Pizza Hut Restaurants in Milton Keynes

The pizzas, for both adults and children, are really tiny – definitely not the standard 12"; at best, they measure up to 9". Overall, the pizza is edible: the tomato sauce isn’t too acidic, and the mozzarella is almost tasteless, although it pairs better with other toppings. The ice cream factory was seriously underwhelming – just one flavour to choose from, and there weren’t even any toppings available. For two kids aged 5 and 7, it was truly heartbreaking. My children were really upset – very disappointed. When my wife asked why, she was simply told, "Oh, sorry, we’re out of stock." The atmosphere was incredibly dull and uninspiring. We had to wait 10 minutes outside, even though the place was nearly empty, before they let us in. During the meal, not a single staff member came to check how things were going, and when we left, there was no one there to say goodbye. The salad bar is the same as always – the usual subpar products: tasteless tomatoes, limp cucumbers, and a few mediocre sauces. Honestly, you’d be better off revisiting the entire menu from top to bottom.

We will not repeat it again and go there , I was with my family today, children want to go other place but I think I did a mistake to recommend Pizza Hut at that moment , honestly the welcome from the entrance wasn't too bad , and staff were kind , but we thought the food was a mistake that lead after to an horrible night , we came home from the restaurant and all of us -kids my self and my wife - we were suffering the whole night from diarrhea and digestive problems , we didn't eat anything other than what we had at Pizza Hut, it was a mistake to go there and it won't happen again

Very quiet: shown to table and left to my own devices, no real customer service.. ticket given to me to do this review had pizza sauce over it.!! No real pride…hey ho..

Ordered pizzas at 6:45pm and got burnt pizzas, missing desert at 8:30pm. Paid extra for cheese bites pizza and it was all burnt. Feel like un installing the app and never order pizza from pizza hut.

The pizza buffet sucks! Poor quality ingredients, most of the pizza was doughy, lacking in taste. The only good thing was the pasta. Won’t be coming back!

Appalling. Nearly three hours and still not delivered.

Delivered over an hour late, food was cold, no communication as to when our order was coming and that it would be late. Dessert also came melted too

1 pizza completely missing and 1 was completely destroyed. Pizza Hut branch unhelpful and just eat will not answer the helpline. Will not use again

Had a lovely evening celebrating our son’s birthday . All staff working tonight were extremely friendly and helpful , food was faultless . Really pleased with the whole experience . Thanks to all for making it a great visit.

Appalling service in a dirty restaurant. Seats falling apart, tables uncleared, manager rude. The pizza was nice though.

I don’t even know where to begin! We were greeted nicely at the door and was told the waiter will find us a table only to be left there for several minutes while he had a conversation with someone else. To then be sat on a table with more food under it then we had in our plate. We weee given both standard, child and buffet menu. We tried ordering on the app but just couldn’t work it out, so made our way to the bar to ask if we could order with a member of staff where 3 of them stood having a little chin wag, 2 of them watching 1 other polish cutlery. we were told we have to order on the app or on the tablet in which only 1 out of 3 worked. I then asked another member of staff what the difference was between us ordering our own pizzas or getting pizza from the island in the middle of the restaurant. We were told that it was the buffet menu and was closed from 3pm. It was 15:10pm when we were told this but multiple pizzas were still being made and put out for the buffet. We ordered our own pizzas and still questioned if we could have the buffet and we’re told if it was still on the website then we could. I think members of staff need to either be re-trained on the times certain menus are running from or at least all be on the same page so you don’t give out mixed information to guests. We ended up getting the buffet after a struggling conversation with I’m assuming a member of management and would be refunded for the price difference which was appreciated. Asked for a glass for the bottomless drinks we’d ordered and were told to wait and they will be brought to the table with the pizza we’d originally ordered. So we couldn’t have a drink before our food arrived? I can’t quite understand why so many members of staff were working at the same time, most of which quite literally doing nothing but waiting for customers to leave so they can clear the table and yet you don’t have any type of table or bar service. I have so much respect for everyone working in this industry and will always give members of staff the benefit of the doubt, being a part of the industry for 9 years myself and never in these years have I ever been more frustrated and wanted to leave a restaurant before. Ive never written a negative review before as I completely get how it makes workers feel knowing they were on shift at the time but I could not let this go without saying something. I don’t know if all pizza huts are like this but will never visit this specific one again.

