Amazing service Amazing food Amazing views So much food for 2 people really glad we went ! Would recommend it to everyone, absolutely fantastic experience. Booking is essential.

Really good venue for a special occasion. Fantastic views, especially around sunset. Expensive however worth it for the experience. Waiter seemed relatively blunt but still provided good service. Happy Birthday plate was a nice touch too. Will be back.

A really nice restaurant with high quality food and fantastic service. Unfortunately when we visited the view was none existent due to the fog but the overall experience was still very enjoyable and the staff are all super friendly and helpful.

Cost just under £300. Family celebration meal. 3 out of 4 meals good but not outstanding for the money. Roast turkey dish terrible, potatoes huge and hard right through, undercooked, meat dry, veg portion miserable. Manager told us the potatoes just had a crust and no apology or suitable compensation e.g. complimentary dessert etc offered. Following day 2 of us developed sickness. Staff pleasant and professional. Toilets grubby and need updating. Would we go again? Not for food, don't trust the standard but perhaps for cocktails. Cityscape and river view sensational, that's why this restaurant gets away with it!

The visit was pleasant mainly because of the view, however food was disappointing for the price. The roast turkey had undercooked potatoes - it is not difficult to do roast potatoes, so quite disappointed. Also no sides included in the already pricey meals. On a separate note, two of our party developed norovirus around 1 day after visiting. Not sure if it came from the food, but the restaurant was a candidate.

Lovely food. Fresh, well presented and tasty but customer service was disappointing on our visit. When giving in our name for our reservation the member of staff cut across and spoke over me very rudely and directed us to the lift abruptly. Once seated upstairs our waitress was unfriendly and napkins were virtually thrown at us/cutlery was laid out noisily and clumsily. A shame really...

Alex was a fantastic waiter tonight, he made our night amazing and so special Thank you so much Me, my mum and our friend had a beautiful 3course meal, the food was just wow out of this world. I couldn’t drink as I was pregnant but there are plenty of non alcoholic cocktails to enjoy. Thank you for a fantastic evening.

It was Ok but not great - sandwich fillings were not the best quality and should be given that you get one finger sandwich of each filling - prawn cocktail one especially cheap tasting The cakes were nice but again not great Views amazing staff lovely

We enjoyed a luxury afternoon tea prior to going to an event later in Liverpool. The staff were well presented, professional and it was a lovely venue after you stepped out of the lift and it was all happening! The views over the city and river Mersey are amazing and the food was very tasty with a good section of quality sandwiches, cakes and pastries with a few glasses of spritz included. Very good value indeed and we’ll definitely be going there again for lunch or dinner,

Fabulous place with spectacular views over Liverpool . Our maitre d’ , Alex a lovely scouser,was fabulous throughout our tasting menu. Described each course and matching wine to perfection. He also told us to watch when the fog came down and we would still be able to see the Liver Birds on top of the Liver building . Awesome!! From entering the building on the ground floor to the amazing restaurant on the top floor all the staff were wonderful. Would highly recommend this experience. Beautiful restaurant. Very classy…..but also very comfortable. We will definitely be back on our next visit from Scotland. Well done guys !!

This place is a total waste of money, the food was horrible , unnecessarily over priced. Whoever their chef is or their kitchen as it were should get an overhaul. Ended up being a total waste of money and experience. Not so sure if the 4 star reviews thus far are genuine.

Had a lovely time at Panoramic 34 for our anniversary. The views of the city are stunning from the 34th floor of the tallest building in the city. Along with the exceptional fine dining and attentive service staff, this really was a stand out experience. We had drinks I'm the cocktail lounge after dinner and enjoyed the views from the other side of the city. Would highly recommend for a special occasion.

The worst fine dining I've ever tasted. Food was cold, very bland. It was that bad we left before we got half way through the courses.

The place for a romantic moment for two is something to do and see. The view of the entire city is extraordinary and the food is delicious.

Really dissapointed with the staff. I was there for lunch and I paid cash and left the money inside to the book. When I ledt the manager called me and spoke with a rude tone of voice to say that I havent paid and she ordered me to pay through the card. Suddenly I worried because I paid the bill also I left £20 tips. They didnt checked that really I paid and the money were inside and was a mistake but cannot speak with the customer in this way. Really really dissapointed and I am not going there anymore..

We visited Panoramic 34 as a group of 9 for a luxury afternoon tea experience but were sadly disappointed. I think panoramic is best suited to groups of 2-4 guests and I wish we had been told this at the point of booking. Our group was seated in a darkish corner, away from the beautiful views on offer, whereas small groups were seated next to the window and able to admire the gorgeous views and with lots of natural light. Our afternoon tea was crammed onto one stand for 7 and a separate stand for 2 vegetarians, which unfortunately did not give the luxury feel we had hoped for. We also waited for approximately 1 hour before we were served tea as the restaurant had run out of mugs and teapots. The staff were friendly and apologetic and did not object when we asked for the service chat to be removed when paying the bill. Unfortunately I would not recommend visiting for a luxury afternoon tea experience if you are looking to visit with a group of more than 4 guests.

