Can’t recommend it enough, after the recent refurb the vibes are even better! Love coming to the open mic nights and the Bandeoke. Best pints in Kilburn! And the best team as well 🫶🏽. No wonder I’m a regular here

A visit to reminisce after moving away nearly 50 years ago. Started married life in Loveridge Road and worked in the NatWest that used to be opposite the Tavern. Can’t remember what the tavern was though 50 years ago. Friendly welcoming staff, lots of friendly banter between the team.

Came for the Bodies/Life Drawing group on Tuesday nights. Lovely pub and a warm place to draw. Will return soon!

I decided to go to The North London Tavern because it is dog friendly! I have been to other pubs restaurants with my bestie (Marley the dog) and they give you the side eye? I did NOT FEEL like this at the NORTH LONDON TAVERN. Pet friendly which is the most important to me and to a lot of people. To the food and Drinks! Once I ordered the could remember my drink ever since. Acknowledging and remembering a customer’s drink is a very good thing in hospitality. Anything that I have ordered to eat was amazing. Also I asked if they could change something in a dish and they were welcome to do it for me. E.x. BBQ sauce for a Nashville sauce that in the end it actually smashed the did and I enjoyed it to the most! ( for spicy lovers only) Thank you North London Tavern! Alex.

Love this pub which I’m proud to call my local. Shout out to Danny and all the staff (too many to mention). Chris also wants me to send his positive feedback but using any app seems to beyond his capability.

Wow best place ever, such a divine atmosphere I’ve never felt more at ease and better fed. Yum yum I love TNLT!! Highlight of my week every Monday, however the excessive use of watermelon scares me, that’s fine tho, just cause it’s you guys. Xoxoxoox

Great local spot for casual drinks or a delicious meal. The staff here are always friendly and accommodating, nothing is ever too much trouble. Mixed crowd and a welcoming atmosphere amongst the chaos of Kilburn High Road. Live music and regular quiz nights every week. This pub is a (not so) hidden gem. Pop in for a pint when you get the chance!

We've hired the room upstairs at the North London Tavern on a few occasions now, from 1st to 30th birthday parties and Christmas Dinner celebrations with friends. Dan and the team offer a fantastic service (and food!) and are always accommodating to various needs. Would highly recommend hiring this the room for events.

Had the £11 lunch meal, grilled toastie with a watermelon salad, was delicious! Sorted my right out, nice place to visit definitely recommend to anyone, staff are sound as :)

Firstly the customer service was extremely excellent. From the young lady behind the bar and the Landlord to the two door staff. I don’t know how they do it but there so observant but yet could hold a conversation with such respect. I just came by for a drink and never expected to have had such a good night. The atmosphere was great, and i will be back every Wednesday. Highly recommended.

Great service! We had to wait for food but they kindly provided some snacks for us whilst we waited, which was very much appreciated!

I’ve had two functions at the The North London Tavern in the past 6 months and have had the best experience. Thank you to Danny and his team who have done the up most to accommodate each private function I’ve had. They went above and beyond and was warm and welcoming to myself and all my guests. Will definitely be using the north London tavern in the future.

It was our first time here from America and I can say that this tavern has been the most inviting place we have been to in the UK! Thanks to Ollie we were assured everything we asked for and he provided a type of spirit that only makes you want to come back again and again! If you are seeing this Ollie, thank you for the excellent service!

Super friendly staff, love NFL Sundays and stand up Thursdays. Food was very good but not great.

Very good fish and chips and Mac and cheese. Furthermore, I would also like to highlight the service provided by Ollie, who was very kind, quick and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Lovely pub! I think the open mic night is good but it really lacks a band dynamic considering it is only acoustic. I think it really needs a full band setup and opportunity for local music students to actually perform where they can't at the moment. If you had a band to open up and had it setup in the back of the venue it would be massively better. Great beers and fun bar.

Really cool pub but the open mic on wednesday should definitely be in the back room because it is way too cramped and hot in the front room.

Great place for drinks and live music. The open mic on Wednesday is great but could be way better if there was access to a drum kit and guitar amps etc… As an ICMP student it would be an amazing opportunity to jam with new people and play new songs with other bands. The back room would be a perfect spot for it due to the space and acoustics!

