Pablo's Pizza & Grill in Middlesbrough

Munch box, with hot shot Parmo large size, donner meat chips and salad, with a tub of garlic really nice best Parmo lovely chicken had in ages 👍🏻👍🏻

Staff were very rude and food was cooled wouldn’t recommend this place

had a couple of issues but all sorted in the end good food as usual...

Toppings and cheese came to one side tilted to one side. Worst service

I didn't get my milkshake that I paid for tried calling them and they blocked my number

10 out of 10 will be ordering again quality food

Rang them after 2 hours to ask where our order was, we were told there had been a mix up and our food was delivered to someone else already??! Then had to wait for them to remake our food and have it delivered so it was 00:20 by the time it arrived. Asked for some money back via Just eats option for this and was told no because the weather was the reason for the delay!? Really disappointed as this is usually our go to place

Delivery stated 30 mins. Hour later still waiting no answer when calling store and. O update via just eat

Didn’t turn up.. phone turned off after waiting 2 hours +.. very very poor and now having to go through the hassle of receiving refunds for a big order. AVOID

Honestly, this makes me sad. The pizza base is not fresh. It must have been sitting for a long time. The pizza is not crispy at all. And the flour tastes bad.

Delivery driver was so ignorant, attitude was a understatement, slammed my gate when I asked politely to close it, same driver has also short changed me several times so had to ring up shop and complain about him other then that food is always nice from here pitty about the driver

Delivered to the wrong address i only got it because i have decent neighbours. Food was lovley ive ordered from here a few times just really not happy it was delivered to the wrong place.

Wow the mixed kebab for 2-3 people was unreal

I like you're food Pablo's but when you bring it without garlic or chilli dips it's a let down. had to eat it dry. also will be hesitent to order in future. I guarnetee 100% of people that order food will need garlic or chilli sauce with there food. so think about that. especially when they actually order the dips. 👍

Delivery turned up over an hour late, when it did they had forgot the garlic and drinks, by the time they come my food was cold. Absolute shambles of a delivery, it’s a shame because I really liked the place but it’s seems to have gone seriously downhill, last few orders have been awful and won’t be going back anymore

Absolute joke food is stone cold asked for update because it was so late and they updated delivery time, driver parked down the road and rang me for location , do they not have sat nav’s now!

Usually our go to takeaway but really disappointed tonight. Parmo was squeaky and chewy not nice at all and pizza was stone cold on arrival.

Usually a faultless order, turned up 25 minutes later than expected, driver sat outside for 5 minutes, eventually brought the food to the door. Food barely warm, pizza was that cold cheese had gone hard. Very disappointed tonight.

Ordered 2 munchboxes solid 8.5 out of 10 . Parmo class , fresh salad , chicken tikka good , donner on spicy side half decent , chips good enough . Decent chilli sauce not to bad on the spice gauge . Garlic sauce lush . Good job all round .

2 hour wait for order, no chilli with my kebab, no salad with kebab, received salad on munchbox when we asked for no salad. Not impressed.

Food came but was the complete wrong order they sent the right food after another hour and the second delivery drivers were very rude at my front door 10pm at night, one got back in the car and the slammed the door behind him like it was my fault the wrong food was sent. Normally order from here all the time but tonight on a quiet Monday has let you down. Will reconsidering ordering next time.

the food was cold when I ordered and the driver broke my wing mirror on my car and was really moody if need proof I can show you a video of him bargin past it and it then breaking off I'm very angry

Took almost 4 hours to be delivered,was lied to 4 times by the owner saying it had been sent out for delivery,to then find out it hadn't even been made yet , disgusting customer service,lying to people making excuses up for hours, delivery driver was extremely rude aswell ,slammed the food in my hand and walked off as I was trying to talk to him ,DONT GO HERE IF YOU'RE WANTING YOUR FOOD DELIVERED WITHIN THE SAME DAY .

My order was not delivered so I need a refund. I called 25 times only once getting connected and was told it was on its way. it never arrived. A terrible service and poor customer care.

Excellent service. We order from this take away a lot as the food is fresh and tasty. We had the food delivered one pizza was missing rang them up and sorted straight away with no issues. Left a note when ordered to change something slightly and was delivered as I asked. Highly recommended, keep it up 👍👍👍👍👍👍

lovely food as usual. but they sent two portions of chips and cheese instead of one portion of chips, cheese and garlic.

Driver was very honest came back after I gave him to much and the foot was nice

Food hasn’t arrived, rang the shop and they said they would ring back as soon as they’ve rang the driver it’s been 30 mins since that call and still no call back and waited 2 and half hours

Deliver guy didn’t know where he was going I rang him and tried to get directions to him but was not listening to what I was saying and he drove passed my house twice. Food had to be heated up when I finally got it and he never apologised

The food was niceand generally enjoyed! However, the delivery driver was very pathetic! He called me to say he was outside my door - he wasn't! I casket him back to learn he was round the corner!!! Ended up walking half way down the street to collect my food!!! When I challenged the driver, he again said he had been to my door - I STATED in the notes that THE DOORBELL WORKS!!! No sound of the DOORBELL!! And, even if he had knocked at the door MY DOG WOULD HAVE BARKED! It did not happen!

I don't know what was going on with your phone yesterday, but it wasn't working. So had to order on here. There was no source with our order and as your phone didn't work so I couldn't call. So our food was dry and not the best.