Service is very poor, it took 50 minutes from the end of my meal before the waitress asked how my meal was. It would not take over 2 hours for 1 person to have a meal, especially pizza hut!

Thank you so much to the manager and the staff!! We had an emergency, and had to leave, yet the manager was so generous. We had ordered, and the manager went over and above, as he refunded our food, and let us take some pizza to go!! Again, thank you ever so much!! 😁😁😁

Had lunch here with a friend and had a great time. Rose consistently made sure we were alright and had anything we needed.

Food great Staff friendly however also complained that I needed a child seat Self service which I do not like.

Pizza was wrong asked for garlic bits with the pizza an got stuffed crust this isnt right !!!

The best Pizza Hut we've been to in a while! Staff were friendly and very on top of things. Pizzas were cooked to perfection and desserts were delicious. Would recommend!

Greeted at the door by Rose, who was super friendly and super helpful. Answered all our questions and helped us take advantage of kids' eating free offer. The whole team was so nice and helpful and engaged with the kids. Place was clean and relaxed, and we had a lovely buffet lunch, not having to worry about the kids as it is a very kid friendly venue. I deleted my old review, which was not good from a few years back as it is now changed for the better. Defo be back, and what was refreshing to see is that finally a restaurant in MK with a working Ice Cream factory. Loved the little touch on the salad area of having the sauce name on the spoons. My first time trying Ranch dressing.... OMG where have I been to have missed out on this... amazing zingy delight. Another win strangeley is the hand dryer in the toilets... not too loud, so I didn't send my little one into a noooooo toooooo loud screaming fit.

Wow, what an excellent time at Pizza Hut. The food and staff were second to none. There was one particular staff member that was awesome and went above and beyond the call of duty. Her name was 'Rose'. I came with 14 people and she, the store manager and the team made us feel right at home. This was the best experience we've had at any Pizza Hut Restaurant.

Visited today on the 15/7/24 and what can I say apart from seemed like an episode of shameless! The manager while i assume was the manager first approach with service is slow today, not the most professional way to great your guests then hardly any pizza was brought out stuff walking around like there on a different planet no one was doing anything chefs just could here were going for cigarettes while there is no food. I have worked in hospitality for years and this was a joke

Ordered from here. Took over an hour. Given the wrong stuff. Overall extremely disappointing. Won’t be coming back.

The first thing to say is that self ordering by scanning the bar code on the table takes away the start of good service. you feel as if your on a production line rather than in a Pizza Restaurant. That being said, the service we did have from Isabelle was nothing less than 1st class in what was a very busy Restaurant, she was friendly, polite and professional, great to see and experience 5 stars + The pizza was also very tasty 😋 if not a little spicey for me (we had the Veggie Sizzler), plenty of chilli and spice, my fiance was very impressed. Cleanliness was okay but the furniture and decor was looking tired with some parts, seat cushings which were quite ingrained with staines.

Very love it. Just who ever does the window cleaning at the mk city centre hut. Needs to learn how to clean windows. Unless the manager likes them dirty at the bottom. Who knows but food was great and the service and staff. But change your window cleaner not worth the money.. filthy and the main door loads of finger prints..

the food was terrible, tasted cheap like it was from the Iceland frozen section, the customer service was even worse as they left the waiting around until we had to get up and ask for it, and to top it all of it’s overpriced as hell. Definitely would come back here again or recommend it to anyone

Tasty pizza and cookie dough was delicious. Staff who served us were very accommodating. Four stars for service because there was no ice in the machine and there was 1.5 hours left till closing (they wouldn't refill).

The food is always good and fresh tasting. The staff are helpful and welcoming. The kids love the salad, bottomless drinks and the ice cream factory.

Not the biggest variety of pizza at the buffet. The ice cream was not properly frozen so once poured in a bowl it's like soup

The pizzas are so small. For a £21 pizza, it's the size of a small pizza. It's just an absolute rip off. I brought 4 pizzas to feed my family of 4 and there wasn't even enough for 2 people to feel full. Absolutely ridiculous, for the price? Do better.

Staff was friendly and helpful but I ended up getting food poisoning from the salad bar.

The lady that greeted us is a legend she's always happy and looks after customers. Didn't have buffet but pizza was lovely cooked just right sides were delicious and the fudge brownie with ice cream was the cherry on the topping only thing that I'd say needs doing is new chairs as some are loose and very unstable.

