Extremely unprofessional staff! Tall, bold older waiter served our bill and said -SPLIT ? We looked at him shocked, I asked that’s strange - do you get this often? He responded with attitude - of course, it’s 2025 women pay the bills, it’s equality! Excuse me ? How rude! It’s a Yes or No question, you don’t get to push your hatered towards women on clients! We will never go back there!

Absolutely awful staff work here. Cooks and waitress is genuinely a pain in the backside. Rude and unbothered. No customer service skills and clearly need better training from management. Would not recommend this branch, sickening people.

The view is great but the foods are not nice every time. I have been there twice, however the second time I came, the pastas are so salty. I have asked to change the dishes and they changed it for me! Staffs are really helpful, I really appreciate that!

Deserrt was the best. We loved it. We had rice tart was excellent dish. But pizza veg one was average. may be the pizza base ओऊळङ have been bit thicker.

Very nice place, quick and pleasant service. They had a very nice thing I personally experienced for the first time which were heaters under the table that made the seating cozier and comfier in this cold weather We started with Tomato soup and Focaccia bread which was great. Then we had the Bresaula Della Valtellina as a salad and the Gran Degustazioni Di Mozarelle that were also great choices specially the cheese was superb. For main dishes we had Bufala Dop Pizza, the Fresh Tortelloni pasta, Lasagna and Schiaffoni pasta I loved the Pizza so much however, Honestly the pastas were good but not wow.

Food was a bit tasteless, small portions, and they had the nerve to serve prosciutto without any bread and then charge for the bread.

This is such a beautiful location of Obicà! Drinks are great, it’s a gorgeous setting, and of course the burrata is incredible as always. I’ll be back soon!

We booked this restaurant to treat our friends from abroad hoping for a special evening as it was our only night eating out. The waiting staff were excellent, very friendly, professional and attentive. Unfortunately my son’s carbonara was very dry, undercooked (not al dente) and overpowered by burnt bacon. My son wet to inform the manager who then patted him on his shoulder saying ‘but you had half of it’. This indeed was the case. Stupidly all of us at the table sampled the pasta to verfy the taste. Our intention was not to have the pasta taken off the bill, the intention was to give feedback to the management and order another dish for my son who had participated in a physically demanding activity all day and needed a proper meal. We were not given the opportunity to explain this to the manager. He was dismissive and ignoring eye contact while clearing the plates and simply walked away. There was no conversation. We were made to feel as if we were trying it on and wanted a freebie. It seemed like he was angry with us and we decided there was no point ordering anything else and finished the evening. One of the very kind staff members brought the bill. I asked the waiter if there was any feedback to what we said about the carbonara but there was not. He went to speak to the manager and as he returned he passed on the message that there were ‘four other carbonaras cooked at the same time and nobody else complained”. The wonderful waiter offered to take the service off the bill to which we did not agree as the service from the waiting staff was flawless. The waiter profusely apologised for our experience, the manager was still keeping himself busy at the empty bar and never even looked in our direction. We apologised to the staff for involving them in the situation which should have been handled by the manager, really felt sorry for them. We left the premises quite stressed and disappointed. Our friends have left now and we do not have another evening to dine out

Good food if you visit off peak, during lunchtime I got a pizza that half the cheese was not even melted. The staff is great but the manager there is trying so hard to upsell she actually charges items that you didn't even order or charges for swaps without informing. Overall it was loud during lunchtime and I felt cheated.

Best Italian dinner in Canary Wharf, the staff is super welcoming and the foooood is so good. For all fans of Italian cuisine definitelyyy an address to tryy, coming back for sure, i already miss the tiramisu taste

I had the lunch menu. smoked burata as a starter. Could have done with more garnish or cherry tomatoes as it's quite salty and needed something sweet to dilute from the salt. Adding olives made it even saltier! My mains was aubergine parmigiana. The aubergine was under cooked which made the sauce watery and the texture spongy. Sad! I thought I'd chosen a safe dish!