We booked a table 7 weeks ago, for Sat 5th October to celebrate our late fathers birthday and 1 year anniversary since his passing. We picked here based on the menu and were looking forward to an evening celebrating. However on arrival we saw there was a reduced menu in operation including no option for kids food. (We were with 2 kids, one of which is 2 years old). So as you can imagine we were disappointed. I would have expected those who have made a reservation to of been contacted and told ahead of arrival the menu was now reduced so they can make alrernative plans if necessary. This was not the case. However as it was last minute and we would not find availability for a large group at short notice we decided to stay. Due to the fact we had 2 kids, we asked if something could be done as we did not feel it was fair to pay adult prices for kids who would not be able to finish their meals. The young man who served us told us there was nothing he could do. (He told us he was the manager). We requested that giving the circumstances and inconvenience caused that more could be done. However there was no attempt at customer satisfaction or any empathy towards the situation. He offered 10% off the bill, which he had given to a customer before us and told us he gave him 10% as he is a regular, therefor we thought there is surely more you could do for us considering you offer 10% on a whim. He then told us if we don’t like it we can go elsewhere, which we did take up the offer and went home! We had our evening / anniversary ruined and tainted by this experience. Even the way he spoke to us from the beginning was disappointing! No apologies at all. Yet he spoke to us like we inconvenienced him! This really ruined our 1st encounter at this establishment and not to mention what we were trying to celebrate as a family!

Good afternoon hang/work spot. Space, plugs, outside for a nice day. Level head on draft and solid sav Blanc. Nicer than your avg pub but not stuffy/uppity by any stretch. Very friendly staff.

George was a superb barman as per usual, wonderful men like him behind the bar is what makes this bar so appealing! Recommend highly!

North London Tavern is a lovely spot to head for a Sunday pint and roast. The vibes were great and Danny was super friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend to everyone!

🚇 Kilburn 🍺 £5.10 Amstel ❤️ The quintessential London pub on busy Kilburn High Road. . The NLT is only a couple of minutes walk from either Kilburn Tube or Brondesbury Overground. This is a Victorian built pub which stands proud as punch on its corner plot. The architecture is elegant but simple with nothing overstated. . Since my last visit there has been a refurb which has really enhanced the look and feel of this place. At the rear of the pub there is a good size dining area with exposed brickwork work, chandeliers and a large chalkboard listing what culinary delights are available. At the centre of the pub there is beautiful ornate bar and at the front of the pub you’ll find comfy seating, copper tables all flooded with light from the pubs huge windows. . I visited around 2pm on a Saturday afternoon and received a warm welcome from Emma who was on duty behind the bar. I ordered an Amstel and found a perch opposite the bar to take stock of my surroundings. The atmosphere was relaxed with a feel good vibe, this large boozer had a few punters in who were spread around all parts of the pub. . There is a lot on offer here, be it over the bar, from the kitchen and also to entertain you. The beer choice is very good whether you have a craft or cask persuasion. The food was popular as the dining area was the busiest part of the pub that afternoon and the entertainment ranges from quiz nights, live music to open mic nights. . I managed to have a chat with Deane the assistant manager who was such a nice fella, he was telling about how business was picking up and the popularity of the Sunday night quiz, he is a real asset to this pub. . There were so many positives to take away from The NLT. The service and staff here are top notch, they do the pub and the hospitality industry proud. The environment is comfortable and welcoming whether you’re having a beer or doing lunch. My evening at the North London Tavern was perfectly perfunctory thanks to George and his exemplary service! Only he could have pulled off such a masterclass in china plate delivery, he really gets after it, he’s got quite the work ethic reminiscent of a dog, or perhaps a large otter. Loved it, smashed it, 5 stars.

George and Hugo were truly sublime as servers for us this eve. My dearest companion cut her forefinger and Hugo and George rushed to rescue, Truely heroic, almost like something out of a fairytale. Truly beautiful on the inside and out, and I’m not just talking about the staff; but I am.

Hi we came for something to eat on 21/08/24 the food was nice but the steak and Aie pie was very very dry and not enough Steak in the pie. Maybe a talk to the supplier may help. The bar man George is very nice and helpful he's a credit to your bar .

Don’t order via App. Had to wait 30 minutes for drinks and ask at the bar for them when it wasn’t even that busy. Bartender prioritized customers ordering at the bar first and didn’t even apologized for the wait.

Beers good. Atmosphere great. But my word, the saucy young gentleman behind the bar made my afternoon. A mix of a young Johnny Depp and old David Bradley. Silver service from silver tongued devil. I. Will. Be. Back.
