So the food is amazing and hot when delivered but the customer service is rude and discussing So we order food for delivery we payed cash and all was good until over 18 hours later there calling my bf saying that the bank will not accept one of the £20 we payed with because of a small rip in it he said he had been to the bamk and they told him this we ordersd Saturday nigt the bank is not open on a sunday so thats a lie.my bf explained that the banks will take it as ge works in retailand they take ripped note in far worse conditions. Fast forward to now we had the same delivery mack nock on are door waving it at my bf and expecting him to change the note this is not only rude but a loss of customer because this is not how you treat people.