A very special place, Hidden within a tall tower block, has views of the city & the River Mersey. Attention to detail on the food, not rushed, staff were attentive but not over bearing.

Went to the cocktail lounge not the restaurant. Cocktails very nice, also had wine and 'bar snacks' ...beef sliders, prawn tacos, teriyaki beef bao bun, and canapes. Very good. Great view of Liverpool at night from the 34th floor.

I come here every year for the psychology club, the breakfast was very good and the view was magnificent.

Everything is special and wonderful. The place is beautiful and the view of Liverpool is fantastic. I recommend visiting it. We tried the juices and chocolate and caramel sweets. The prices are reasonable. Thanks to Tom for the wonderful service.. Everything is amazing here. We tried Juices and Chocolate Caramel Dessert. All were delicious. Thank you Tom for the great hospitality.

Been going to panoramic for several years, this is the first time I’ve been disappointed. The afternoon tea sandwich choices weren’t very nice, the only cakes that were worth eating were the scones. Very disappointed in the service today. The waiting staff were very rude, talking at you and over you instead of actually listening to what was being asked of them and in a very patronising manner. I won’t be returning in a hurry unfortunately a bad experience is much more lasting than a good one, and when that experience is costing you over £200 a visit it’s not one I’m prepared to return for.

What a lovely afternoon!! Bought my other half a voucher for his birthday last year and suddenly realised we hadn’t used it (3 weeks till his next birthday!) they were fully booked for evening meals but managed to find us a slot for lunch 😇 Wow, wow, WOW!! The food is exquisite! From the bread and butter to start, we had the prix fixe menu and had the chicken liver parfait and applewood custard to start… flipping heck they were awesome! Very filling and absolutely beautiful to look at! Then we both had the hogget rump main course, cooked to perfection and melt in the mouth 😍 we opted for a side of confit potato and it was exactly as you’d want it to be! 😋 Dessert was caramel tart for me and cherry chocolate for my other half, couldn’t choose between either! Very rich and indulgent, super delicious and not a morsel left on the plate! We were then taken over to the lounge to see the other side of the skyline while we had coffees and it’s spectacular!! A birthday treat but we most certainly will be coming again! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, attentive without being on at you all the time…: absolutely perfect 💜

Faultless, amazing views, unbelievably good food

We had a really nice anniversary meal here. Nice view of the sunset (and the Everton stadium 😏), great food, and very nice service.

I loved everything about this afternoon tea. The views are obviously stunning, but even better was the service, some of the best I've had for afternoon tea, and I've had a lot of afternoon teas. I think our server was called Caydon or Haydon, and he was so attentive whilst giving us space to relax and chat, we were never rushed but he was always there when needed for tea top ups, new cutlery or anything we needed. Often places say tea is limitless but you can't find anyone to top you up so it isn't in reality, but we had plenty of tea. The food was delicious, especially the scones which were really fresh. As I said, I've had a lot of afternoon teas but this was up there with the best for the service alone, but for the whole experience.

A very nice and cozy place, the food is delicious and refined! It was my birthday celebration, the manager and italian waiter were very friendly! But when the cake was presented to me, we asked to cut it and put it back in the box to share with friends, and when we got home and saw that the cake was crumpled and torn to pieces in the box, I was disappointed that they did it so carelessly!

Just excellent! Spectacular venue with fabulous food and impeccable service. Lana, our sever, was very helpful, would give 6/5 if possible. A real treat, the wine was exceptional too, we will be back!

Went on a Sunday evening and were one of only three tables of diners. Food was delicious and well presented. Service was generally good, with a few bumps on the road. Views are impressive as long as you are seated on the right side of the restaurant

Fantastic views, food and service. We went for an evening meal and were lucky enough to see the Sunset over Liverpool Bay. The food was excellent and the service is great. Make sure you take a look around the restaurant to fully appreciate the 360 degree panaroma.

A great experience! Stunning views of the city with exceptional service. The team are very attentive and kind. It's a pricey experience but lovely for a special occasion. The cocktails were incredible and it was a solid afternoon tea. I'm obsessed with them and Panoramic delivered a good selection. The amuse bouche was a lovely touch. I wasn't a fan of the desserts but that was more a personal taste thing. The scones though... incredible!

We came to Liverpool to visit family, I live down in Oxfordshire and wanted to show Liverpool off to my southern boyfriend, I kept it a surprise and he still didn't realise what it was until the lift doors opened. He was lost for words, the serving staff who served us were amazing, food and drinks amazing! We upgraded to the luxury afternoon tea, well worth it in my opinion, some of the best sandwiches and cakes we have ever had. Going to make this a regular thing when we come to Liverpool, we must try the dinner next time though. Thank you for making our experience memorable.

