Had an order for take out the other day and a couple of things were missing. Big miffed at first, but it was busy. Called up the store and spoke to Jeelani, who sorted out the missing stuff right away,and threw in extras. Food was great too! Great customer service, and exactly what you expect from a nandos 😁

We were very well received. We found a table to be comfortable with a baby. We thank Viyana very much for her kindness and for making us a whole plate again at no extra cost because my sister gave her baby something to drink and it was cold! Thank you very much we will come back.

Don’t bother ordering from this Nando’s if you’re ordering on Deliveroo or the Nando’s app. They will deliver your order with missing items everytime. I ordered a whole chicken and called the restaurant in advance to make sure they put sauces in the bag, which they said is no problem. The order came 20 mins later with zero sauces and also missing a side order at the same time. (How) It happened the night before when I ordered aswell, even though I called the restaurant up prior. It’s just disappointing and lazy service. There’s clearly no care taken. I then called Nando’s customer service and asked if they could deliver the correct items that they didn’t deliver to begin with, and they said they couldn’t. So in the end my family enjoyed a dry chicken for dinner with a missing side order. Incredible service from a chicken restaurant. FYI - most customers would not enjoy chicken without having sauce with it , it’s rare to see anyone eat their meal without the sauces and it should be an option to be able to add sachets of the restaurant sauce in the bag without having to buy the bottles sauces because they are clearly not the same recipe. Writing this to save anyone from a disappointment, go for a different chain.

Came for Christmas Eve, we work in hospitality and completely understand closing early and wanting to go home to families on christmas but we came in a couple hours before close and were treated so horribly. there was already an altercation outside with the managers and a customer so already set the mood with bad vibes. we asked the manager, Jeleni about the discontinuation of the chickpea burger and mentioned online there was a super green burger and wanted to simply ask if it was available at that restaurant. to this he replied, ‘ obviously not where did u even find that’ along with an incredibly snappy attitude he made us feel stupid, didn’t even say hi when he approached our table and just created very unnecessary tension and discomfort. really crappy way to address customers especially on christmas eve. definitely should keep an eye on that manager to see how he’s talking to customers or maybe even staff.

Walked in with no booking. Sat down immediately and was told about the app and order at table facility. After ordering, drinks arrived within 1 minute and food within 5. Excellent food, perfect for a pre-show meal

We went here as a last minute decision waiting for a coach. The service was slow but the restaurant was fairly busy, The food took a while to come out to us. The restaurant is small and feels very compact.

Foreigner trying to get something to eat. Only thing i got was wasting my time. This is place where you need an app or some secret handshake just to get food. Probaply a nice place If you figure out how it works. For us it was just a waiter handing us a menu and then forgeting us. I would leave a zero stars but unfortunately i cant give less than one.

Miyah was exceptionally helpful welcoming and her hospitabilty was the key reason me and my wife stayed for dinner that day. We love the road across Nd have left many times for feeling unwelcomed. This was the polar opposite and (having been here almost ever week) miyah should be the lady at the door. Best A trusted nandos customer

WOW, the Fino Pita hit the spot. Service was lovely. The staff are so warm and welcoming. And the chefs in the open kitchen have an amazing dynamic. Atmosphere is stunning, drop the playlist because I wanna add the tunes to my Spotify.

Had this Nando’s last night and now have food poisoning

Food was delicious. Drinks are a bit pricey but that strawberry dragon fruit flavour was incredible. I unfortunately had my plate swept while I was in the washroom - an honest mistake to make, the food was mostly finished. However the manager very kindly provided complete reordering of the dish. Truly above and beyond service.

Popped in for a quick nandos before going to the theatre. Food was prepared and on our table within 10 minutes. Staff were attentive, security was also friendly. I left my umbrella on the table and came back for it 2 hours later. Thankfully the staff kept it behind the counter for me!

Wanted quick bite to eat. Order at Kiosk or phone and they bring to your table. Best part as an American Tourist. They have an ice machine which after a week of room temperature water was great

Good option to eat, the food is good, the quality of the food is good and the taste is very acceptable, the atmosphere is very busy and fast-paced, it is almost self-service, you order at the cashier, you take your cutlery and drinks, The modality is surprising, in fact at the end of dinner my son as a joke said that now to finish washing the dishes :) RECOMMENDED.

Was gonna be 3 stars due to long wait for food but the legend who checked if I needed mayonnaise saved the day.

Probably fine sitting in but we ordered from here and too many things were wrong/missing to even try to enjoy the meal. Spoils the whole meal when you receive half of what you ordered and we’re looking forward to.

Overcooked (dry) and poorly seasoned chicken, Peri peri salted chips not seasoned well too.

Chicken was a bit bland but fries are always good.

We waited forever for food and had to ask why several tables seated after us had received their food and were even finished with their food and ours hadn't come yet. The manager tried to tell us that we'd ordered something "more complicated than typical" and that our order was on the second prep line, or some such like that... We ordered basic wraps with not a single out-of-the-ordinary request. We'd have much preferred that she just tell us truth. Food was ok, but the long wait and the manager's insincerity pretty much spoiled our experience.