Obicà was a date night like no other 🥹♥️ it was romantic, had amazing food, and the ambiance was perfect even on a Monday night! If you want authentic Italian food you must come here!! We had the mozzarella di búfala which was amazing! Highly recommend for a date night spot! Service was amazing too! 11/10

La mozzarella es realmente la estrella aquí, desde la ultra cremosa di bufala hasta combinaciones inventivas en las pizzas y ensaladas. El ambiente era relajado y elegante, y mientras estaba un poco ocupado, el equipo era amable. Si te gusta la mozzarella (o simplemente la gran comida italiana), Obica es una joya tanto para la calidad como para la experiencia.

The food here (pizza) was excellent. My only real feedback here is that there was a bit of a longer than usual wait between my starter and main (that pizza). I would definitely go back though.

I recently visited Obicà Mozzarella Bar in Canary Wharf, and I have to say, it was such a great experience. The vibe was casual but stylish, and it felt like the perfect spot to unwind with some good food. I started with the focaccia bread, which was perfectly seasoned with mozzarella balls. For the main, I went with a Margherita pizza, and it did not disappoint. Overall, everything was spot-on, from the food to the atmosphere. If you're in Canary Wharf and craving something tasty and authentic, I’d highly recommend Obicà. I'll definitely be going back!

The mozzarella is a scam, 8£ for 1 ball is ridiculous. BUT The rest of the food is really good and reasonably priced

Great tasting authentic Italian cuisine and some of the best Expresso Martini’s I’ve had in London! The restaurant staff were also extremely friendly and attentive, I’d definitely recommend Obica for those looking for a quality Italian restaurant. Location in Canary Wharf is a plus also.

Yummy pizzas. I go there since 2015, so nice to see the same manager taking care of you. In the meantime i even moved abroad and visiting when i go back to London My go to place for a dinner by myself- treated with care while enjoying my favourite pizza and wine… Hopefully this place survives as pong as i like to go back.

Back at this restaurant for a business dinner after attending a conference. Great to see familiar staff, eat reliably fresh and delicious food, and have great service. Be sure to try the new Prosciutto Cotto pizza and a pint of their own OBICÀ CAPO beer.

The lunch special menu is a bargain. The quality of the cheese is excellent. Everyone loved everything they ate. Our server was top notch. The only negative was the noise.

I have been everywhere and this is by far without exception, probably the worst coffee bar in London. The service is exceptionally slow, iceberg slow. It's not as though I've been once or twice, I've given it a chance due to proximity. The drinks are really bad, and the price is twice that of Starbucks downstairs, which has good coffee and drinks, good snacks, decent service and better prices. And that's just a typical Stsrbucks. The other thing I'd thebportions are tiny, for example, a normal coffee plastic mug here is smaller than the size of a small at Starbucks but more expensive than a large, and the drink will taste off and you'll wait 5-10 minutes for it assuming no one else is being served and the place is empty.

Service was very good, but the food a little cold and nothing special for the price you pay. I noticed that the food was often left under the heat lights waiting to be served. My cod was just warm and nothing special. My colleague only ate half and she explained later that she had the same experience. My other colleague had the truffle pasta and said it was very good. Ive been here twice now and both times the food / pasta has been tepid.

Lovely European outdoorsy decor. Lasagne didn't feel homemade, wasn't very crispy not cheesy. Tomato bruschetta was really nice. Good location.

I ordered the Tagliolini which was almost 20 pounds and it was comically bad and tasteless.

Fabulous food and wine and excellent service, with a smile. Quite noisy due to the location but we liked the al fresco feel while being indoors. Particularly enjoyed the taste of Italian lemons in the fresh tortelloni, very good vitello tonnato and the lightness of the tiramisu.

I really enjoyed my drink and food at Obica the ambience was very nice and the staff were quite friendly. Had a fun encounter wid a female bartender she impressed me by making my favourite drink the perfect way. Though I thought she was a little too young to work at the bar but her knowledge about the drinks and her speed proved me wrong.

