I ordered for pizza for my pregnant wife for collection over the counter. I ask for emergency discount and show our discount card, they guy who taking my order he said I can’t give you discount because if we visit hospital we wait 3-4 hours for service and he been rude with me. I ask him we are trying to helping people but I’m sorry to heard that you had this kind of experience. They guy said that time it’s gonna be take 10min to make your pizza. After 10 min he said it’s take 15 min. By the way I wait and veery politely said her brother don’t talk time that, if you don’t accept emergency service discount card then just straightway mention: no. After that he rude again… We are very very disappointed about this kind of behaviour…

Ordered takeaway. They rang to say the driver was lost but after 2 hours and many phone calls I gave up. The pizza never turned up. Manager was awful. Ordered from another local pizzeria which arrived in 20 mins. Did eventually get a refund but doesn’t make up for the service. Will never use this branch again.

63 Corbets Tey RoadThis branch is very bad. The pizza was shambles. It looked like someone droped it and still packed it. The cheese was missing on half the pizza. They didnt put stuffed crust even tho i paid £3 extra each pizza for stuffed crust. Then they didnt answer my phone. Was about to go to the store for a refund but my family stopped me incase i go prison over a margarita. Ordered online on a Monday so it's not like they were super busy. Will never order from papa johns again in my life. Absolutely rubbish staff who have no care of customer service. Management should look into this before u lose all your customers.