Went with grandchildren they had it all coke pizza ice cream eat as much as you like 5 of us £74 can't argue with that

If I could put zero I would long wait as no staff wanted to seat us even when it only had couple tables with people on couldn't clean fell over on cans under the table and food then got moved as we started to order To another table with food all over it and food all over the seats then drinks machines had hardly any drinks available staff very rude to my child asking for a straw and started cleaning the table while we was eating and leaning over us all to clear the table as we was eating such bad service I would stick to take away or go elsewhere and all disabled toilets are up 2 flights of stairs

Pizza is very delicious and the waitress has a very good attitude and professional. But the only no good thing is that many diners waste food with buffets.

Me and my fiance came here for buffet lunch and I had previously came here with my One4all cards and apparently there was no money on them witch there was money on them the man boss forgot his name he was so professional and happy to help anyway he can today’s visit was the complete opposite the lady manager said to me there was no money on the cards and I said yes there is money on them she wasn’t willing to resolve this in a professional way so I called One4all company and they said that there is sufficient funds on the cards I’m so sad that all my other visits were amazing now I have lost a lot of confidence with Pizza Hut.

Have to say, the lady that greets you and shows you to your seat is fantastic. Been a couple of times in the last few weeks and both times she stood out for being so friendly and helpful to everyone. Wish I had noted her name but she is great. Can't fault the buffet too. Every pizza was hot and tasty.

Buffet lunch, pizza was fast moving, had to ask which were vegetarian and non veg, would be nice if they are labelad, No garlic bread Salad bar some items were missing. Fizzy drinks were all flavered, they didnt have any plain coke or plain Fanta which was dissapointing. Icecream was runny not set properly. Overall, enjoyed the buffet, Staff were very helpful and plasant.

Ordered pizza and two sides. No sauces - again. Cookie dough came without ice cream. MK Pizza Hut is disappointing.

We went Christmas Eve, so was good atmosphere. We didn't realise it was buffet, so quite happy with variety. Think we were there for few hours, we weren't rushed, which was nice - it wasn't overly busy, but ticking over, if it was really busy we would have left.

I and my wife chose the buffet It was the worse pizza' I've ever had even the salad bar only taste was vinegar the pizza' were like cardboard we both left because not a lot of people serving because they don't , but the app askes if you want to give a tip I don't think so. Never again.

Wanted to give a good review for our experience on Saturday. The manager Rob was so helpful & friendly, he accommodated what we required and assisted us with our order. Due to the way he treated us we would definitely be going back, nothing was too much bother. The food was really good too and we left feeling happy and content

Just popped in during a shopping visit and ordered the all you can eat buffet and a coffee. Really enjoyed it all and will now continue with my shopping.

It was self service but the food was always there or would take a few minutes to replenish if ran out. The environment was good and kid friendly. I recommend this place for any one with children or without children.

We were able to get in with a party of six without any delay. We were all sat on a table together and the ordering was straightforward on the Pizza Hut app.

cold on arrival not heat at all

all the issues i had today probably were caused by low staff levels. just ordered an individual pizza with a side, then had to wait 40 mins for it. As I'm waiting and looking around the restaurant, I'm pretty sure I could see only 1 single waitress for the whole place, and it was quite busy, and she looked super stressed and was rushing about. at one point I overheard a table complain about their cold pizzas. Uh oh, hope mine isn't cold, i thought. It was. Stone cold. Its quite awkward to know where to wait when you've ordered takeaway, especially when it's busy and there arent many tables available to sit at. There isnt really a dedicated waiting area. When I ordered, I asked for the receipt to be emailed to me as I knew I'd forget my order number which I did. And then I didn't get the email.. gotta make sure you get your receipt printed rather than email. I'm still actually not sure if you're supposed to wait for them to call your order number out or something, as when i saw takeaway boxes sitting on the side for 5 mins I went up and had to ask the chef-dude if it was mine.

This was my first visit to the CMK Pizza Hut and I can say I am really impressed. Taste of the food is awesome and you can feel the aroma as soon as you enter the premises. My kids are die hard pizza fans so it’s definitely my favourite now onwards. Staff is cool and very courteous and you can order digitally from your phone or the digits displays out there. Prompt service and the variety of options available will definitely bring a smile on your face. Lunch Buffet of Pizza Hut have always been my favourite and is highly recommended, specially for kids. Love it!

Food was okay. Service was awful the manager was running around doing everything whilst the waiters done nothing, 45+ mins to clear the table even though we asked twice and waiters were stood round doing nothing. Do not waste your time or money.