I had a highly disappointing experience on Monday morning. The staff member (canary wharf branch) was incredibly rude, openly complaining about her job and how clients were bothering her. Her attitude completely ruined my morning. All I wanted was a simple coffee to start my week, but instead, I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. Considering we are regular customers and love the food (living locally) this is just so sad

Went for lunch, was a bit over priced but still enjoyed the sit down meal. Spent just under £40 per person, with no alcohol, just a soft drink. Ordered cacio e pepe, wasn’t traditional (as it had red chillis on, rather than the typical pepper taste). They have a mozzarella bar, so we tried some and that was tasty. The service was good, no complaints.

I was really looking forward to eating a pizza as I’ve heard brilliant reviews about Obicà. Unfortunately I was met with a mannerless chef called Luigi, whom communicated in an aggressive manner, not only to his colleagues but of his handling of the food. From the bar where I was seated directly across from the kitchen, I watched him mishandle the food, kick the machine, swear at his colleagues and more. His general demeanour, attitude and handling was very poor, I even lost appetite for a much wanted meal I had been craving for. How disappointing

Called here for an impromptu pizza. Menu was a little hard to understand. The pizza was average considering the price point.

Have eaten here a few times. Always nice; on this visit carbonara somewhat oversalted, but I forgive them for this. I am however a heavy smoker, so a normal person would've had to complain or not eat it..

From a party of 9 we had mixed views about the food. Some said it was good others thought it was ordinary. Overall not good value for money.

It's alright and that's it. Nothing mind-blowing, and way overpriced for what it is. To be honest, on the next day I barely remembered what food we had and that's not because we drank a lot - difficult to do so when a 0.33L beer is £8+.

Friendly staff, they accommodate all of our request. Food was very very good especially the figliata that we share as starter. Wow. Will definitely recommend it.

The menu had little choice. My husband ordered the carbonara. It was served with pasta tubes and had a few bits of pancetta and very thin sauce. The Soave wine which was the most expensive was not particularly good.

AVOID - £8 / pint and they add on an 18% (I think) service charge without telling you. Even if you have to go up to the bar to order the drinks they forgot to serve you. Staff also leave the payment machine open on 'add optional tip' without making the non-optional tip clear. Disingenuous and disgraceful. Plus over £18 for 2 pints.

Excellent food and service. Carbonara was the best we have ever tasted , as frequent visitors to Rome that is something special.

Good pizza :) I tried the pumpkin and black truffle one. Good service.. friendly staff. I don't like the fact that the restaurant is a bit open... tables (for two) a bit too small. The dessert "almond cake with ice cream" is also delicious. For two people around £70, pizzas/drinks/dessert and coffee.

Everything is good, good flavors...good atmosphere...although it is in a hall...it is not noticeable...and it seems that you are in the environment of a traditional restaurant. The dessert and the carbonara of 10...to repeat... And with good prices...

However the plate's size can be bigger considering the prices.

Charging for normal water. Really? Food was normal and tasty. But isnt that expected anyways. Over prized. Value for money was definitely missing.

Average food quality. We were a party of 8 and everyone pretty much left the meal unimpressed. I had the prosciutto pizza and papperdelle pasta. Both were ok, nothing that flavorful. Staff were excellent however and made up for the average food!

Visited Obica for a meal by myself while travelling for work on a weekday evening. The food itself is really nice. You can taste the quality in the ingredients used. Portion sizes represented good value for money. The only negative is that the venue is located inside a glass atrium with a public walkway so it's not the warmest or quietest location. There were only 2 staff waiting tables so they were a little swamped but friendly so really just a staffing issue that night rather than any issue with the staff.

Pizza is good, nothing to write home about though.

Tempting menu with many taste options. The special turkey dish was superb with large slices of real turkey (not lunch meat) and nice gravy and the pizza was super thin and the cheese delicious. Excellent service and prices were reasonable. We would have eaten there often if we had found it in time. It was much better than more expensive restaurants.

So, I'm back. I work in CW and have been here on and off for a number of years. I really like it. The surroundings are pleasant, the pizza's are good (I always have pizza) and the service is efficient. If you're looking for a quick Italian lunch with good ingredients, this is a great option.