Beautiful place overseeing the pier and alot of liverpool centre area. Very elegant restaurant, quiet atmosphere. Lovely service, very high standard. Food was delicious! Would love to visit again.

We went for a birthday celebration. The views and the service was great 👍🏾. Really has the wow factor if your looking to impress. Would just like more choice menu wise especially for children.

Afternoon Tea was absolutely lovely and the service was excellent. Cocktails were great but, the sun on the glass made sitting by the view really uncomfortable and melted the food. A two hour reservation for the luxury Afternoon Tea was not enough time for the amount of food included and no bar area to finish the drinks.

Had a great meal here. Had the tasting menu. Service was friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our evening.

I keep returning to this restaurant because it consistently gets everything just right. The food and drinks are always exceptional, perfectly crafted with attention to detail. The atmosphere is unbeatable, with service that is consistently 10/10 every time. And the views? Simply out of this world. This place is a gem that never disappoints.

Booked an afternoon tea for a friend's birthday thinking it will be a lovely surprise with a view. Unless you book the "Luxury" afternoon tea you will NOT be seated as the photos show online. We were seated on a small table in the middle with no view at all..I explained to the staff that i pre-booked it & explained over call it was for a birthday & we were looking forward to the views.. but at no point was I told that a "window" table is not guaranteed.. there was a table empty which we asked to be seated on but were told it was only possible if we "Upgraded" to a luxury afternoon tea to be seated there. (Which we didnt need as the only difference was youd be served alcohol/mocktails & we wanted tea!) The waitress was not helpful whatsoever even though there was so many tables available even as a gesture of goodwill they were not willing to help. We walked out in the end feeling so let down, staff couldn't care less they were ruining someone's birthday. Worst experience ever, for such a place I would have expected the staff to accommodate on the day as there were so many other table's available.

We spent two nights in Liverpool and were really excited to try this restaurant before leaving, and it did not disappoint! The service from start to finish was second to none. Our server Alex went above and beyond to make our experience special. The food was fantastic, as well as the view. Would definitely come here again if we get the chance to visit the city in future.

At a height of around 90 meters you can have a drink or dine elegantly. We had booked the 5 o'clock tea. It was a bit expensive, but it was worth it. The view is very beautiful.

Great afternoon tea with amazing views! Food: 4/5. The sandwiches were nice, I loved the salmon and cream cheese one the most it was beautiful. They catered to our dietary requirements; we only eat halal and they had no problem amending the food items for us. I adored the lemon drizzle dessert, it was so good could have ten of those easily 😋 The mocha was one of the best I’ve had and the earl grey tea was nice too. We also had the garden fizz mocktail and I loved it. Service: 5/5. It was a late birthday celebration suprise for me so this day meant a lot. The waitress who served us was so lovely and kind. She listened to our requirements and made sure it was met. I didn’t catch her name but we shared the same birthday date 🥰 She explained all the items offered in the afternoon tea and explained the alternatives they had. Professional and friendly service. All other stuff were great too; they were attentive and asked if we needed anything. Atmosphere: 5/5. The views were stunning. Liverpool is my favourite city. Afternoon tea is one of my favourite things to do. What more can you ask for? The vibe of the place was relaxing and calm, the decor was great. Bathrooms clean and up to high standards in general. Overall: 5/5. I’m super glad and thankful I had the opportunity to come here. Will be forever engraved in my memory. Thank you for making my day special ♥️

What a perfect place to see the skyline of Liverpool, we had the luxury afternoon tea and it was absolutely lovely, a cocktail to die for too!! Lovely service all round and highly recommend

My daughter and myself had afternoon tea here. Well presented, good service and well....just so pleasant and great view across Mersey

Visited back in November for cocktails and food in the lounge and had the BEST time, brilliant food and drinks, really well looked after. Decided to treat my daughter recently and take her for the same experience but was left really disappointed. Bar food menu totally different with nearly zero vegetarian options. When we asked if there was any other option we were offered any of the side dishes, two salads and chips. We ended up settling on a cheese plate, chips and salads which were hugely underwhelming. The drinks were nice, the view is good but it PALED compared to the quality of food and experience this place has been. When we asked why so little vegetarian options the server simply replied that the chef was re-doing them? So I guess, until then you're out of luck, nothing for you here. Sadly won't be rushing back but hope it improves, it needs to because there are plenty of other options in the that are pipping Panoramic for the place to go for a treat.

panoramic is both a restaurant and a cocktail bar. The views of Liverpool are exceptional and that’s why it’s busy and popular. if it was a ground floor level it would not be able to charge the prices it does and get away with OK food.

Fun afternoon tea. Lovely view and nice atmosphere. Really nice that the vegetarian version is provided as a clear separate menu and the servings were very generous. It was a bit weird that we didn't get asked if we wanted tea with our afternoon tea but they eventually brought some when we asked. Otherwise had a pleasant time.
