The Buffet was great value and great quality, good selection of pizza and pasta which was hot and tasty. Fantastic choice for kids, staff friendly.

Unbelievable on entering told no cash payments no legal tender!!! Surly it’s a choice for people to choose .For me it’s a never again will I use Pizza Hut.

Food arrived cold and all squished as well as a lot later than said. Squashed pizza that looked like it had been picked uo off the floor

Went with fairly large group, seated quick and easy access to salad/buffet, quick service on drinks and meal, personable staff, can't complain at all

the atmosphere is amazing and the workers are so sweet and attentive. i accidentally had ordered the wrong pizza and when it came i checked my phone to confirm, the manager realised i was confused and came back 15 mins later with the right pizza without us knowing. He was really down to earth and empathetic. i recommend going here with family and friends ☺️

Really enjoyed it soon as we got in we were seated. Nice clean place plenty of parking places friendly staff. Nice food. Didn't have to wait too long for food . Manager chris was 5* very professional and helpful. Really enjoyed the visit.

I didn't like using the QR code and ordering on mobile, initially. However, as I used the tool it was actually excellent. I do still prefer the personal touch dining out offers, but our experience was still very good.

hi called today around 3pm not been in a pizza hut for years!!! . took the 2 person deal which we thought ideal, salad bar very clean and well stocked and enjoyable, sadly the pizza was not so good, edible and we ate it all. Sadly you cam see just how badly pizza hut as fallen in quality and taste. The quality and quality of the pizza ingredients were poor, being honest a massive change in both since last we had a pizza hut. out of 10 the pizza we shared was 4 not good. But the desserts were exceptional for the both we had a bit of redemption. The staff was fantastic especially the last who served us and the manager.. A small incident happened with another customer completely out of the blue to which was something and nothing but the manager gave us a £20 voucher as a gesture. Quite unnecessarybut truly appreciated thank you staff for that. Sadly it was very quiet, a shame once apon a time a pizza was a vibrant and busy place, but seeing the food as fallen in standard and quality and not the fault of staff the bean counters have shown their position. eg a black olive was cut in half back in the day now its been chopped up in thin slices, the pork balls are actually crumbs! 5mm dia!! the list goes on. The staff were Ace! The whole business estate looks doomed the area was generally quiet and not busy but Pizza Hut needs to get back to what it once was when I first had my pizza hut in 1983.. brilliant but not now.. Still Dear but poor pizza.. shame..

We go here often and always have a great experience. The salad bar is constantly replenished and refreshed. The staff are really attentive and friendly and always really accommodating.

Awful the chips were still rock hard

Honestly one of the worst eating experiences I’ve ever had, food was not worth the money at all can get a better pizza at my local takeaway everything is over priced staff was useless, went up to speak to one at the counter and they was just stood on their phone, didn’t notice me till their colleague nudged them. Also need to get a better salad bar. Overall shocking!!!

Great food. Always nice to get somewhere that knows gluten free choices too. Kids love the all you can eat ice-cream and activity sheets. I love the frozen glasses for the beer. Pizza is always good.

Very family friendly atmosphere

Great place to take the kids especially during the holidays, the buffet offers a wide selection of pizza and pasta aswell as having its own salad bar, can be costly if there is more than 2 of you.

Called in for a meal before the cinema. Food was spot on, even a cheese less pizza was no problem for them to make (like pizza hate cheese!) Service with a genuine smile from Erin.

Way too expensive for the most basic pizza (thin base cheese and tomato) 11 quid plus £3 for a coke. The salad bar looked tired and needed topping up. Disappointed

Really nice experience attentive staff couldn't help enough and when the buffet had finished offered us take away boxes so we could take the leftovers so they didn't have to throw them away

We turned up a group of 20, the two ladies working weren’t expecting us, even though we had arranged it with the manager. The restaurant was busy but they coped really well. The kept refilling the buffet with delicious pizzas. And the salad bar was lovely as well. Well done to all the staff

Don't bother ordering for delivery. It cost £25 (that's with a decent discount) for two "9 inch" pizzas that were honestly no different from the £2 frozen deep pan pizzas you get from any supermarket. It's no wonder the economy is in tatters if people are getting such bad value from eating takeaways or eating out. There's genuinely no point in ordering this.

