Amazing night at Olivia’s, amazing fast service and Holly who looked after us all night was great! We had bottomless brunch and never had an empty glass! Definitely worth the money, we will be going back 100%. Would definitely recommend if you want to get steaming!!!

We went for the bottomless brunch. Lou is an amazing server. So attentive and always bringing more drinks. Very quick service. Honestly Lou was one of the best servers I’ve ever had she deserves the world x

Avoid at all costs!!! We were a party of 7 on Saturday the 14th to celebrate a birthday. We opted for the £40 package . on arrival we was taken to the table and just left, we had to ask for drink , we wasn’t given no menu for at least an hour. 4 of us out of the 7 asked if it was possible to get some more drinks , because by this time we had only had 2 and over an hour had passed but we kept getting told the same , they was getting made ! We wasn’t given the name of the server, so we had to ask different members of staff , who may I add was rude. I did go and speak to someone at the bar who did apologies, however, she did say she wasn’t able to extend our table due to the next booking and would try to get us a drink sent out , this girl who came with the drinks was not very happy to be doing this and slammed them down at us. I can’t believe this cost us £280 pound , the food was horrific , the service was appalling, not once did anyone ask if everything was ok! And 3 drinks in 2 hours. I have attended a number a different bottomless brunch and I have never known anything like this one! I have emailed but I am still yet waiting to hear back from them, for the refund I was told to apply for as it could not be down while I was there. We are now on Wednesday and no one has contacted me regarding this!

Absoloutley disgusting for a bottomless brunch, came as a party of 7 paying 40 pound each on arrival food didn't get to us till about an hour and half and we only had 2 drinks in an hour and we had to pester them for more , I felt as if we were an inconvenience for them. We emailed the team for a refund as our table time couldn't be extended. And low and behold no answer from them. All 7 of us will leave a review if the matter is not resolved.

The later it got the better it got!!!

Our server levi was so lovely, made the most beautiful cocktail and was greated with such a warm and kind welcomeness, 10 stars all the way!

Levi was amazing, obviously knows his job inside out, treated like princesses, thank you!!

Visited on Saturday for bottomless brunch. Meal was awful , sent first drink back then received 1 more drink in the space of 2 hours which should have been unlimited. ?? Complained at the time but there didn't seem to be anyone with the authority to give us a refund. On my experience I would NOT recommend this venue to anyone. I turned out to be a very expensive afternoon £40 for 1 drink.

This is the worst brunch I have ever had the food is horrendous two mini burger and no up grate to have chips/wedges if you won’t something else it was another £7.50 we had some ordered some halloumi and hot 4 little strip discussed.we payed for the £40 brunch which said sprits ? But later found out could only have house sprits (which is not stated) we complained straight away as after 45 mins had only had 1 drink , in the 90 mins we had 13 drinks for 6 people . They did bring us a couple more after we complained and give us £5 back but that’s it ? I wouldn’t tecorhis place to anyone the drinks are terrible and the good even worst .

Great night. Food was delicious. Can’t remember our servers name (it was a boozy brunch 🥴) but she was amazing. Super friendly and sociable without being overbearing. Very patient (we can be quite awkward lol). No request too much. Would definitely recommend 👍🏽

Paid £35 for bottomless brunch ended up with 3 drinks per person in our time slot (1 hour 45 min). TERRIBLE service really ruined our night, not enjoyable we felt as if we were an inconvenience. Our server Erica was rude, “I don’t really know what to say to that” is what we got told when we asked where our drinks were. Would not recommend, save your money. Not to mention the fact it took 45 minutes to receive our first drink.

Me and my friends paid £35 each for this bottomless and to be honest I have NEVER been more appalled in my life, honestly would want my money back, in an hour and 45 minutes slot we had a total of 3 drinks each while everyone around us we being prioritised, this was my friends 19th birthday and our server Erica was flat out rude, ignored us, rolled her eyes at me and just didn’t come to the table when we tried to order another drink. They lost our ticket behind the bar and took 45 minutes to receive our first drink but even with that the other 2 drinks we received we have to wait at least 30 minutes for and we’re warm. Save your money and avoid at all cost.

Amazing bottomless brunch at Olivia’s today. Our server was Ella and she was fab. Kept our drinks topped up constantly. Can’t wait to come back!

Awful service, waited over 30 mins for a drink after watching them serve multiple people infront of me who hadn’t been waiting as long, when I asked I was told if I didn’t like it then to leave. Watched 4 other people complain, bugs in people’s drinks, lipstick on glasses. Wouldn’t mind but I hadn’t had anything to drink either and they spoke to me like some drunken girl who was being impatient. Dreadful, won’t be back. Urge others to head somewhere else for the price of the drinks
