow breast. Also they ran out of rice in the middle of the day

Staff here are friendly especially a guy called Jesse who’s at the door. Really friendly guy, one of the only reasons we come.

Gets busy on Saturdays at lunchtime but other than that it's great.
