Very cosy despite the cold weather, and great service from Dinesh

It is one of the most recommended places to visit in London. We were seated instantly without waiting. The servers were very helpful and polite, but the food was lower than expected. The pizza wasn’t cut properly, and the cheese was so little on the pizza. The fried chicken tasted like fish (probably fried with the same oil) , but it was crispy. Nonetheless, I highly recommend the meat balls. They were juicy and very delicious. I also liked their fries (wedges). They’re really tasty.

All was so good, the attention and service so well.

I loved it. Had dinner here twice, recently (2024, a couple of times, again Jan 2025.) excellent Italian food; v competent, welcoming international staff.

We had a wonderful lunch at Theo’s On The Terrace. Between the friendly and knowledge service by Harry and Giuliana, excellent food and terrace heaters, we left feeling cheerful, warm and ready to see the beauty of London. Harry and Giuliana offered us local tips about British customs and London sites. We really appreciated their generous guidance!

What an amazing place with such a vibrant atmosphere! Vipul and a wonderful young lady from the staff were exceptionally polite, respectful, and incredibly helpful. They even offered us warm blankets to keep cozy during the cold winter while we enjoyed our meal. We had an absolutely delightful time and truly loved our visit!

Theo’s on the terrace? It’s Theo’s on the pavement next to a giant roundabout. Devoid of atmosphere, service and warmth. The service is below average, with the food just better than average. The only thing colder than the ‘terrace’ was my red wine, ordinarily only colder in Spain. Theo has really sold his soul for some pavement dining. Please do not bother. The only positive was Harry. He’s trying to punch smoke while surrounded by average staff.

After visiting Winter Wonderland, we enjoyed a delightful meal. The staff provided a warm welcome, and Harry, our server, was exceptionally polite and courteous. The food was of satisfactory quality, although we were slightly disappointed with the portion sizes for children, particularly the limited two slices of pizza. Overall, it was a positive experience.

I got served by Harry, in the Christmas day Dec, 2024. He is super respectful, kind and professional. I loved the atmosphere and vibes of the place.

We had an excellent lunch at Theo’s on the Terrace. Guiliana and Harry provided warm, friendly, and attentive service. We thoroughly enjoyed chatting with them and felt welcomed and well taken care of. The food was excellent as well, and we felt relaxed in the cozy atmosphere.

Cozy place with the most winter atmosphere. Harry was our server, very professional and sweet. Looked after us, even recommended some of the dishes which was very delicious.

I was drinking tea, and the weather was warm enough that I didn’t need the heating that had been turned on. I asked the staff to turn it off because I was feeling hot, and they did. However, another employee didn’t like this because the heating was keeping the table next to me warm. Even though they were fine with the temperature and didn’t want the heating on, his response felt unprofessional and discriminatory. He asked them if they felt cold, he would turn it on for them. What about my opinion? It seemed like it didn’t matter at all, perhaps because I am Arab. I wouldn’t recommend this place to other Arabs due to the discriminatory behavior of that employee.

Phenomenal Italian cuisine, the food was glorious! And quite a variation. Went there for lunch with my mum! The server Francesco recommended the best array of dishes and was the loveliest and friendliest. Would visit that place again!

Colourful place, the service was ok but the food was such a disappointment! The aubergine was not tasty and the octopus salad was non existent on a plate. It was more like a sprinkling than a salad! Won't return.

A very nice Italian restaurant. The terrace is beautifully decorated. The food is very tasty, and the products are fresh! We ordered pasta with seafood and breaded chicken! The portions are large. Francisco served amazingly and sweetly. It's nice to talk to him! We recommend this restaurant.

We came here for a birthday lunch and had a wonderful time, service, food and cocktails were fantastic! Dinesh and Niya were most welcoming and attentive and a complimentary glass of champagne was a lovely unexpected treat! We will be back!

Loved this place! Excellent meal delivered by excellent staff in great surrounding. Since the moment we entered the terrace we felt extremely welcomed even though we arrived a little late. Together with my friends we shared couple of positions from the menu followed by some cocktails and we really did enjoy it all. Fran, our server, was funny, efficient and he made us want to come back which we definitely will!

Excellent experience, Franscisco was fabulous taking us through the brand new menu , we had the most delicious Tagliata and Tiramisu. The ambiance was perfect, the manager was welcoming and explaining to us that the restaurant terrace is just opened. We loved the place and will surely return

This place is an absolute rip off! I understand that it is in Mayfair but it is definitely not good value for money. For this range of prices you would have expected much more as it was too basic and not well presented.

Amazing place! Very warm welcoming. The atmosphere is superb outside and inside.. the waiters are so kind, discreet but efficient! We had a glass of champagne and the fondue for 55£ for 2.. unbeatable!!! Absolutely delicious and delightful.. highly recommended

There are 3 of us, we order two fondues, and they charge me for 4. Never again.