First time ever having Nando’s and loved it here!!! Amazing food and service. So friendly and happy staff. Food was delicious and hot and quick. Love the bottomless drinks. Good prices App wasn’t working but that’s not a bad thing - staff would get more tips without the app!!! They work so hard and are so friendly. Would definitely recommend and return!! ❤️

I loved the food here. But this place is a sensory nightmare. If you have sensory issues, I suggest getting take away or bringing ear plugs it's loud! It's worth it for the food, though.

It was a bit busy when I went there but a very kind Indian lady found a table for me and assisted me in ordering. She was very friendly and helpful, she explained the process very well. It can be confusing if this is your first time in Nandos. The food was amazing, too. I had the sunset burger with chips and a Sagres beer.

The butterfly chicken was wonderful, I had it with chips and rice. I can highly recommend Nandos. It's by far one of my favourite restaurants in the UK. This particular restaurant in Victoria is small, and the staff were not as friendly and welcoming, but it is what it is. At least the food was good.

Very nice place. Country style, wooden tables soft background music, kind service and clean toilets. Kids love it. I recommend it.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Busy place, so we figured - good food. Told to order online at the table. Every time we tried to place the order, we were told something was unavailable to order. Wife tried to order a chicken sandwich with no spice-menu says get the one with a "hint of bbq". Way too spicy. I get a split chicken chicken breast, medium. Spice was fine. Issue was the both of our chicken orders were so overcooked and dry, they were among the worst pieces of chicken I've ever had. Our table mates split a full chicken, theirs is juicy and perfectly cooked. £40 for dry chicken. When waiter asked how our meal was, he was told, and he just looked sheepish and said "sorry". Horrible first impression.

The first time visiting this branch, I came in with my daughter and her friend, had a lovely experience. We all ordered the chicken thigh fillets and asked that they were well done, it was done to how we like it, no complaints there, tasty food and served by a friendly man, great customer service, I wish I had got his name to send in a customer review for him. Very 😋 tasty. There are various things with chicken meat and 5 different levels of spiciness. Very friendly and helpful.

We arrived and were immediately seated at a high table. They made sure that we were comfortable at all times. After so many days of typical English food we were grateful to change and eat chicken. The chicken was delicious as well as the starters. The attention from the workers of 10.

They use poor quality packaging for their delivery orders so the bags always break and leak.

It was our first time at Nando's and it was really good. We had the Garlic Churrasco Burger (medium) in garlic bread with corn on the cob and chips, once just the Garlic Churrasco Burger (mild) in garlic bread and once the Grilled Chicken Wrap (mild) with coleslaw and garlic bread. You can order either using the QR code at the table or at the counter. The food was brought to the table within 10 minutes. The food was really tasty and you could always refill the soft drinks. You can also help yourself to the sauces. We paid a total of £52 for the three cokes.

We went for a dinner. We are impressed from all people working there and especially Angel. She welcomed us with a very warm and positive attitude. We were not sure what to order - Angel was kind and patience and recommended great food. It was big pleasure to meet such a wonderful person with great smile and attitude. Thank you Angel for being so professional, kind and positive.

The service was poor- the staff just looked at us like we were aliens for needing their help. They just let kids trash the place and cause a raucous and didn’t have any peri salt but failed to say until the food had arrived.

Ordered 2 chicken wraps ,, took 30 minutes to arrive , the place wasn’t even busy ,,food came,,it says chicken breast wrap , I think it came of a Sparrow ,,hardly any meat inside ,, better off with Macdonalds wrap of the day ,,or across road , perri perri chicken in wraps ,, or spicy chicken take away ,, very dissapointed

Very delicious food and friendly service. I had the boneless chicken thighs, spicy rice and coleslaw, finished off with a warm chocolate pudding. All was very good. Music a bit loud, but all in all a very nice experience.

We were there in the evening for dinner. We got seated in few minutes even though it was pretty busy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Once you are seated, you simply scan qr code put your order online. Easy and fast. I ordered chicken thighs with sides, it was tasty. I recommend you to check the spicemeter though. I couldn’t go past 2 points as a spice lover myself, it can go really hot very quick. You won’t regret it!

The employees were friendly, but the person who seemed to be the boss didn't seem that good. Two women ordered the flat menu and there was too much, and the fried rice and corn on the side were delicious👍

Llevo años yendo a Londres y es una de las mejores opciones para comer, un pollo asado delicioso!!!!!

Íbamos por un plato especial (familiar) que tienen pero llegamos tarde y ya no había. Estos platos son personales y llevan una porción de pollo y 2 complementos, en dónde se ve el plato casi vacío es por qué lo pedimos sin complementos y los platos son grandes. La porción completa de papas está al centro, muy ricas. El pollo es picante y en la carta indica el nivel de picante de cada tipo, el de la foto es al limón, muy bueno y no pica mucho.

Busy Nando's close to Victoria Station. We were ushered to table for two, which was a bit small. Staff were very helpful and the food was the usual good value and quality.

Food was warm and fresh, service was friendly and they helpfully accommodated a larger group of us as walk ins. Always recommend a Nandos!

The place was almost full when visited, once entered we got seated immediately. The staff was very friendly. We received our meals fast, it was perfect, tasty, just how we like it. The only negative is that when I asked for straw the lady told me they run out, which is not acceptable on Friday night.