Greeted on entry, seated quickly. Food was varied, hot and plentiful. No issues. Staff polite and helpful, tables and cutlery clean. Toilets clean.

The buffet was restocked quickly and the selection of pizzas was really good. I also noticed the manager restocking the salad bar as and when required and tables were cleared quickly when people left.

The only pizzas I would eat is chilly steak or tuna not one of these was on the menu salad bar was far from fresh intact sweetcorn tasted sour all the ladles was in the wrong sauces so didn't know what you was getting and staff blamed the area manager

The food was burnt and honestly not what I expected from Pizza Hut! Definitely won’t be ordering again!

Me and 4 mates went there after the cinema was told its card only and if we could order online of which you get almost no connection when you enter the building. After 10mins of trying to order a waiter came over and mentioned that you can order at the till. Food came quickly which was great but chips were well undercooked and pizza was pretty standard. Shortly after getting home I felt sick and even worse the next morning. Beers are £9 for two 330ml bottle which is, in my opinion, extortionate. Won't be going again.

Tried to deliver someone else’s order with a different address and name, I never recieved my own order. Refund request would only be submitted for the deal price of £16.99 but the actual cost of the delivery was £20+ for something I never received ,

From Start to finish is a great experience but I especially like how the pizzas are always full on the buffet and fresh with a great selection

Buffet was piping hot and a good variety of pizzas. Kids loved it. Dislike the QR code scanning to order food, takes away the atmosphere of service etc.

Nice Pizza Hut restaurant with lovely staff. We had the buffet which was well looked after. Saw the staff tidying it up ever few minutes as they walked past. Plenty of food and choice. Restaurant is well set out, i enjoyed the booth we sat in.

Good old pizza hut, now very expensive from a few years ago. Take away deals look very good though.

Pizza was burnt, chips were soggy, seemed like they had been rewarmed not fresh. Food was cold.

All of the items were cold when delivered, not even close to warm, cold. Cheese was hard on top of pizza and garlic bread it was that cold. Really disappointing.

sat in and got told by a waiter that we werent allowed to just sit in before we even ordered. once we ordered 1 individual pizza the guy took 20 minutes and it tasted like tomatoes on crusty bread

The pizza was cold we had to warm it up. Also the fries and onion rings were cold too.

Late and the driver stole some food!

I'm not sure fresh is high on the agenda for the menu. The salad smelt like cut grass, I kept well away from most of it and the sauce containers were crusty as they hadn't been washed. Atmosphere was OK but nothing much to engage the children, would have expected more balloons etc. The service/ girls were lovely.

Long queues of delivery driver. Staff handling wrong orders. Racist staff member at reception 18:36 @ Tuesday 12 December 2023. Wasting of time and money at this place. Placed order online for collection. Waited time 1 hour 30 minutes came for collection waited again 37 minutes. Picked up order went home order was not mine wrong order handed over, called them the lady on call said oven is full I don't know how long it gona take to make another order better you eat it. I came back to pizza hut and she said that what u ordered and that's what u got. I cannt do anything bye bye 👋. That's the behaviour there. Left my food at counter and left. Very u professional staff. Especially the lady on counter. Mid height skinny Blonde hair No sense of speaking to anyone. Shouldn't be working there .

Took my 4 yr old grandaughter at lunchtime, could not believe the price - daylight robbery!! As I had promised we would have pizza we stayed, £28.50 for 1 11 inch pizza, a coke, latte and ice cream! So long Pizza Hut there's not a chance in hell I'll be returning!!!

