*EDIT* Called back and they threatened me. Wow. How professional. And the driver had lied to them about me. Idk what more to say other than don’t order from these people. Look at the other low reviews they clearly don’t care and only want your money DO NOT ORDER !!!! I had a really rude driver apparently named “Julio” who spoke to me in such. Rude manner, tried to intimidate me and was being disrespectful towards me! When I phoned, I was told they would tell the manger and I said I want them to Call me. very conveniently this manager is on holiday and will be back next week. I doubt they’ll chase it up.

Amazing pizza that you can not imagine

Take my review down and I will keep putting it back up. This place is nasty. The pizza is not.all that nice. The staff are very rude. I ordered a pizza and I asked for no mushrooms.and add pinapple they brought me the wrong pizza. How hard is ir to.follow instructions. The man on the phone was very rude and does not know how to talk to people. One time the man on the phone acted like he did not want to give me my money back when they cancelled my order a previous order. I will never order from this store again. I can make way better pizza myself at home. They also like to take peoples reviews down.

Great pizza you can tell quality and quantity of cheese better than most pizza go go. What let’s it down is minimum £5 payment for card and very small waiting area none existent really

We went there to get some pizzas for take out at 10pm. Overall the pizza tasted very good and served perfectly as a midnight snack. But the man attending us was super unfriendly - very direct. He even seemed a lil bit drunk.

Delicious pizza, baked upon your request, light and crispy. There is no place to sit, there are also take-out orders.

For a "cheap" pizza, it offers an excellent flavor. I can say that I liked this pizza more, which is simpler and has a better flavor than pizza hut.

The workers are very kind and the pizza is good. Five minutes before close they still let us order and stayed open for us. Highly recommend, was a very good experience. The staff was fantastic.

Drove to location hidden on a small one way side street to collect a small thin crust pizza with four toppings (ground beef, chicken, onions and mixed peppers). Was ready within ten minutes of ordering and cost £7.99. Small size pizza very sufficient for one person and great option for sharing. The location doesn’t offer eating in due to very small size.

Tried this for the first time tonight. One of the best pizza I had and very good value for money. We got a small one for just 7.99£ and trust me is really tasty and has a multitude of flavours. Go try GoGo the best so far

Awesome pizza joint with very friendly staff. I would recommend the vegetarian hot for all my vegetarian friends who want it spicy. My choice of pizza here is margarita pizza and pepperoni pizzas. You should also try the flaming wings here. I have come here twice and it is a takeaway joint. They serve thin crust and stuffed pizzas too. They serve halal meat and their ham and bacon is made from turkey. This place is in one of the small streets however very close to Waitrose super market. Must visit.

I’ve ordered this pizza many times and I have loved it every single time. Ordering from the website is very convenient as you can pay online. In addition to this, the pizza is very delicious - the dough is amazing and the toppings don’t fall off…. Exquisitely fashioned pizza. Delivery is quick and will definitely order from them regularly.

My favourite pizza place for a number of reasons: the pizzas are ready in 15 mins, the selection of toppings is great, price is really good compared to others, and offer plenty of halal toppings. All round the best pizza place. Ideal for when you have friends over or just want a lazy movie night

These guys make great pizza don't get me wrong. The deivery service however is atrocious. I ordered a pizza and a Fanta drink. I think the problem here is the delivery guys they use 'Just Eat' The order was wrong no drink with it and no receipt. I have had 3 orders 2 from KFC and one from GOGO Pizza all of the oreders were wrong but this last one was the worst. As above. I had connected and ordered through the Just Eat App. I received a confirmation by email that my order had been placed. The drop off time was 18:35 to 18:55. By the time I received the order it was 19:20. The pizza was cold. There was another small sized pizza on top and no drink. Most importantly no receipt as I get reimbursment through my employer for food on business trips. I rang the restuarant and ended up arguing with a guy on the phone who insisted that I had not answered the phone and the drink had been dropped off. In the end another more resonable guy got on the phone and asked what I wanted as he was busy hurry up. So much for customer service. Anyway he established what I wanted was a drink and a receipt and said they would get dropped at the hotel which they were in good time. So I checked my phone and a number had called it at 18:20 while I was in the shower, prior to going down to Hotel Reception to collection time. I rang hte number thinking I had made a mistake to see if it was the delivery guy. Whoever hung up as oon as he answered so I rang back again. Someone answered ( I said are you the delivery guy and he said no no no and hung up. What happened to customer service.?

Not my first visit and definitely not the last either. This place has the best pizza in Bayswater no competition. Fresh pizza and the leftovers are edible the next day which means all the ingredients are fresh. Thank you!

Pizza was so bad there was black pieces on the bottom from where they haven’t washed the pizza pans properly. Also the dough was blistered meaning it’s old dough that’s not fresh. Definitely not worth the money, tried to call to complain no one answered.

Twisters were old, we had stomach ache and diarea Pizza was burnt I was a regular customer, I called the Bayswater branch to complain the man rudely said to me not to order again didn’t even apologise for the horrible food I will avoid this company from now on. I have pictures to prove it. They have hygiene issues I will never order from them again prefer dominoes.

Delicious pizza. 10 out of 10 👍🏼 I’ve tried so many pizza from different places. I have to say, this is the best pizza I have tried. So different from other branches. It’s so clean and they provide good quality food. The manager is so gracious and thoughtful. Regarding the pizza it was yummy. The topping were fresh with generous amount of cheese . The base sauce is wonderful. Oh and please ask for their garlic sauce as they making it fresh and it’s amazing I’ll definitely visit this branch again.

Ordered for delivery. Very friendly service and taste wise a lot better than the chains including domino’s and papa john’s. Was recommended by few friends and was pleasantly surprised- Generous toppings. Very fresh. Would order again.

I've ordered twice from Romano's in the past three weeks, as I moved to the area a month ago. The man who delivered my pizza today was exceptionally rude. My phone had poor signal so I couldn't get his phone calls for about 15 minutes, as he brought his pizza half an hour early, and I was terribly sorry about it, but he didn't even leave me time to explain things properly as he kept shouting on the phone. When he finally arrived he was still agitated and decided to carry on the argument. He had the manners of a caveman. I was shocked by how aggressive he was. I will never order from them again. The pizza was average.