Pizza Hut never fails to disappoint. Food is bland and overpriced; menu is extremely limited and not everyone wants a "free" salad. The self serve drinks and ice cream lead to unsupervised children running riot, causing queues and mess. Staff work very hard but there are too few of them. Their business model is severely outdated and needs a complete overhaul.

Food was cold under cooked and wrong base

Waited over an hour for delivery and ended up going to collect myself. Pizzas are usually decent but waiting for driver meant pizza had gone cold and was a disappointment.

Staff available and all friendly and helpful. Food was amazing, table was spotless clean and suitable for our party size, was able to take home left over food, staff wonderful!

Terrible service atmosphere was terrible went for my sisters 9th birthday took so long to deliver her food 4 garlic bread when we payed for five overall shocking experience.

Erin took my order quickly, being able to remember what I always have. Food was to usual tasty standard and correctly made All Team friendly and helpful. Sat down quickly by older manager who explained how the Meerkat card work. Kids loved their meals especially the ice cream.

Good budget options and wide menu.

This isn't really a review of the restaurant but the service of the staff at Rochdale and customer care team as a whole. The food was great as usual. I stupidly ordered double my order on the website. The restaurant modified the order but were unable to refund the difference which I understood. They gave me good advice and gave me information how to seek a refund. The service from the customer care team was exceptional. I got a refund in a few days. Thank you Pizza Hut for collectively doing a great job. By the way, the pizzas went down a treat.

Awful experience, missing items, other items burnt, they said they cant do anything, had a very rude girl answer the phone initially, seemed bored, then spoke with Liam the manager, needs to go back to training on customer service

Great for a Children's Birthday party🎊🎂

If I could put zero stars I would. We swung by on our way home back to the north east from a day spent at the royal infirmary at Manchester. We hadn’t tried Pizza Hut in a few years so thought we’d give it a go. An hour of our life we won’t get back. Pizza was bland and over priced (£26.99 for 8 slices of so called pizza)! salad bar pathetic! Must of been sat there for a week and was room temperature. We’ve left feeling miserable, hungry and robbed! Toilets were filthy as well

It was quick, good and very friendly service. It is very good how you can now order and pay at the tabel. Pizza was delicious! Will come again when we stay in Rochdale.

The food arrived after a delay with the delivery and was cold to touch. Having to wait a further 15 minutes for the food to heat up in the oven.

Food is great service is great and friendly and manager Sammy goes above and beyond to help fantastic place to go with all family theres something for everyone to eat .

So disappointed with the takeaway from Pizza Hut, the food was cold when it arrived, the garlic bread was hardly cooked and soggy, the chips were also hardly cooked and soggy. Will be going back to dominoes next time

Service, food and atmosphere is s all top quality as a supposedly lower end food place the waiting staff are excellent and are easily better than most higher end restaurants I have been to.

Food was reasonably quick and good quality. However, with the app, you don't really have the interaction with staff as much as you used to. I do feel Pizza Hut pricing is expensive for what it is now. Overall, the place was very clean and staff were helpful when required.

The lady who served me Tayyaba, was brilliant, warm and caring and polite and friendly too.

There was hardly any sauce on the pizza, the chips where soggy just all round disappointed really best thing about it was the bottle of Pepsi absolutely shocking

Disgraceful we ordered a standard pizza for 14.99 and it was the same size and my granddaughters pizza what she got in a kids meal for 7.99 as well as her drinks , a side and an ice cream, safe to say I will never go pizza hut every again with the shocking portions it never used to be like that , dominoes miles better

Lovely service and friendly staff. Food came promptly and it was all delicious! We were able to use our coupon from last visit and ordered the two kids meals which went down really well! The staff were very friendly especially our female waiter and the manager who were able to assist with our queries. We arrived on Saturday around 7pm and there was a nice atmosphere. Definitely recommended

The staff were friendly but it was understaffed and they had too much work. My Margarita pizza was on the dry side and didn't have much cheese on it. The salad bar wasn't being kept topped up well enough.
